Abstract

Background technique

At present, the improvement direction of email is mainly in the storage and organization of emails. For example, in the existing technology, emails can be directly stored in a mobile cloud disk, where emails can be viewed and backed up at any time. Users do not need to download them locally, saving local space.

The core function of email - sending emails - is relatively simple, so there are few improvements on this function. Sending emails mainly involves sending the email content to the recipient's email server through the email protocol, and the recipient views the email mainly by logging into the email client and obtaining the email content from the email server through the email protocol and viewing it.

In a first aspect, the present application provides an email processing method, the method comprising: in response to a first computer program in a current electronic device scanning first information associated with an unsent or to-be-sent or editing-being-edited or edited email displayed on another electronic device, displaying the information of the unsent or to-be-sent or editing-being-edited or edited email displayed on the other electronic device in an associated program of the first computer program, wherein the first computer program is a computer program having a function of sending information to contacts associated with the first computer program; displaying a first button associated with the first computer program, the first button being associated with a trigger for sending a second message to a contact and/or contact group associated with the first computer program.

In a second aspect, the present application provides an email processing method, the method comprising: in response to a first trigger operation, displaying first information associated with an email that has not been sent or is to be sent or is being edited or has been edited, the first information being used for scanning by a first computer program in another electronic device to display the information of the email through an associated program of the first computer program, and for sending second information to contacts and/or contact groups related to the first computer program; the first computer program is a computer program having the function of sending information to contacts related to it.

In a fourth aspect, the present application provides an email processing device, comprising: a first processing module, for responding to a first computer program in a current electronic device scanning first information associated with an unsent or to-be-sent or editing-being-edited or edited email displayed on another electronic device, and displaying the information of the unsent or to-be-sent or editing-being-edited or edited email displayed on the other electronic device in an associated program of the first computer program, wherein the first computer program is a computer program having a function of sending information to contacts associated with it; and a second processing module, for displaying a first button associated with the first computer program, the first button being associated with a trigger for sending a second message to a contact and/or contact group associated with the first computer program.

In a fifth aspect, the present application provides an email processing device, comprising: a first processing module, for displaying first information associated with an email that has not been sent or is to be sent or is being edited or has been edited in response to a first trigger operation, the first information being used for scanning by a first computer program in another electronic device to display the information of the email through an associated program of the first computer program, and for sending second information to contacts and/or contact groups related to the first computer program; the first computer program is a computer program that has the function of sending information to contacts related to it.

In an eighth aspect, the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, and when the computer program is executed by an electronic device, the email processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application is implemented.

In a ninth aspect, the present application provides a computer program product, including a computer program, which, when executed by an electronic device, implements the mail processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application.

In the description of this application, the first computer program is a computer program that has the function of sending information to its related contacts. For example, the first computer program can be an instant messaging software (such as WeChat, QQ, etc.), a cloud disk, a short message, a 5G message, and other non-email programs.

In the description of the present application, an associated program refers to a program associated with the first computer program. In the description of the present application, an illustrative description is given by taking the associated program as a small program or a subprogram.

In the description of this application, the first information refers to information that can be scanned by the first computer program and is related to the email displayed in the associated program as unsent, to be sent, being edited, or edited. In the description of this application, the mailbox client refers to an independent software installed on an electronic device for sending, receiving and managing emails. The software is connected to a mail server through a network to help users send, receive and manage emails.

In the description of this application, the web version of the mailbox, also known as the web version of the mailbox, is an email service accessed through an Internet browser. Users do not need to install any special mailbox client on their electronic devices. As shown in FIG1 , the mail processing method includes the following steps:

Step 101, in response to a first computer program in a current electronic device scanning first information associated with an unsent or to-be-sent or editing-being-edited email displayed on another electronic device, an associated program of the first computer program displays information of the unsent or to-be-sent or editing-being-edited email displayed on the other electronic device, wherein the first computer program is a computer program having a function of sending information to contacts associated with it.

The information of the email may be all or part of the information of the email, for example, the information of the email may be all the email content of the email. For another example, the information of the email may be part of the email content of the email.

In one embodiment of the present application, in order to improve the security of email sending and prevent the second information from being overused, third information may also be displayed, and the third information is related to the validity period and/or number of times the email is sent. For example, the first computer program is a cloud disk. In one embodiment of the present application, the second information is associated with triggering the sending of the email to the contact's related email system. In this embodiment, the information of the email displayed on the associated program of the first computer program is in an editable state.

