The cross-sectional center of the upper end 132 is radially offset from the cross-sectional center of the lower end 131 in the same direction as the radial offset of the locking portion 16 from the breast portion 11. The outer wall 17 of the areola portion 13 at a radially outer portion 171 relative to the axis A-A of the base portion 14 is substantially parallel to the axis of the base portion 14. The outer wall of the areola portion 13 at a radially inner position 172 relative to the axis A-A of the base portion 14 is bent to connect the upper end 132 and the lower end 131 of the areola portion 13, and the bend has a radius such that the inner position of the outer wall of the areola portion 13 is substantially tangent to the outer wall of the breast portion 11 at the lower end and substantially tangent to the outer wall of the nipple portion 12 at the upper end. The cross-section of the areola portion 13 is substantially circular along the length of the areola portion 13, and the diameter of the areola portion 13 decreases in a direction from the lower end 131 to the upper end 132. The nipple portion 12 of the atresia portion has a lower end 121 having the same diameter as the upper end 132 of the areola portion 13. The nipple portion 12 has a substantially part-spherical or substantially hemispherical upper end 122 to close the nipple portion 12. The diameter of the upper end 122 of the nipple portion 12 is smaller than the cross-sectional diameter of the lower end 121. The outer wall of the nipple portion 12 at a radially outer portion 123 relative to the axis A-A of the base portion 14 is substantially parallel to the axis of the base portion 14. The outer wall of the nipple portion 12 at a radially inner position 124 relative to the axis A-A of the base portion 14 is bent to connect the upper end 122 and the lower end 121 of the nipple portion 12, and the bend has a radius such that the inner position of the outer wall of the nipple portion 12 is substantially tangential to the outer wall of the areola portion 13 at the lower end and is substantially parallel to the axis of the base portion 14 near the upper end. The cross-section of the nipple portion 12 is substantially circular along the length of the nipple portion 12, and the diameter of the nipple portion 12 decreases in a direction from the lower end 121 to the upper end 122.

The second region 15 extends circumferentially around the atresia portion away from a radially outer portion 171 of the outer wall 17 of the areola portion 13 and the nipple portion 12. The second region 15 is symmetrical around the radially outer portion of the outer wall of the areola portion 13 and the nipple portion 12.
