Abstract
一种拒水透气薄膜复贴面料的制造方法及专用设备，是由纤维织物层和憎水透气膜用粘合剂直接复贴而成，粘合剂是以聚胺酯为主胶，主胶∶架桥剂∶促进剂∶溶剂的重量单位为3.0∶1.5-0.8∶0.25-0.8∶2.0-3.0，其粘结剂采用泡沫涂层，涂覆采用喷涂工艺，织物与膜粘合后的成品膜外面还涂有一层聚胺酯发泡材料保护层。根据本发明制造的叠层面料，其制造工艺简单，成本低，而且透湿度＞5000g-6000g/m2天，耐水压7000-10000mmH2O，耐低温达-40℃，面料质轻柔软，有皮感，可水洗，经多次揉搓而不变形等优异性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料的制造方法及设备，特别是具有拒水、透气、透湿特性的纤维织物面料的制造方法。
背景技术
防水透气是人们衡量织物的一个重要指标，既能拒水、防水，又能排汗、透气，穿着舒适，是大家所期望的。现有技术已有多种既可防水又能透气的面料问世，如中国专利88101010“防水、透气的叠层弹性织物”公开了一种包含一个弹力材料层，一个高聚物薄膜层，一种用来粘合上述膜层和弹力材料层的粘合剂；又如中国专利94113980“一种防水透气服装面料的制造方法”公开了一种以纤维织物与憎水透气膜直接复合而成的服装面料。上述专利所述的织物各有其优点，如织物在透气性和防水性等方面的性能有了提高，但也有不足，如前一项弹性织物专利采用高聚物薄膜层，粘结剂采用辊涂，其加工工艺复杂，制造成本高；后一专利制造成本有所降低，但随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对穿着柔软、舒适和对功能性的要求在不断提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有高透气、透湿、拒水性能的薄膜复贴面料；
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种质轻、柔軟、有皮感、耐低温的薄膜复贴面料；
本发明的第三个目的是提供一种用于膜层与织物层粘合和薄膜保护层涂复的噴涂工艺。
本发明的上述目的通过下述技术方案予以解决，一种拒水透气薄膜复贴面料的制造方法，具有纤维织物层和用聚四氟乙烯制备、经多次扩张定型法获得弹性的多孔憎水透气膜，用粘结剂复贴而成，其特征在于：所述的粘结剂以聚胺酯为主胶，主胶∶架桥∶促进剂∶溶剂的重量单位为3.0∶0.8-1.5∶0.25-0.8∶2.0-3.0；所述的聚胺酯是聚氨酯中加入阴离子或非离子表面活性剂，在涂层过程中加入发泡剂；所述的纤维织物和憎水透气膜之间的复贴采用喷涂工艺。
聚氨脂的含固量为30-70％，架桥剂如多异氰酸酯等，促进剂或称固化剂、催比剂如对甲苯磺酸等，溶剂如丁酮等，其范围的影响因素主要是环境温度所决定；所述的粘结剂采用泡沫涂层，其实质是在聚氨酯中加入阴离子或非离子表面活性剂，在涂层过程中加入发泡剂，形成泡沫状涂敷，当空气从膜中逸出后形成微孔，从而使其具有透气和保暖性能，亚且柔软而具有皮质感。
本发明的述技术方案还可以进一步完善，作为优选，所述的粘结剂涂布量为30-80g/平方米，较理想为35-45g/平方米。
作为优选，外层纤维织物和憎水透气膜粘合后，憎水透气膜的另一面还喷涂有一层聚胺酯泡沫保护涂层；所述的保护涂层的涂布量为10-30g/平方米。
作为优选，外层纤维织物和憎水透气膜粘合后，憎水透气膜的另一面还通过粘结剂与内层纤维织物相粘合。
作为优选，憎水透气膜和外层纤维织物或内层纤维织物粘合后，保持5℃-30℃的温度卷绕在辊上。
本发明所述的纤维织物可以为机织物、针织物以及无纺类纤维性非织造物，也可以一层纤维织物与膜或多层叠合。
在织物和膜粘合后的成品膜外面还涂有一层聚胺酯发泡材料保护层，其作用有二：一是保护膜层，二是便于面料加工成各种用品时封口需要，该保护层涂复亦采用喷涂工艺，其制备及泡沫形成方法如前所述，用于膜层保护的涂布量控制在每平方米10-30g，视织物的厚度及透气量的需要而定，保护层可以根据用途需要着色也可以不着色。
根据本发明制造的叠层面料，由于采用多孔膜，层间粘合和保护涂层采用聚胺酯发泡材料噴涂，其制造工艺简单，成本低；透湿度＞5000g-6000g/m2天，耐水压7000-10000mmH2O，耐低温达-40℃，具有很强的防水性能和高透湿性能，耐低温，防寒，抗紫外线，面料质轻柔软，有皮感，可水洗，经多次揉搓而不变形等优异性能。