In one embodiment of the present application, the editable state is associated with at least one of the following editing operations: editing the text of the displayed email through the current electronic device; adding a file in the current electronic device to the body of the displayed email;

Add the file in the current electronic device to the attachment of the displayed email.

Among them, the files in the current electronic device can be various types of files. In one embodiment of the present application, after the first button is triggered, contacts and/or contact groups related to the first computer program may be displayed, and correspondingly, selected contacts and/or contact groups may be obtained, and second information may be sent to the selected contacts and/or contact groups. Based on the above description, it can be seen that the information of the email displayed by the associated program of the first computer program is in an editable state, which allows the corresponding user to paste or insert files available in the current electronic device into the email as needed, but large paragraphs of text, links, files, etc. that are not available in another electronic device, which facilitates the user to perform secondary editing of the email in combination with the files owned by the current electronic device, thereby realizing cross-device email editing.

Based on any one of the above embodiments, in order to satisfy the user's personalized settings for the display information and forwarding information of the email while avoiding the leakage or abuse of relevant information of the email and improving the security of email forwarding, before sending the second information to the contact or contact group related to the first computer program, at least one setting item is also displayed, and the setting item is related to at least one of the following: email display information; email forwarding information; email validity period information.

Based on any of the above embodiments, in order to satisfy the user's personalized settings for the display information and forwarding information of the email, avoid the leakage or abuse of the relevant information of the email, and improve the security of the forwarding of the email, before sending the second information to the contact or contact group related to the first computer program, at least one setting item can also be displayed, wherein the setting item is used to set information related to at least one of the following: display the sender of the email, display the attachment of the email, display the body of the email, display the sending time information of the email, allow forwarding of the email, the number of times the email is allowed to be forwarded, the validity period of the allowed forwarding of the email, and the number of times the email is sent triggered by the second information. It should be noted that by setting the setting not to allow forwarding of emails, the set emails are not allowed to be forwarded, which prevents the emails from being abused, thereby improving the security of the emails. For example, if forwarding is not allowed, the contact who initially receives the second message can obtain the email by triggering the second message. If the contact sends the second message to another contact again, the other contact cannot obtain the email by triggering the received second message again.

It can be understood that the user can set the number of times the email is forwarded and the validity period allowed for forwarding the email according to the above settings, so as to achieve limited forwarding of the email and avoid unlimited forwarding of the email, which can effectively prevent the email from being leaked or abused, thereby improving the security of the email.

Among them, by setting email display information such as "whether to display the sender of the email, whether to display the attachments of the email, whether to display the body of the email, and whether to display the sending time information of the email", it is possible to achieve limited acquisition of email-related information when a contact obtains email information through the second information, or when a contact forwards the email to another contact (if forwarding is allowed) and the other contact obtains the email information through the second information, thereby improving the security of the information.

The interface for displaying the first information may be a mail processing interface, or an interface different from the mail processing interface. This embodiment does not specifically limit the interface for displaying the first information.

In one embodiment of the present application, in order to indicate the security of email sending and avoid abuse and overuse of emails, correspondingly, third information can also be displayed, wherein the third information is related to the validity period and/or number of times the email is sent.

As an example, the third information may be displayed on an interface that displays the first information.

The email processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application displays the first information in response to the first trigger operation. The first information is used for scanning by the first computer program in another electronic device to display the information of the email through the associated program of the first computer program, and is used to send the second information to the contact and/or contact group related to the first computer program; the first computer program is a computer program with the function of sending information to the contact related to it. Thus, through the first information, the information of the email can be displayed on the associated program of the first computer program in another electronic device, and the second information can also be sent to the contact and/or contact group related to the first computer program, so as to realize sending emails in a convenient way.

It should be noted that the mail processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application can be executed by a mail processing device, wherein the mail processing device can be implemented by software and/or hardware. The mail processing device can be configured in an electronic device.

The electronic device may include a first computer program, and may also include an email client and/or an email web page, etc.

As shown in FIG4 , the mail processing method includes the following steps:

Step 401: Display unsent, to-be-sent, editing, or edited emails on the email processing interface.

Step 402, displaying a first button related to a first computer program, wherein the first button is related to a trigger for sending a second message to a contact and/or a contact group related to the first computer program, and the second message is associated with information for displaying the email; the first computer program is a computer program having a function of sending messages to contacts related to the first computer program.

