Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. In the description of the present application, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
In order to facilitate patients to get nurses' nursing in time when nursing is needed, a caller is arranged on each sickbed in a hospital ward, the caller commonly used at present is a bell arranged at the bedside of the sickbed, the bell is pressed when nursing is needed by the patients, an indicator lamp corresponding to the sickbed in a nurse station blinks, a loudspeaker in the nurse station sends out a prompt tone to prompt the nurses to go to the sickbed corresponding to the blinked indicator lamp, and meanwhile, a communication device is arranged in the nurse station, so that calling and communication with the caller can be realized. However, if there is no nurse on duty in the nurse station, the ward calling mode may cause the problem that the nurse cannot hear the prompt tone and can not see the flashing of the indicator lamp, so that nursing is not timely.
For this problem, there is a call system specifically set for a hospital ward. In this case, the call request sent from the call terminal of the patient is randomly transferred to the nurse terminal, and there is a possibility that the response is not timely, and the nurse terminals of other nurses except for the responsible nurses respond to the call request, thereby affecting the management of tracing the care responsibility and the like, and each nurse needs to configure one nurse terminal, thereby increasing the hardware cost of the call system. In another case, the call request sent by the call terminal of the patient is transferred to the nurse terminal nearest to the call terminal of the patient, but there may be a case where the call requests of a plurality of patients are transferred to one nurse terminal, resulting in an unreasonable dispatch in the call transfer process.
Therefore, how to reasonably transfer the call request when the call terminal of the patient sends the call request, so that the responsible nurse can receive the call request in time is a problem to be solved.
In this regard, the embodiment of the application provides a ward call transfer method, which determines the positioning information of a first nurse, which is associated with a call terminal sending a call request, from the nursing work by acquiring the positioning information of the nurse, and further transfers the call request to the determined positioning terminal of the first nurse. The positioning terminal is a terminal authenticated when a nurse carries out nursing work, the positioning terminal is near a patient, the nurse carrying out nursing work has a high probability of being beside the positioning terminal, the possibility that a forwarded call request is seen to be received by the nurse carrying out nursing work is high, after receiving the call request, the nurse can directly go to the position of the call terminal which sends the call request after the current nursing work is finished, nursing work is carried out on the patient, the transfer logic of the whole call request is reasonable, and the response of the call request is more timely.
Referring to fig. 1, a ward call transfer system to which the ward call transfer method provided by the present application is applicable is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the ward call transfer system 1 includes a plurality of call terminals 10, a plurality of positioning terminals 20, and an electronic device 30.
The call terminal 10, the positioning terminal 20, and the electronic device 30 may establish a communication connection therebetween in a direct or indirect manner. It should be appreciated that the connection may be a wireless connection, such as a Bluetooth connection, a wireless fidelity (WIRELESS FIDELITY, wi-Fi) connection, or the like; alternatively, the connection may be a wired connection, such as an optical fiber connection, an ethernet connection, a universal serial bus (universal serial bus, USB) connection, a high-speed serial computer expansion bus (PERIPHERAL COMPONENT INTERCONNECT EXPRESS, PCIE), or the like, which is not limited thereto. For example, between the electronic device 30 and the calling terminal 10, the electronic device 30 and the positioning terminal 20 are connected through a wireless local area network.
In some embodiments, the calling terminal 10 may be a gate terminal disposed at a gate of a ward, or may be a hospital bed terminal disposed beside a hospital bed in the ward, for sending a call request to the electronic device 30. For example, when a patient needs to change the medicine, inquire the medicine taking mode, etc., a call request can be sent out through the corresponding call terminal 10, and after the nurse associated with the patient receives the call request, the nurse can arrive at the call terminal 10 for carrying out nursing work for the patient.
In some embodiments, the call terminal 10 is connected to one or more triggering devices for receiving patient-entered call operations. Specifically, one triggering device corresponds to one patient, and the triggering device may include one or more of a button, a mobile terminal and a touch screen, where the patient inputs a call operation on the triggering device, and the triggering device sends triggering information to the call terminal 10, so that the call terminal 10 sends a call request. For example, the triggering device may be a button, which may be a mechanical button or a self-generating button, and there are 3 patients in the ward, but only 1 calling terminal 10, and one button is configured for each patient, and the button is connected to the calling terminal 10, and when one patient wants to call a nurse to change the medicine, the patient can click on the corresponding button, and the button sends a level signal to the calling terminal 10, so that the calling terminal 10 is triggered to send a call request. For another example, the triggering device is a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can be fixed on a sickbed of a patient corresponding to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal is prevented from moving randomly, the patient can click on a triggering control of a call request on the mobile terminal corresponding to the patient, and the mobile terminal sends triggering information to the call terminal 10 so as to trigger the call terminal 10 to send the call request. For another example, the triggering device is a touch screen, and the patient clicks a triggering control of the call request on the touch screen, and the touch screen sends triggering information to the call terminal 10 to trigger the call terminal 10 to send the call request.
In particular, the call terminal 10 may include a display, and after the call terminal 10 sends a call request, personal information of the patient corresponding to a triggering device that triggers the call terminal to send the call request is displayed in the display of the call terminal 10, so that a nurse can quickly learn which patient needs to perform a nursing work when answering the call request and nursing the patient later.
In some embodiments, the positioning terminal 20 may be a gate terminal disposed at a gate of a ward, or may be a hospital bed terminal disposed beside the hospital bed in the ward, for receiving an authentication operation input by a nurse, generating positioning information and transmitting the positioning information to the electronic device 30. For example, when the hospital bed terminal a issues a call request, a nurse receives the call request and then goes to the location of the hospital bed terminal a, and enters an authentication operation on the hospital bed terminal a, which indicates that the nurse wants to start nursing work on the patient associated with the hospital bed terminal a, the hospital bed terminal a generates positioning information based on the hospital bed terminal a authenticated when the nurse performs the nursing work, and then sends the positioning information to the electronic device 30.
