Technical Field

Background

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention provides a sound generating device 100, where the sound generating device 100 includes a housing 1 having a housing cavity 10 and a sound generating unit 2 housed in the housing cavity 10, the sound generating unit 2 includes a basin frame 21, a vibration system 22 fixed on the basin frame 21, a magnetic circuit system 23 driving the vibration system 22 to vibrate and generate sound, an elastic connecting piece 3 supporting the vibration system 22, a circuit board 4 fixed to the elastic connecting piece 3, a supporting portion 5 supporting the magnetic circuit system 23, and an electrical connecting piece 6, and the magnetic circuit system 23 includes a central magnetic steel assembly 231 connected with the housing 1.
The shell 1 comprises an upper cover 11 and a lower cover 12 which is matched with the upper cover 11, the shell 1 comprises a side wall 14 provided with a sound outlet 13, the sound generating unit 2 and the upper cover 11 form a front cavity 15, the side wall 14 is composed of a part of the upper cover 11 and a part of the lower cover 12, in this embodiment, the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 are formed in a split mode, and in other embodiments, the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 can be formed in an integrated mode.
The vibration system 22 comprises a vibrating diaphragm 221, a voice coil 222 for driving the vibrating diaphragm 221 to vibrate and sound, and a framework 223 for supporting the vibrating diaphragm 221 and the voice coil 222, wherein the framework 223 is arranged around the central magnetic steel assembly 231.
The diaphragm 221 includes a dome 224, an outer folded ring portion 225 connected to one end of the dome 224, and an inner folded ring portion 226 connected to the other end of the dome 224, the dome 224 is connected to the frame 223, the outer folded ring portion 225 includes a first fixing portion 2251 connected to the basin frame 21, and the inner folded ring portion 226 includes a second fixing portion 2261 connected to the central magnetic steel assembly 231.
The voice coil 222 includes a voice coil lead 2220, the voice coil lead 2220 is connected with the electrical connector 6, the voice coil 222 is provided with a concave portion 2221 on the outer side surface, and the structure of concave middle and convex two sides can improve the distortion of the sounding unit 2.
The frame 223 includes a planar portion 227 connected to the dome 224, a first connection portion 228 extending from an inner edge of the planar portion 227 and fixed to the voice coil 222, and a second connection portion 229 extending from an outer edge of the planar portion 227 and fixed to the elastic connection member 3, and the planar portion 227 is provided with an opening 2231 on a side away from the sound outlet hole 13.
The plane portion 227 includes a pair of long sides 2271 disposed opposite to each other and a pair of short sides 2272 connected to the long sides 2271, the second connection portion 229 is disposed on the short sides 2272, the opening 2231 is disposed on the long sides 2271, and the opening 2231 is symmetrically disposed with respect to a perpendicular bisector of the long sides 2271 as a symmetry axis and has a rounded rectangular shape. In this embodiment, the openings 2231 are one and have rounded rectangular shapes, and in other embodiments, the openings 2231 may be plural or have other shapes, and the openings 2231 are disposed on the planar portion 227 of the skeleton 223 on the side far from the sound outlet 13, so as to reduce the skeleton mass on the non-sound outlet side, balance the asymmetry of the sound mass, and reduce the maximum amplitude difference between the sound outlet side and the non-sound outlet side.
The magnetic circuit system 23 comprises a secondary magnetic steel 232 arranged around the central magnetic steel component 231, a secondary pole core 233 positioned above the secondary magnetic steel 232, and a magnetic yoke 234 for bearing the central magnetic steel component 231 and the secondary magnetic steel 232, wherein the central magnetic steel component 231 and the secondary magnetic steel 232 form a magnetic gap 25, the secondary pole core 233 is fixed with the basin frame 21, and the magnetic yoke 234 is provided with an annular groove 2341 for avoiding the voice coil 222.
The center magnetic steel assembly 231 comprises a first main magnetic steel 2311, a second main magnetic steel 2312 arranged above the first main magnetic steel 2311, a main pole core 2313 clamped between the first main magnetic steel 2311 and the second main magnetic steel 2312, a third main magnetic steel 2314 arranged above the second main magnetic steel 2312 and a magnetic conduction sheet 2315 clamped between the second main magnetic steel 2312 and the third main magnetic steel 2314, the second main magnetic steel 2312 comprises a main body 23120 and an extension part 23121 extending from the main body 23120 near the upper cover 11, the extension part 23121 is fixed with the magnetic conduction sheet 2315, the upper surface of the main body 23120 is connected with the second fixing part 2261, the second fixing part 2261 is arranged around the main body 23120, and the third main magnetic steel 2314 is connected with the upper cover 11.
The elastic connecting piece 3 comprises a metal connecting piece 31 and an auxiliary vibrating diaphragm 32 positioned below the metal connecting piece 31, the elastic connecting piece 3 is connected with the basin frame 21 and the framework 223, one end of the metal connecting piece 31 is fixed with the circuit board 4, the other end of the metal connecting piece 31 is fixed with the electric connecting piece 6, and the auxiliary vibrating diaphragm 32 is positioned below the metal connecting piece 31.
The circuit board 4 is partially disposed in the accommodating cavity 10 and partially extends out of the housing 1, and an external circuit supplies power to the voice coil 222 through the circuit board 4, the metal connector 31 and the electrical connector 6.
The supporting portion 5 is disposed between the sounding unit 2 and the lower cover 12, and includes a first supporting portion 51 with a cylindrical shape and a second supporting portion 52 with a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the material of the supporting portion 5 is foam, in this embodiment, the supporting portions 5 are two and have a cylindrical shape and a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and in other embodiments, the supporting portion 5 may be one or more or may be other shapes.