The second information is associated with the interface that displays the entire email body content and/or the email sender. That is, the second information is associated with the interface that displays the entire email body content and/or the email sender. For example, this association may mean that the second information is presented or displayed in the interface that displays the entire email body content and/or the email sender. In other words, the second information, the entire email body content and/or the email sender are presented or displayed in the same interface.

It can be understood that the entire email body content and/or email sender can be displayed in or outside the display area where the second information is located on the same interface. This embodiment does not specifically limit the display position of the second information in the interface, and the entire email body content and/or email sender.

It should be noted that the entire email body content and/or email sender here refers to the entire email body content and/or email sender of the email.

For example, if the second information is a mini program card, the entire email body content and/or email sender of the email can be displayed on the display interface where the mini program card is displayed. For example, the entire email body content and/or email sender of the email can be directly displayed on the mini program card. As a result, the user can obtain the entire email body content and/or email sender through the display interface of the second information, which makes it convenient for the user to obtain the entire email body content and/or email sender, and improves the user experience of obtaining the email content.

In one embodiment of the present application, part of the email content of the email can also be displayed on the display interface of the second message. This setting can improve the security of the information to a certain extent. The recipient who receives the second message needs to trigger the second message to obtain the full content of the email. Combined with the restrictions on the validity period and number of email sending, after the expiration or the number of times, the email can no longer be obtained from the sender through the second message, thereby improving the security of the information.

As an example, after the mail processing interface displays the mails that have not been sent, are waiting to be sent, are being edited, or have been edited, the first information associated with the mails that have not been sent, are waiting to be sent, are being edited, or have been edited may also be displayed in response to a trigger operation on the mail processing interface. Correspondingly, after the first information is scanned by the first computer program, the information of the mail may be displayed on the associated program of the first computer program, and a first button associated with the first computer program may be displayed, the first button being associated with a trigger for sending the second information to the contact and/or contact group associated with the first computer program.

As an example, a first button related to the first computer program may be displayed on the interface displaying the information of the email.

Correspondingly, the second information may correspond to information related to the email content displayed in the associated program of the first computer program. For example, the second information may correspond to an interface used to display the email content of the email in the associated program.

In one embodiment of the present application, the second information is also associated with triggering the sending of the email to the contact's related email system. Thus, the sending of the email to the contact's related email system can be conveniently implemented in the first computer program, reducing the trouble of the contact sending the email to the related email system and improving the user experience of sending emails to the related email system.

In one embodiment of the present application, the triggering of sending the second message to the contact and/or contact group related to the first computer program in response to the first button is related to the fourth information input or selected by the contact, triggering the sending of the email to the mailbox system related to the contact, and the fourth information is information related to the mailbox system related to the contact.

As an example, the second information may include an operation area, wherein the operation area is related to sending the email to the contact's related mailbox system. Optionally, after the operation area is triggered, fourth information input or selected by the contact may be obtained, and the sending of the email to the contact's related mailbox system may be triggered based on the fourth information. Optionally, if the contact has already input or selected the fourth information, the email may be sent to the contact's related mailbox system after the operation area is triggered.

It should be noted that the contact-related mailbox system and the mailbox system used to edit the email may be the same or different, and this embodiment does not specifically limit this.

Among them, it should be noted that the contact-related mailbox system in this embodiment is different from the mailbox system used to edit the email, so that the user can realize email forwarding across email systems through the associated program, which is convenient for the user to send the email to the contact-related mailbox system through the fourth message, and convenient for the user to send the email to the relevant mailbox system in the associated program, thereby improving the user's experience of sending emails.

In one embodiment of the present application, after the first button is triggered, contacts and/or contact groups related to the first computer program may be displayed, and correspondingly, selected contacts and/or contact groups may be obtained, and second information may be sent to the selected contacts and/or contact groups. Thus, the user may select the contacts and/or contact groups to be sent according to needs.

The mail processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application displays unsent, to-be-sent, editing or edited mails in the mail processing interface, and displays a first button related to the first computer program, the first button is related to the triggering of sending a second message to the contact and/or contact group related to the first computer program, and the second message is associated with the information of the displayed mail; the first computer program is a computer program with the function of sending messages to the contact related to it. Therefore, the user does not need to know the other party's email address, and can send the mail in the mail processing interface to the contact and/or contact group related to the first computer program by triggering the first button, thereby realizing a convenient way to send mails.

Fig. 5 is a flow chart showing a mail processing method according to another exemplary embodiment.

It should be noted that the mail processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application can be executed by a mail processing device, wherein the mail processing device can be implemented by software and/or hardware. The mail processing device can be configured in an electronic device.