As can be seen from the above description, the call terminal 10 is expressed from the functional point of issuing a call request from a hospital bed terminal or portal terminal, the positioning terminal 20 is expressed from the functional point of generating positioning information of a nurse from the hospital bed terminal or portal terminal, and the call terminal 10 and the positioning terminal 20 may be the same hospital bed terminal or portal terminal. For example, when the patient x wants to call a nurse to change the medicine, the patient x inputs a calling operation on the triggering device to trigger the patient x to send a calling request, the patient B is the calling terminal 10 which sends the calling request, when the nurse changes the medicine for the patient x, the nurse performs an authentication operation on the patient B, and the patient B generates and reports the positioning information of the nurse to the electronic device 30, and at the moment, the patient B is the positioning terminal 20.
In some embodiments, the positioning terminal 20 is further configured to receive a care end operation input by a nurse, generate care end information, and send the care end information to the electronic device 30. For example, when a nurse completes a nursing work for a patient, a nursing end operation is input to the call terminal 10 corresponding to the patient, which indicates that the nurse has completed the nursing work for the patient, the call terminal 10 generates nursing end information and reports the information to the electronic device 30.
Based on the above description, the gate terminal and the bed terminal (the call terminal 10 and the positioning terminal 20) may include an interaction device, a processor, a communicator, and a memory. The interaction device is used for realizing interaction with a user, the processor is used for generating a call request and/or positioning information and/or nursing end information, the controller can control the communicator to send the call request, the positioning information, the nursing end information and the like to the electronic equipment 30, the memory is used for storing authentication information of each nurse, and the processor can search the authentication information of the nurses from the memory to authenticate the nurses performing authentication operation on the positioning terminal 20.
For example, the interaction device may be a display panel in which a call control is displayed, and the user may click on this call control, and the processor then controls the communicator to issue a call request. As another example, the interaction means may be a voice command means, the patient issues a voice command to the call terminal 10, and the processor controls the communicator to issue a call request. As another example, the interaction means may also be a mechanical button which, when pressed by the user, the processor controls the communicator to issue a call request. For another example, the interaction device may further include a biometric acquisition device, where the biometric acquisition device acquires biometric information (for example, facial feature information, palm print feature information, fingerprint feature data, iris feature data, etc.) of a nurse, and the processor searches whether there is matching biometric information in the biometric information of the nurse stored in the memory, if there is matching biometric information, it indicates that the nurse is authenticated successfully, and the processor may generate positioning information, and then report the positioning information to the electronic device 30 through the communicator. For another example, the interaction device may further include a signal receiving device, configured to receive a signal sent by a work card, a work terminal, or the like of the nurse, and implement an authentication process for performing a nursing work on the nurse. For example, the interaction device may further include a means for inputting nurse identification information such as a work number, a number, and an id number of the nurse, and the nurse may manually input the identification information through the interaction device to perform the authentication operation.
It should be understood that other implementations of the interaction device are also possible, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific implementation of the interaction device.
The processor may be a central processing unit (central processing unit, CPU), a general purpose processor network processor (network processor, NP), a digital signal processor (DIGITAL SIGNAL processing, DSP), a microprocessor, a microcontroller, a programmable logic device (programmable logic device, PLD), or any combination thereof. The processor may also be any other device having processing functionality, such as a circuit, device, or software module, as the embodiments of the application are not limited in this respect.
The memory may be a read-only memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device, a random access memory (random access memory, RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that may store static information and instructions, or may be an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (ELECTRICALLY ERASABLE PROGRAMMABLE READ-only memory, EEPROM), a compact disc read-only memory (compact disc read-only memory) or other optical disc storage, an optical disc storage (including compact disc, laser disc, optical disc, digital versatile disc, blu-ray disc, etc.), a magnetic disk storage medium, or other magnetic storage device, etc., as the embodiments of the present application are not limited in this regard.
A communicator is a component for communicating with external devices or servers according to various communication protocol types. For example, the communicator may include at least one of a wireless communication technology (Wi-Fi) module, a bluetooth module, a wired ethernet module, a Near Field Communication (NFC) module, or other network communication protocol components or near field communication protocol components, and an infrared receiver. The communicator may be used to communicate with other devices or communication networks (e.g., ethernet, radio access network (radio access network, RAN), wireless local area network (wireless local area networks, WLAN), etc.).
The gate terminal is arranged at a ward gate, and batch authentication of nursing work can be carried out on a plurality of patients. For example, if the nurse is the same nurse as the responsible nurse for several patients in a ward, the nurse can perform authentication at the start and end of the nursing work at the gate terminal provided at the ward entrance when performing the nursing work for a plurality of patients in the ward, so that the authentication is not performed once at each ward terminal in the ward.
