Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for producing a compound potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate and application thereof as a bactericide in agricultural production.
Background
The invention patent application CN1285146A discloses potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate soluble powder, which is characterized in that the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate is used as a main raw material and is matched with a dissolving auxiliary agent alkyl sulfonate or alkyl sulfate to form the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate soluble powder, and the chlorobromoisocyanurate is not stable in chemical property and easy to decompose because chlorobromoisohydridoadenine is not easy to dissolve in water and is required to be matched with a dissolving auxiliary agent to increase the water solubility.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to avoid the defects and provides a novel compound, namely potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate with stable chemical properties and high water solubility, a production method thereof and application thereof as a bactericide in agricultural production.
The molecular formula of the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate is KN3C3O3BrCl, structural formula:
the molecular weight is 280.5.
The physical and chemical properties of the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate are as follows:
the total content of available chlorine and bromine is as follows: 60 percent;
PH of 1% aqueous solution: 5.5;
water insoluble matter less than or equal to 1%;
the content of potassium oxide is more than or equal to 6.3 percent;
the total N content is more than or equal to 12.6 percent
The solubility is more than or equal to 5 percent;
is easy to dissolve in water, stable to store and nontoxic to human and livestock;
the production method of the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate comprises the following steps:
a. performing chlorination and bromination reaction on potassium hydroxide at the temperature of 10-15 ℃ to generate potassium hypochlorite and potassium hypobromite,
b. reacting potassium hypochlorite, potassium hypobromite and cyanuric acid at 23-27 ℃ by a catalyst to generate potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate,
the chlorination and bromination reaction in the production method of the chlorobromoisocyanuric acid potassium salt is to introduce liquid chlorine and liquid bromine into 30 percent (W/W) of potassium hydroxide solution, and the reaction ratio is that the ratio of the potassium hydroxide solution to the liquid chlorine to the liquid bromine is 3: 2: 4.4 (W/W).
The catalyst in the production method of the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate is dodecyl benzene sulfonate, wherein the preferable catalyst is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
In the production method of the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate, residual gas after chlorination and bromination reaction can be introduced into potassium hydroxide solution again for chlorination and bromination reaction.
The application of the compound potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate in agriculture is to dilute the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate and spray the diluted potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate on crops to be used as a sterilization preparation.
The potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate is used as a bactericide in agriculture, and is prepared into a preparation diluted by 2000-3500 times (W/W), and the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate is applied to fruit trees, vegetables and crops for spraying and can kill and inhibit germs and viruses.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: 1. compared with chlorobromoisocyanuric acid, the chlorobromoisocyanuric acid potassium is easy to dissolve in water and convenient to use; 2. the chemical property is stable and the storage is easy; 3. the cost is reduced due to the saving of additives such as active auxiliary agents, dispersing agents and the like; 4. has the function of replenishing potassium fertilizer, ensures the robust growth and development of plants and achieves the aim of high quality and high yield.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in conjunction with the accompanying examples of the process for producing potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate of the present invention.
Production method example:
600Kg of 30% KOH solution is put into a reaction kettle ①, 300Kg of 30% KOH solution is put into a reaction kettle ②, 400Kg of liquid chlorine and 880Kg of liquid bromine are introduced into the reaction kettle ① at 10 ℃ to carry out chlorination and bromination reaction to generate potassium hypochlorite and potassium hypobromite, tail chlorine and tail bromine from the reaction kettle ① enter the reaction kettle ② to carry out secondary reaction, so that chlorine and bromine are utilized more completely, potassium hypochlorite and potassium hypobromite react with 850Kg of cyanuric acid at 25 ℃ by using 10Kg of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as a catalyst to generate potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate crystals, and then the finished product is obtained by separation, drying and crushing.
The application embodiment of the invention as the bactericide in agriculture comprises the following steps:
the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate is prepared into an aqueous solution with the mass ratio of 2000-2500 times, and the aqueous solution is uniformly sprayed on vegetables, fruits or crops, so that fungi, bacteria and viruses can be killed, and the effect is stable; the potassium chlorobromoisocyanurate is prepared into an aqueous solution with the mass ratio of 3000-3500, so that the propagation of fungi, bacteria and viruses can be effectively inhibited.