The electronic device may include a first computer program, and may also include an email client and/or an email web page, etc.

As shown in FIG5 , the mail processing method includes the following steps:

Step 501: Displaying emails that have not been sent, are to be sent, are being edited, or have been edited on an email processing interface.

Step 502, displaying a first button related to a first computer program, wherein the first button is related to a trigger for sending a second message to a contact and/or a contact group related to the first computer program, and the second message is associated with information for displaying an email; the first computer program is a computer program having a function for sending messages to contacts related to the first computer program.

It should be noted that, for the specific description of step 501 and step 502, reference may be made to the relevant description in other embodiments, which will not be repeated here.

Step 503: Edit the information of the email that is in an editable state.

In one embodiment of the present application, the editable state is associated with at least one of the following editing operations:

Edit the text of the displayed message;

Add the file in the body of the displayed email;

Add files as attachments to the displayed email.

Among them, the files in this embodiment can be various types of files. For example, the files can include but are not limited to pictures, videos, audios, text files, compressed packages, etc. This embodiment does not specifically limit the files.

Step 504: in response to the triggering operation of the first button, send second information to the contact and/or contact group related to the first computer program, wherein the second information is associated with the information of the email after the display editing operation.

In one embodiment of the present application, after the first button is triggered, contacts and/or contact groups related to the first computer program may be displayed, and correspondingly, selected contacts and/or contact groups may be obtained, and second information may be sent to the selected contacts and/or contact groups. Thus, the user may select the contacts and/or contact groups to be sent according to needs.

Based on the above description, it can be seen that in this embodiment, before sending the second message to the contacts and/or contact groups related to the first computer program, the corresponding users can re-edit the information of the email as needed, thereby meeting the personalized needs for re-editing the information of the email.

Based on any one of the above embodiments, in order to satisfy the user's personalized settings for the display information and forwarding information of the email while avoiding the leakage or abuse of relevant information of the email and improving the security of email forwarding, before sending the second information to the contact or contact group related to the first computer program, at least one setting item is also displayed, and the setting item is related to at least one of the following: email display information; email forwarding information; email validity period information.

Based on any of the above embodiments, in order to satisfy the user's personalized settings for the display information and forwarding information of the email, avoid the leakage or abuse of the relevant information of the email, and improve the security of the forwarding of the email, before sending the second information to the contact or contact group related to the first computer program, at least one setting item can also be displayed, wherein the setting item is used to set information related to at least one of the following: display the sender of the email, display the attachment of the email, display the body of the email, display the sending time information of the email, allow forwarding of the email, the number of times the email is allowed to be forwarded, the validity period of the allowed forwarding of the email, and the number of times the email is sent triggered by the second information. Thus, multiple setting items are provided, which satisfies the user's personalized settings for the display information and/or forwarding information of the email through multiple setting items, and meets the diversified setting needs.

Specifically, the user can set whether to display the sender of the email, whether to display the attachments of the email, whether to display the body of the email, whether to display the sending time information of the email, and whether to allow the forwarding of the email. Correspondingly, the number of times the email is allowed to be forwarded, the validity period of the allowed forwarded email, and the number of times the email is sent triggered by the second information can also be set through the setting items, so that the user can personalize the display information and/or forwarding information of the email according to the needs, meeting the user's needs for personalizing the display information and/or forwarding information of the email.

It should be noted that by setting the setting not to allow forwarding of emails, the set emails are not allowed to be forwarded, which prevents the emails from being abused, thereby improving the security of the emails. For example, if forwarding is not allowed, the contact who initially receives the second message can obtain the email by triggering the second message. If the contact sends the second message to another contact again, the other contact cannot obtain the email by triggering the received second message again.

It can be understood that the user can set the number of times the email is forwarded and the validity period allowed for forwarding the email according to the above settings, so as to achieve limited forwarding of the email and avoid unlimited forwarding of the email, which can effectively prevent the email from being leaked or abused, thereby improving the security of the email.

Among them, by setting email display information such as "whether to display the sender of the email, whether to display the attachments of the email, whether to display the body of the email, and whether to display the sending time information of the email", it is possible to achieve limited acquisition of email-related information when a contact obtains email information through the second information, or when a contact forwards the email to another contact (if forwarding is allowed) and the other contact obtains the email information through the second information, thereby improving the security of the information.

Based on the embodiments shown in Figures 4 and 5, in some embodiments, before displaying the first button related to the first computer program, it is also possible to: in response to a trigger operation on the email processing interface, display the first information associated with an email that has not been sent or is to be sent or is being edited or has been edited; after the first information is scanned by the first computer program, the information of the email can be displayed on a program associated with the first computer program.