In some embodiments, when the bed in the ward is insufficient, a bed can be added on the ward or a corridor outside the ward, each newly added sickbed is configured with a trigger device, and then the trigger device configured by the newly added sickbed is bound with a nearby sickbed terminal or gate terminal, so that a patient of the newly added sickbed can send a call request through the call terminal, and when nurses care the patient of the newly added bed, authentication operation can be performed on the sickbed terminal or gate terminal bound by the trigger device of the patient of the newly added bed. For example, three patients are originally in a ward, a sickbed terminal is installed beside each patient, namely, one patient is associated with one sickbed terminal, if a patient a corresponds to a sickbed terminal A, a patient B corresponds to a sickbed terminal B, a patient C corresponds to a sickbed terminal C, if a bed is newly added beside the sickbed of the patient C, a medical staff configures a trigger device for a patient d of the bed and binds with the nearest sickbed terminal C, at the moment, the sickbed terminal C binds with the patient C and the patient d, the patient C and the patient d can trigger the sickbed terminal C to send a call request by operating own trigger devices, and after receiving the call request, a nurse performs authentication operation on the sickbed terminal C to start nursing work for the patient. For example, a bed cannot be newly added in a ward, a bed is newly added in a corridor outside the ward, a trigger device configured for a patient of the bed can be bound with a gate terminal nearest to the bed, the patient of the bed can operate the trigger device to trigger the gate terminal to send a call request, and after the nurse arrives, authentication operation is performed on the gate terminal, and nursing work is started on the patient.
Specifically, when the user connects the newly added trigger device to the call terminal 10, selects a virtual bed adding function on the call terminal 10, and obtains bed adding application information, where the bed adding application information includes: the personal information of the patient in bed, the equipment information of the calling terminal 10 and the equipment information of the triggering equipment of the patient in bed are sent to the electronic equipment 30, so that the electronic equipment 30 establishes the association relationship among the personal information of the patient in bed, the equipment information of the calling terminal 10 and the equipment information of the triggering equipment of the patient in bed, and then a nurse can select the patient needing to carry out nursing work based on the association relationship when inputting authentication operation on the calling terminal 10.
In some embodiments, when the positioning terminal 20 binds a plurality of triggering devices, that is, when the positioning terminal 20 associates a plurality of patients, a nurse first selects a patient to be nursed and then performs an authentication operation when authenticating the positioning terminal 20, and then the positioning terminal 20 generates positioning information and reports the positioning information to the electronic device 30. For example, if the hospital bed terminal a associates the patient a and the patient b, the nurse selects whether the nursing work is to be performed on the patient bed terminal a or the patient b when performing the authentication operation on the hospital bed terminal a.
Based on the above description, the calling terminal 10 and the positioning terminal 20 may include an information recognition module, a nursing positioning module, and a talk-over-talk module therein. The information identification module can be used for acquiring personnel information of nurses and storing the personnel information of the nurses, acquiring authentication information of the nurses through the interaction device, carrying out identification comparison and sending comparison results to the nursing positioning module. For example, the information recognition module stores a facial image of a nurse, the facial image of the nurse is obtained through the camera and compared with the stored facial image, and finally the comparison result is transmitted to the nursing positioning module. The nursing positioning module is used for acquiring the comparison result, generating positioning information of a nurse and reporting the positioning information of the nurse; the care positioning module is also configured to receive positioning information of the first nurse sent by the electronic device 30. The conversation intercom module is used for sending out a call request and receiving call requests of other call terminals so as to realize conversation intercom.
In some embodiments, the ward call transfer system 1 may further include a management host, which is generally disposed at the nurse station, and is configured to receive a call request forwarded from the call terminal 10 by the electronic device 30 in the case that the positioning information of the nurse associated with the call terminal 10 is not present in the positioning information of the nurse who is performing the nursing work. For example, when no nurse is currently performing nursing work in a ward, that is, when no nurse is at a nurse station, that is, no positioning information of the nurse performing nursing work is available, the electronic device 30 does not have a positioning terminal of the first nurse that can be transferred, the electronic device 30 can directly transfer a call request to the management host, and the nurse at the nurse station can timely receive the call request sent from the call terminal 10 and timely respond to the call request to perform nursing work on the patient.
In some embodiments, the management host may also manage the bed terminals and the gate terminals. For example, the manager can check information such as whether each sickbed terminal and each gate terminal are on-line, the number of times of use, call records, etc. through the management host.
In some embodiments, the electronic device 30 is configured to screen the location information of the first nurse from the location information of the nurses who are performing the care work, and transfer the call request to the location terminal indicated by the location information of the first nurse. Wherein the first nurse belongs to a nurse associated with the calling terminal that issued the call request.
In some embodiments, the electronic device 30 may be any device capable of transferring call requests, the electronic device 30 may be a single server, a server cluster, or the electronic device 30 may be a terminal device, for example, a personal computer (Personal Computer, PC), a notebook, a mobile device, a tablet, a laptop, etc. The embodiment of the present application is not limited to the specific form of the electronic device 30.
In some embodiments, the ward call transfer system 1 may further include an information service device, where the information service device is configured to provide an information service platform, and the information service platform may provide an information entry service, an information management service, an information delivery service, and a care location service. The information input service can input personnel information of nurses or patients into the information service device, compares the input personnel information of the nurses with the acquired personnel information of the nurses, determines the identity information of the nurses, and realizes the authentication operation of nursing work of the nurses; the information management service can realize the association relationship between the patient and the nurse, create a patient roster, a medical care roster and the like; the information issuing service can be used for issuing the entered personnel information of the nurses to each sickbed terminal or portal terminal, so that the nurses can finish authentication on the sickbed terminal or portal terminal; the nursing positioning service can acquire the positioning information reported by the positioning terminal 20 and determine the positioning terminal of the first nurse corresponding to the calling terminal 10 which sends the calling request.
In some embodiments, the information service apparatus may be a single server, may be a server cluster, or may be a terminal device, such as a personal computer (Personal Computer, PC), a notebook, a mobile device, a tablet, a laptop, or the like. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific form of the information service device.