具体实施方式
图1示出了单层复贴结构织物，其外层纤维织物1和憎水透气膜3，通过粘结剂2即聚胺酯发泡材料噴涂粘合，然后在憎水透气膜3外面喷涂以聚胺酯发泡材料作为保护层4，用于保护成品膜，保护层4可以根据需要着色也可以不着色；(粘结剂不同配方见表1)，(发泡剂用量见表2)，

图2所示为多层复贴结构织物，其外层纤维织物1和憎水透气膜3通过粘结剂2噴涂粘合，然后以其相同方法与内层纤维织物5再次粘合。粘结剂2可以噴涂在憎水透气膜3上，也可以噴涂在外层织物1或内层织物5上，一般而言，当织物较厚时以噴涂在织物上较适宜；用于层间粘合或保护层噴塗的聚胺酯含固量为30-70％，用于粘合时的涂布(上浆)量为每平方米35-45g，用于保护层的涂布(上浆)量为每平方米10g-30g，上述上浆量视织物的厚度及透气量的需要而定；当织物与膜粘合后至收卷时，需将温度继续维持在5℃-30℃之间，(生产温度控制实例见表3)

过程控温指织物与膜粘合至收卷时的控制温度，视复贴方式而定
具体温度根据材料和粘结剂噴涂量而确定，最后，将整卷经复贴的面料送入烘房，使粘结剂固化成膜状。本发明可广泛适用于服装、鞋料、篷帐、医疗卫生、防护用品，还可对无纺不织布进行复贴，而形成一系列产品。
Claims (6)
1、一种拒水透气薄膜复贴面料的制造方法，具有纤维织物层和用聚四氟乙烯制备、经多次扩张定型法获得弹性的多孔憎水透气膜，用粘结剂复贴而成，其特征在于：所述的粘结剂(2)以聚胺酯为主胶，主胶∶架桥剂∶促进剂∶溶剂的重量单位为3.0∶0.8-1.5∶0.25-0.8∶2.0-3.0；所述的聚胺酯是聚氨酯中加入阴离子或非离子表面活性剂，在涂层过程中加入发泡剂；所述的纤维织物(1)或(5)和憎水透气膜(3)之间的复贴采用喷涂工艺。
2、根据权利要求1所述的拒水透气薄膜复贴面料的制造方法，其特征在于：所述的粘结剂(2)涂布量为30-80g/平方米。
3、根据权利要求1所述的拒水透气薄膜复贴面料的制造方法，其特征在于：所述的粘结剂(2)涂布量为35-45g/平方米。
4、根据权利要求1所述的拒水透气薄膜复贴面料的制造方法，其特征在于：外层纤维织物(1)和憎水透气膜(3)粘合后，憎水透气膜(3)的另一面还喷涂有一层聚胺酯泡沫保护涂层(4)；所述的保护涂层(4)的涂布量为10-30g/平方米。
5、根据权利要求1所述的拒水透气薄膜复贴面料的制造方法，其特征在于：外层纤维织物(1)和憎水透气膜(3)粘合后，憎水透气膜(3)的另一面还通过粘结剂(2)与内层纤维织物(5)相粘合。
6、如权利要求1所述的拒水透气薄膜复贴面料的制造方法，其特征在于：所述的憎水透气膜(3)和外层纤维织物(1)或内层纤维织物(5)粘合后，保持5℃-30℃的温度卷绕在辊上。