It should be noted that, for the specific implementation of displaying the first information associated with the email that has not been sent, is to be sent, is being edited, or has been edited, please refer to the relevant description in other embodiments, which will not be repeated here.

In order to clearly understand the present application, the mail processing method of the embodiment is described exemplarily below in conjunction with FIG6. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the interaction process among the mailbox web page, the mail applet in the first computer program, the mail server corresponding to the mailbox web page, and the program server corresponding to the first computer program is described exemplarily, taking the associated program in the first computer program as the mail applet in the first computer program, the first information as the mail applet code, and the second information as the applet card as an example.

6 is a schematic diagram of signaling interaction between a mailbox web page, a mail applet in a first computer program, a mail server corresponding to the mailbox web page, and a program server corresponding to the first computer program.

As shown in FIG. 6 , the method may include:

Step 601: Display unsent, pending, editing, or edited emails on the email processing interface of the email web page.

Step 602, in response to triggering the second button in the email processing interface, the email web page sends a target request to the email server, wherein the target request is used to request that the email be sent to the first computer program or its email applet.

The third button in this embodiment may prompt information to be sent to the first computer program.

Among them, an example of an email processing interface including a second button "Send to First Computer Program" is shown in Figure 7, wherein it should be noted that the second button "Send to First Computer Program" in Figure 7, in addition, in order to facilitate the corresponding user to know the function of the second button "Send to First Computer Program", Figure 7 also illustrates a prompt message on the right side of the second button "Send to First Computer Program" so that the user can know the function of the second button through the prompt message.

Among them, an example of an email processing interface including a second button of "Send to First Computer Program" is shown in Figure 8, wherein it should be noted that the mark A in Figure 8 represents the second button of "Send to First Computer Program". From Figure 8, it can be seen that this example displays the second button of "Send to First Computer Program" after the email subject in the email processing interface.

Step 603: The mail server generates a sharing identifier corresponding to the mail identifier of the mail, and stores the corresponding relationship between the sharing identifier and the mail identifier.

As an example, after receiving the target request, the mail server can generate a sent mail based on the mail in the mail processing interface, and generate a mail identifier for the mail. Correspondingly, the mail server can also generate a corresponding mail identifier for the mail in the mail processing interface. The sent mail here does not conflict with the previous "unsent or to be sent or being edited or edited mail". The sent mail here refers to the mail whose recipient is the recipient himself. The "unsent or to be sent or being edited or edited mail" mentioned in the previous (embodiment) refers to the recipient being a contact or a contact group.

In this embodiment, the sharing identifier can be used to indicate that the email needs to be sent to the email applet in the first computer program. It should be noted that the sharing identifiers corresponding to different emails are different.

It is understandable that when the content of the email needs to be known later, the email identifier corresponding to the sharing identifier can be obtained based on the corresponding relationship, and the content of the email corresponding to the email identifier can be obtained.

In one embodiment of the present application, after receiving a target request, the mail server can determine whether the number of times the target request is received within a unit time exceeds a preset number threshold and/or whether the validity period of the target request has expired. If it exceeds the preset number threshold and/or the validity period has expired, an error prompt message is returned to the mailbox web page to prompt that the number of times the target request is sent within a unit time exceeds the preset number threshold and/or the validity period has expired.

Among them, if the number threshold is not exceeded and the validity period has not expired, determine whether a corresponding email identifier is generated for the email. If it has been generated, query whether there is a sharing identifier corresponding to the email identifier in the preset correspondence table for storing email identifiers and sharing identifiers. If so, send the sharing identifier to the program server corresponding to the first computer program.

If it does not exist, a sharing identifier corresponding to the email is generated based on the email identifier of the email, and the sharing identifier corresponding to the email identifier is saved in the corresponding relationship table. After successful saving, the sharing identifier is sent to the program server corresponding to the first computer program.

In one example, if it is detected that the sharing identifier corresponding to the email identifier cannot be saved in the correspondence table, a corresponding prompt message is returned to the email web page so that the email web page is informed that the sharing identifier corresponding to the email identifier cannot be saved in the correspondence table, and the email cannot be shared to the first computer program.

The preset number threshold is preset according to the demand, and this embodiment does not specifically limit the preset number threshold.

Step 604: The mail server sends a small program code acquisition request to the corresponding program server to obtain fifth information related to the mail small program code.