For example, a manager logs in an information service platform provided by an information service device through a terminal device used by the manager, logs in personnel information of a plurality of nurses and personnel information of a plurality of patients, determines responsible nurses corresponding to each patient, issues personnel information of the nurses to each positioning terminal, further authenticates the nurses on the positioning terminals, generates positioning information or nursing end information and reports the positioning information or nursing end information to the information service device, and after receiving a call request, the information service device determines a positioning terminal of a first nurse corresponding to a calling terminal which sends the call request.
In some embodiments, the information service apparatus is a separate device from the electronic device 30, or the information service apparatus may be integrated with the electronic device 30.
In some embodiments, the management host and electronic device 30 may be two separate devices as shown in FIG. 1, or the management host and electronic device 30 may be integrated.
In practice, the ward call transfer system 1 may be divided into ward areas. For example, the hospital bed terminal, the gate terminal, the management host, and the electronic device 30 in the ward of one floor are determined as one ward call transfer system.
Alternatively, one electronic device 30 may be used to perform transfer work of call requests in the plurality of ward call transfer systems 1. For example, an electronic device and a calling terminal, a positioning terminal and a management host in a ward area of a first floor form a ward call transfer system, a call request sent by the calling terminal in the ward area of the first floor is transferred by the electronic device, and the electronic device and the calling terminal, the positioning terminal and the management host in a ward area of a second floor form a ward call system, so that a call request sent by the calling terminal in the ward area of the second floor is still transferred by the electronic device.
The hardware configuration of the call terminal 10, the location terminal 20, the management host, and the electronic device 30 includes elements included in the computing device shown in fig. 2. The hardware configuration of the calling terminal 10, the positioning terminal 20, the management host, and the electronic device 30 will be described below using the computing device shown in fig. 2 as an example.

Processor 401 is a control center of a computing device and may be a single processor or a collective term for a plurality of processing elements. For example, the processor 401 may be a general-purpose central processing unit (central processing unit, CPU), or may be other general-purpose processors. Wherein the general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like.
As one example, processor 401 may include one or more CPUs, such as CPU 0 and CPU 1 shown in fig. 2.
Memory 402 may be, but is not limited to, read-only memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, random access memory (random access memory, RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, or electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage device, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
In a possible implementation, the memory 402 may exist separately from the processor 401, and the memory 402 may be connected to the processor 401 through the bus 404 for storing instructions or program codes. The processor 401, when calling and executing instructions or program code stored in the memory 402, can implement the model deployment method provided by the embodiment of the present application.
In another possible implementation, the memory 402 may also be integrated with the processor 401.
A communication interface 403 for connecting the computing device with other devices via a communication network, which may be an ethernet, a radio access network (radio access network, RAN), a wireless local area network (wireless local area networks, WLAN), etc. The communication interface 403 may include a receiving unit for receiving data and a transmitting unit for transmitting data.
Bus 404 may be an industry standard architecture (Industry Standard Architecture, ISA) bus, an external device interconnect (PERIPHERAL COMPONENT INTERCONNECT, PCI) bus, or an extended industry standard architecture (Extended Industry Standard Architecture, EISA) bus, among others. The bus may be classified as an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 2, but not only one bus or one type of bus.
It should be noted that the structure shown in fig. 2 is not limiting of the computing device, and the computing device may include more or less components than those shown in fig. 2, or may combine some components, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes in detail the implementation of the embodiment of the present application with reference to the drawings.
The ward call transfer method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be executed by the electronic device 30. For example, the electronic device 30 may be a server, a terminal device, or the like. The electronic device 30 is exemplified below as a server.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a ward call forwarding method, which includes the following steps:
S101, receiving a call request from a call terminal.
Wherein the calling terminal is associated with one or more nurses.
In practical application, each patient is associated with a nurse group, and then the patient-bound calling terminal is associated with the nurse group associated with the patient, and when the call request sent by the patient-bound calling terminal is subsequently transferred, the server transfers the call request to the positioning terminal of the patient-associated nurse. For example, patient a in ward 1 is associated with a nurse group a, which includes a plurality of nurses, and eventually transfers the call request to the first nurse's location terminal, which is a nurse in nurse group a.
Specifically, the nurse group associated with the patient includes one or more responsible nurses corresponding to the patient.
S102, acquiring positioning information of nurses who are performing nursing work.
The positioning information is used for indicating a positioning terminal authenticated by a nurse when the nurse performs nursing work.
In some embodiments, the positioning information is generated by the positioning terminal in response to a nurse entering an authentication operation at the positioning terminal; in the case where the positioning terminal binds a plurality of patients, the authentication operation includes an operation of selecting a patient, from among the plurality of patients, for which a care work is required.
Specifically, the positioning information may include device information of the positioning terminal authenticated when the nurse performs the nursing work, and a start time of the nursing work performed by the nurse. The starting time of nursing work by a nurse can be characterized by the time when the nurse inputs authentication operation.
Illustratively, assuming that nurse A performs a punch card authentication on call terminal a at 14:32:03, starts a care job, nurse B performs a face authentication on call terminal B at 14:35:45, starts a care job, and nurse C performs a punch card authentication on call terminal C at 14:42:30. If nursing work of each of nurse a, nurse B and nurse C is not finished at 14:44:20, the location information stored in the server at 14:44:20 should include: { call terminal a; a nurse A;14:32:03}, { call terminal b; a nurse B;14:35:45} { call terminal c; a nurse C;14:42:30}.
In this way, the positioning information of the nurses who are performing the nursing work is stored in the server, when the server subsequently determines the positioning terminal of the first nurse corresponding to the calling terminal, the first nurse is at the position of the corresponding positioning terminal, and after receiving the calling request, the nurses can go to the position of the calling terminal which sends the calling request as soon as possible after finishing the current nursing work.
Optionally, the positioning information may further include personnel information of the patient for nursing work by a nurse.
In some embodiments, after the nurse's care work is finished, the nurse enters a care finish operation on the positioning terminal, so that the positioning terminal generates care finish information and transmits the care finish information to the server, and the server generates a care work record based on the same nurse's care finish information and positioning information, and deletes the positioning information. The nursing work record includes personal information of a nurse who performs nursing work, equipment information authenticated at the time of performing nursing work, personal information of a patient who is performed nursing work, and a start time and an end time of the nursing work performed by the nurse.
Illustratively, the action of the nurse entering the authentication operation and/or entering the care end operation on the location terminal may be that the nurse puts the ID card on the location terminal for authentication, and the nurse provides its own biometric information for authentication on the location terminal (e.g., the location terminal collects the nurse's face information, determines whether the nurse authentication is successful). Based on the above example, if nurse a nurses patient x, nurse a inputs a care end operation at 14:37:23, and further nurse a's care end information may be { call terminal a; a nurse A;14:37:23, the resulting care job record may be { patient x; a calling terminal a; a nurse A;14:32:03-14:37:23}, at which time the positioning information of nurse a is deleted.
Like this, can effectively avoid appearing the nurse to end nursing work but the condition of not inputting nursing end operation, the nursing work record of nurse of record in the server just is higher, and the server has stored nurse work record, then follow-up process can look over nurse's behavior more conveniently. The server stores the positioning information of the nurses who are doing nursing work, and the server transfers the call request to the positioning terminal authenticated by the nurses who are doing nursing work, so that the nurses can arrive at the position of the call terminal which sends the call request for the first time after finishing the nursing work, and nursing work is timely carried out for the patients, and the situation that the call request cannot be responded for a long time when the nurses return to the nurse station to receive the call request is avoided. In addition, as the nurse needs to perform authentication operation and nursing end operation on the positioning terminal, that is, when the positioning terminal can receive the call requests sent by other call terminals, the nurse is always present, so that other patients can be prevented from receiving the call requests by mistake.
In some embodiments, the user presets a preset end time through the server, and when the nurse starts to perform the nursing work within the preset end time, if the positioning terminal does not receive the nursing end operation input by the nurse, the positioning terminal determines that the nurse has ended the nursing work, and generates and reports the nursing end information. The preset ending time length is related to nursing work required by a patient associated with the positioning terminal. For example, the nursing level of the patient 1 is low, nursing work on the patient only involves changing the dressing, the preset end time set on the positioning terminal associated with the patient 1 may be 10 minutes, and if the nurse does not input the nursing end operation within 10 minutes after inputting the authentication operation on the positioning terminal associated with the patient 1, the positioning terminal associated with the patient 1 determines that the nurse has finished changing the dressing, generates the nursing end information and reports the nursing end information to the server. For another example, the nursing level of the patient 2 is higher, nursing work on the patient 2 involves changing a dressing, measuring blood pressure, changing a dressing, and the like, the preset ending time set on the positioning terminal corresponding to the patient 2 may be 20 minutes, and if the nurse does not input the nursing ending operation within 20 minutes after inputting the authentication operation on the positioning terminal associated with the patient 2, the positioning terminal associated with the patient 2 determines that the nurse has finished nursing, generates nursing ending information, and reports the nursing ending information to the server.
S103, screening the positioning information of the first nurse from the positioning information of nurses who are carrying out nursing work.
Wherein the first nurse belongs to a nurse associated with the call terminal.
In some embodiments, step S103 may be specifically implemented as: the server screens out the positioning information of a second nurse from the positioning information of nurses who are carrying out nursing work, and the second nurse belongs to nurses associated with the calling terminal; the server selects the positioning information of the second nurse with the highest response priority from the second nurses as the positioning information of the first nurse based on the response priority of the second nurses; wherein the response priority is used for representing the response time degree of the second nurse to the calling terminal.
For example, there are 15 nurses currently performing nursing work, wherein all of the 9 nurses of nurses a 1-a 9 are associated with the calling terminal X which makes the calling request, the 9 nurses are second nurses associated with the calling terminal X, and if the response priority of the nurse a1 is highest, the nurse a1 is the first nurse identified from the 9 second nurses, and the calling request made by the calling terminal X is transferred to the positioning terminal characterized by the positioning information of the nurse a 1.
In this way, by selecting the first nurse with the highest response priority from the second nurses, the call request is transferred to the positioning terminal of the first nurse in the subsequent process, so that the nurses meeting the requirements can respond to the call request in time and process the call request in time.
In some embodiments, the response priority of the second nurse is determined according to at least one of: the type of the second nurse, the starting time of nursing by the second nurse, and the type of the positioning terminal indicated by the positioning information of the second nurse; wherein the second nurse type comprises a responsible nurse or a non-responsible nurse; types of positioning terminals include doorway terminals or hospital bed terminals.
Specifically, the response priority of the second nurse satisfies at least one of the following relationships: ① The response priority of the second nurse as the responsible nurse is higher than the response priority of the second nurse as the non-responsible nurse; ② The response priority of the second nurse with the later starting time of nursing is higher than that of the second nurse with the earlier starting time of nursing; ③ The response priority of the second nurse authenticating at the hospital bed terminal is higher than the response priority of the second nurse authenticating at the gate terminal.
Example one: the second nurses associated with the calling terminals X which send the calling requests are nurses a 1-a 9, the nurses a3 and a4 are responsible nurses associated with the calling terminals X, the second nurse with the latest starting moment for nursing is a nurse a6, the positioning terminals of the nurses a 1-a 4 are sickbed terminals, and the positioning terminals of the nurses a 5-a 9 are gate terminals. When the response priority of the second nurse satisfies ① above, the server determines that nurse a3 or nurse a4 is the first nurse; or when the response priority of the second nurse satisfies ② above, the server determines that nurse a6 is the first nurse; or when the response priority of the second nurse satisfies ③ above, the server determines that one of nurses a 1-a 4 is the first nurse.
Example two: when the response priority of the second nurse satisfies ① and ② described above, the server determines that nurse a3, which is the latest in the start time of nursing among nurses a3 and a4, is the first nurse; or when the response priority of the second nurse satisfies ① and ③, the nurse a3 and the nurse a4 are responsible nurses and the respective positioning terminals are hospital bed terminals, and the server determines that one of the nurse a3 and the nurse a4 is the first nurse; or when the response priority of the second nurse satisfies ② and ③ described above, the server determines that the nurse a1 having the latest start time of nursing among nurses a1 to a4 is the first nurse.
Example three: when the response priority of the second nurse satisfies ①、② and ③, the server may determine the responsible nurses of the second nurses, screen the nurses with the locating terminals as the nurses of the hospital bed terminals, and determine the first nurse with the latest nursing starting time from the nurses.
In this way, when the response priority of the second nurse serving as the responsible nurse is higher than the response priority of the second nurse serving as the non-responsible nurse, the first nurse finally determined to be the responsible nurse associated with the calling terminal for making the call request is transferred to the positioning terminal of the first nurse, so that the responsible nurse responds to the call request, the responsible nurse knows the associated patient better, and the nursing effect of the responsible nurse on the patient can be better. When the response priority satisfies that the response priority of the second nurse with the latest nursing starting time is higher than that of the second nurse with the earliest nursing starting time, the possibility that the nurse is at the positioning terminal is higher, when the call request is subsequently transferred to the positioning terminal of the nurse with the latest nursing starting time, the nurse with the latest nursing starting time can be ensured to receive the call request in time, and the nurse is likely to start nursing work just after receiving other tasks, after receiving the call request, the nurse can go to the position of the calling terminal which sends the call request directly after finishing the current nursing work, so that the call request can be timely received, and the nurse can nurse the patient which sends the call request as soon as possible. When the response priority of the second nurse authenticated at the sickbed terminal is higher than the response priority of the second nurse authenticated at the gate terminal, if the nurse authenticates at the sickbed terminal, the distance between the nurse and the sickbed terminal is closer when the nurse nurses the patient, if the nurse authenticates at the gate terminal, the distance between the nurse and the gate terminal is the distance between the inside and outside of the ward when the nurse nurses the patient, and the distance is far, the call request is preferentially transferred to the positioning terminal of the nurse with the positioning terminal as the sickbed terminal, and the receiving success rate of the call request received by the nurse can be improved.
In some embodiments, there is also a judgment priority between ①、②、③ above, and when the response priority includes two or three of ①、②、③ above, the server determines the first nurse after sequentially judging based on the respective judgment priorities between ①、②、③. For example, if the judgment priority of ① is higher than ③ and higher than ②, the server first screens out the responsible nurses associated with the calling terminal that makes the call request from among the nurses who are performing the nursing work, screens out the nurses whose locating terminals are hospital bed terminals from among the responsible nurses, and finally determines the nurse whose starting time of nursing is the latest from among the responsible nurses whose locating terminals are nurses whose hospital bed terminals as the first nurse. Through judging the setting of the priority, the server can finally determine the first nurse according to logic, the transfer logic of the whole call request is reasonable, and the response of the call request is more timely.
S104, transferring the call request from the call terminal to the positioning terminal indicated by the positioning information of the first nurse.
As shown in fig. 4, for example, a nurse authenticates at a positioning terminal a, (1) the positioning terminal a generates positioning information and reports the positioning information to a server, (2) the server receives a call request sent by a call terminal B, determines that a first nurse corresponding to the call terminal B is a nurse authenticated at the positioning terminal a, and (3) the server transfers the call request sent by the call terminal B to the positioning terminal a.
Optionally, the server sends the identification information of the positioning terminal of the first nurse to the calling terminal sending the call request, and then the calling terminal sending the call request initiates the call request to the positioning terminal of the first nurse. The identification information of the positioning terminal may be the number, id number, ip address, etc. of the positioning terminal, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, a nurse authenticates at a positioning terminal a, (1) the positioning terminal a generates positioning information and reports the positioning information to a server, (2) the server receives a call request sent by a calling terminal B, determines that the positioning terminal of a first nurse of the calling terminal B is the positioning terminal a, (3) the server sends identification information of the positioning terminal a to the calling terminal B, (4) the calling terminal B further sends a call request to the positioning terminal a based on an id number of the positioning terminal a.
In this way, the server only carries out the determining process of the positioning terminal of the first nurse, and the calling process is carried out spontaneously by the calling terminal which sends the calling request, so that the workload of the server can be reduced.
In some embodiments, after transferring the call request from the call terminal to the location terminal indicated by the location information of the first nurse, the server transfers the call request from the call terminal to the location terminal indicated by the location information of the second nurse having a response priority level, in a case where the location terminal of the first nurse does not answer the call request from the call terminal for a preset period of time.
For example, the server determines that the second nurse associated with the call terminal has nurses a 1-a 9, wherein the second nurse with the highest response priority is nurse a3, the second nurse with the highest response priority is nurse a4, and if the server transfers the call request to the location terminal of the nurse a3 within a preset time period, the nurse a3 does not answer the call request, the server transfers the call request to the location terminal of the nurse a 4.
In this way, when the positioning terminal of the first nurse does not answer the call request from the call terminal within the preset time, the call request from the call terminal is transferred to the positioning terminal indicated by the positioning information of the second nurse with the highest response priority, so that the situation that the second nurse with the highest response priority does not answer the call request due to an emergency can be avoided, and the call request can be received in time.
In some embodiments, the server transfers a call request from the call terminal to the management host of the nurses' station in the case that there is no positioning information of a nurse associated with the call terminal among positioning information of nurses who are performing care work.
For example, if there is no location information of the responsible nurse of the patient 1 in the location information stored in the current server, which indicates that the nurses associated with the patient 1 are likely to be all at the nurses 'station, the server may transfer the call request sent from the call terminal associated with the patient 1 to the management host of the nurses' station.
Therefore, by reasonably planning the transfer object of the call request, the call request initiated by the patient can be ensured to be received in time, so that nurses can go to the position of the patient as soon as possible to carry out nursing work for the patient, and the condition of the patient is prevented from being delayed because the call request initiated by the patient on the call terminal cannot be responded for a long time.
In some embodiments, in the case of receiving call requests sent by a plurality of call terminals, the server determines respective call priorities of the plurality of call terminals, where the call priorities are used to characterize importance of the call requests of the call terminals; the server sequentially determines the positioning terminal indicated by the positioning information of the corresponding first nurse for the call requests sent by the plurality of call terminals based on the call priority of each of the plurality of call terminals. Wherein the call priority of the call terminal satisfies at least one of the following relationships: the call priority of the call terminal with early time of sending the call request is higher than the call priority of the call terminal with late time of sending the call request; the call priority of the call terminal with the higher care level of the associated patient is higher than the call priority of the call terminal with the lower care level of the associated patient.
Alternatively, the call priority corresponding to the call terminal may also be related to the location set by the call terminal. For example, the call priority of the call terminal of the advanced ward is higher than that of the call terminal of the general ward.
For example, when the server receives the call request sent by the call terminal 1 and receives the call request sent by the call terminal 2, if the time when the call terminal 1 sends the call request is earlier than the time when the call terminal 2 sends the call request, the server determines the positioning terminal of the first nurse associated with the call terminal 1, transfers the call request sent by the call terminal 1 to the positioning terminal of the first nurse associated with the call terminal 1, determines the positioning terminal of the first nurse associated with the call terminal 2, and further performs the transfer operation of the call request of the call terminal 2.
For another example, when the server receives the call requests from the call terminals 1 and 2, and the nursing level of the patient corresponding to the call terminal 1 is higher, the server first transfers the call requests from the call terminal 1.
Therefore, the server can sequentially carry out call transfer work according to the call priority of the call terminal, so that a patient initiating a call request is prevented from waiting for a long time, a responsible nurse can respond to the call request in time, and the patient can go to the position of the patient as soon as possible after the current nursing work is finished, and the nursing work is carried out for the patient.
In some embodiments, the server receives the bed application information sent by the call terminal, where the bed application information includes: personal information of the patient in bed, equipment information of the calling terminal and equipment information of the triggering equipment of the patient in bed; the triggering device is used for triggering the calling terminal to send a calling request based on the calling operation of personnel; the server establishes an association relationship between personal information of the patient in bed, device information of the calling terminal and device information of the trigger device of the patient in bed, so that a nurse selects a patient needing to carry out nursing work based on the association relationship when inputting authentication operation.
For example, three patients are originally in a ward, a sickbed terminal is installed beside each patient, namely, one patient is associated with one sickbed terminal, if a patient a corresponds to a sickbed terminal A, a patient B corresponds to a sickbed terminal B, a patient C corresponds to a sickbed terminal C, if a bed is newly added beside the sickbed of the patient C, a medical staff configures a triggering device for the patient d of the bed, and the triggering device is bound with the nearest sickbed terminal C, and the sickbed terminal C binds the patient C and the patient d. Medical staff selects a virtual bed adding function on a sickbed terminal C, obtains the bed adding application information of personal information of a patient d, equipment information of the sickbed terminal C and equipment information of trigger equipment of the patient d, and then the sickbed terminal C sends the bed adding application information to a server, and then the server establishes an association relationship among the personal information of the patient d, the equipment information of the sickbed terminal C and the equipment information of the trigger equipment of the patient d, and then a nurse can select whether the patient C or the patient d needs to carry out nursing work when carrying out authentication operation on the sickbed terminal C.
Through sending the application information of the bed, the server can establish the association relationship among the personal information of the bed patient, the equipment information of the calling terminal and the equipment information of the triggering equipment of the bed patient, and finally a nurse can select the patient needing nursing work based on the association relationship when inputting authentication operation, so that one calling terminal is not required to be arranged for each patient, and the setting cost of a part of the calling terminals can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the manner in which the call request is displayed by the location terminal may be in a ring mode or a mute mode. For example, the manager sets the mode that the positioning terminal displays the call request to be in the ringing mode, and assuming that the patient 1 initiates the call request on the call terminal a, the server determines that the positioning terminal of the first nurse of the call terminal a is the positioning terminal B, and after the server transfers the call request to the positioning terminal B, the positioning terminal B plays a preset prompting audio to prompt the nurse that the patient needs to be nursed, so that the nurse can go to the patient where the call request is initiated as soon as possible after finishing. For example, the manager sets the mode that the positioning terminal displays the call request to be in a mute mode, and the server determines that the positioning terminal of the first nurse of the call terminal A is the positioning terminal B on the assumption that the patient 1 initiates the call request on the call terminal A, and after the server transfers the call request to the positioning terminal B, the positioning terminal B displays the preset information such as prompt characters, prompt images and the like, so that the nurse can be prompted to have the patient to be nursed, and the nurse can go to the patient where the call request is initiated as soon as possible after the end of the call request, and other patients cannot be disturbed.
In some embodiments, the first nurse's location terminal displays the call request for a target period of time. The starting time of the target time period is the time when the positioning terminal of the first nurse receives the call request, the ending time of the target time period is the time of the target duration after the positioning terminal of the first nurse receives the call request, or the ending time of the target time period is the time when the nurses carry out nursing ending operation on the positioning terminal of the first nurse.
For example, the administrator presets the target time period to be 10 minutes, and assuming that the positioning terminal of the first nurse receives the call request from the call terminal a at 14:30:20, the call terminal a displays the call request from the call terminal a in a period of 14:30:20 to 14:40:20. Or assuming that the nurse performs authentication operation on the positioning terminal of the first nurse at 15:14:12 and starts nursing work on the patient, the positioning terminal of the first nurse receives the call request from the call terminal A at 15:18:20, the positioning terminal of the first nurse starts displaying the call request from the call terminal A at 15:18:20, and if the nurse performs nursing end operation on the positioning terminal of the first nurse at 15:21:08 and ends nursing work on the patient, the positioning terminal of the first nurse ends displaying the call request from the call terminal A at 15:21:08.
Therefore, the positioning terminal of the first nurse does not display the transferred call request endlessly, and the patient in the ward where the positioning terminal of the first nurse is located can be prevented from being disturbed.
In some embodiments, the user may operate on the first nurse's location terminal to manually end the display call request during the display call request by the first nurse's location terminal. The user who finishes displaying the call request may be a nurse who performs an authentication operation on the target call terminal, or may be a patient or a family member of the patient in which the positioning terminal of the first nurse is located.
For example, the nurse does not perform the care end operation on the first nurse's positioning terminal, and at this time, the first nurse's positioning terminal still displays the call request, and the patient or the family of the patient corresponding to the first nurse's positioning terminal feels that the call request affects the rest, and then the person in the ward where the first nurse's positioning terminal is located can operate on the first nurse's positioning terminal, and the call request is ended to be displayed.
For another example, when the nurse is nursing a patient corresponding to the first nurse's positioning terminal, the first nurse's positioning terminal displays the call request, and the nurse can operate on the first nurse's positioning terminal and end displaying the call request, which means that the nurse views the call request and can avoid affecting the rest of the patient in the ward where the first nurse's positioning terminal is located.
Thus, the user can manually end the display call request of the positioning terminal of the first nurse according to self experience, and the patient rest of the ward where the positioning terminal of the first nurse is located is prevented from being influenced.
In some embodiments, when the positioning terminal of the first nurse finishes displaying the call request, the positioning terminal of the first nurse sends feedback information to the call terminal that sent the call request, where the feedback information is used to indicate that the nurse has received the call request, and the call terminal that sent the call request displays the feedback information.
For example, in the process that a nurse performs nursing work on a patient corresponding to the positioning terminal of the first nurse, the positioning terminal of the first nurse receives and displays a call request, the nurse checks the call request, and the positioning terminal of the first nurse operates, so that the positioning terminal of the first nurse finishes displaying the call request, and further the positioning terminal of the first nurse can send feedback information to a calling terminal sending the call request, specifically, the "nurse has received the call request, please wait for the call request", and further the calling terminal sending the call affinity can display the feedback information in a mode of voice broadcasting, text displaying, image displaying and the like.
For another example, when the first nurse's positioning terminal displays the call request, the nurse performs the end display call request operation on the first nurse's positioning terminal, and even if the nurse does not manually end the display call request of the first nurse's positioning terminal, the nurse always sees the call request, the first nurse's positioning terminal can send feedback information to the call terminal that sent the call request when the nurse performs the care end operation, and the call terminal displays the feedback information.
Thus, the positioning terminal of the first nurse sends feedback information to the calling terminal which sends out the call intimacy, and the patient corresponding to the calling terminal which sends out the call request can know that the nurse has received the call request, and the nurse only needs to wait for the arrival of the nurse without repeatedly initiating the call request.
The technical solution shown in fig. 3 brings at least the following advantages: the nursing work is determined from the positioning information of the nurses who are in progress by acquiring the positioning information of the nurses who are in progress, and the positioning information of the first nurses which are associated with the calling terminal which sends the calling request is further transferred to the determined positioning terminal of the first nurses.
The following describes the scheme provided by the application from the viewpoint of overall flow:
as shown in fig. 6, the server judges whether there are call requests issued by a plurality of call terminals;
if there are call requests sent by a plurality of call terminals, determining the call terminal with highest call priority;
screening out the positioning information of the responsible nurse associated with the calling terminal which sends the calling request from the positioning information which is stored by the server and is in nursing work;
Determining the positioning terminal of the first nurse with highest response priority as the latest nurse at the starting moment of nursing work in the positioning information of the responsible nurses, which indicates the positioning terminal as the sickbed terminal, and transferring the call request to the positioning terminal of the first nurse;
If the positioning information indicating that the positioning terminal is a sickbed terminal does not exist in the positioning information of the responsible nurses, determining that the nurse with the latest starting moment of nursing work is the positioning terminal of the first nurse with the highest response priority in the positioning information indicating that the positioning terminal is a gateway terminal in the positioning information of the responsible nurses, and transferring the call request to the positioning terminal of the first nurse;
If the positioning information stored by the server does not contain the positioning information of the responsible nurse associated with the calling terminal sending the calling request, transferring the calling request sent by the calling terminal with the highest calling priority to the management host;
if there are no multiple calling terminals sending out the call request, the current calling terminal sending out the call request is the calling terminal with the highest call priority, and the call transfer process is carried out.