The fifth information refers to information related to the email applet code. For example, the fifth information may be binary data of the email applet code.

The mini program code acquisition request includes the sharing ID of the email and the mini program page path of the email mini program.

For example, the fifth information is the binary data of the email mini program code. After receiving the mini program code acquisition request, the program server can generate and return the corresponding email mini program code binary data to the email server based on the sharing ID of the email and the mini program page path.

The binary data of the email applet code refers to the information required to generate the email applet code.

For a detailed description of the interaction between the mail server and the program server to obtain the binary data of the mail applet code, please refer to the description in the related art.

Step 605: The mail server sends the sixth information related to the mail applet code to the mailbox web page.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the fifth information and the sixth information may be the same or different.

Exemplarily, the sixth information may also be binary data of the email applet code.

Step 606: The email webpage generates an email mini-program code based on the sixth information and displays the email mini-program code.

In one example, an interface including an email applet code may be displayed on a mailbox web page.

As an example, operation prompt information is displayed in an interface including an email mini-program code, wherein the operation prompt information is used to prompt that the email mini-program code can be scanned through the scanning function of the first computer program to view the content of the email in the email processing interface and share it with friends in the first computer program.

As an example, the interface including the email applet code may also display the validity period and/or number of times the email has been sent.

Among them, an example diagram of the interface including the validity period of sending the email and operation prompt information is shown in FIG9a.

As another example, a pop-up window including an email mini-program code may also be displayed on the email processing interface, wherein an example diagram of the email processing interface including a pop-up window including an email mini-program code is shown in FIG9b .

Step 607: After determining that the email applet code is scanned, the email applet displays the interactive interface of the email applet and sends a first email content acquisition request to the email server.

Among them, the mini-program identification information carried by the email mini-program code corresponds to the email mini-program in the first computer program.

It can be understood that the mail server in this embodiment corresponds to the mail applet.

In this embodiment, the first email content acquisition request carries a sharing identifier, wherein the sharing identifier is obtained by parsing the email mini-program code. Correspondingly, the email server obtains the corresponding email identifier from the correspondence table based on the sharing identifier, obtains the content of the email identified by the email identifier, and returns the obtained email content to the email mini-program.

Step 608: the mail applet receives the content of the mail returned by the mail server.

In one embodiment of the present application, in order to effectively prevent the content of the email from being leaked or abused and to improve the security of the content of the email, the first email content acquisition request may also carry the time information corresponding to the scanning of the email mini-program code. Correspondingly, the email server may compare the time information with the validity period time information corresponding to the email mini-program code. When it is determined that the time information is within the validity period time information corresponding to the email mini-program code, it returns the content of the email to the email mini-program.

It is understandable that, when it is determined that the time information is not within the validity period time information, the mail server may also return the first error prompt information to the mail applet, and correspondingly, the mail applet may also display the first error prompt information.

Among them, for the relevant description in the first error prompt information, please refer to the relevant description in the embodiment of the present application, which will not be repeated here.

Step 609: the email applet displays the content of the email on the interactive interface of the email applet.

Step 610: The mail applet displays a first button related to the first computer program, where the first button is related to a trigger for sending a second message to a contact and/or a contact group related to the first computer program.

As an example, the first button may be displayed in the interactive interface of the mail applet.

An example diagram of an interactive interface including the content of the email and the first button is shown in FIG10. It should be noted that the "Send to Friend" trigger button in FIG10 is the first button. In addition, it can be seen from FIG10 that the interactive interface can also include information such as the sender's email address, the sending time, and the email subject corresponding to the email.

Step 611, after the first button is triggered, the mail applet sends a friend acquisition request to the program server corresponding to the first computer program.

Step 612: the program server returns a corresponding friend list based on the friend acquisition request.

In this embodiment, after receiving the friend acquisition request, the program server can obtain the login account for logging into the first computer program from the friend acquisition request, obtain friends who have a friend relationship with the login account, and form a friend list based on the friends.

In one embodiment of the present application, the program server may also obtain the number of times the email is shared, and determine whether the number of times the email is shared is less than or equal to a threshold number of times the email is shared. If it is determined that the number of times the email is shared is less than or equal to a threshold number of times the email is shared, the login account for the terminal device to log in to the first computer program may be obtained from the friend acquisition request.

Wherein, when it is determined that the number of times the email is shared is greater than the threshold number of times the email is shared, a second error prompt message may be returned to the terminal device.

The second error prompt information carries error cause information.

In this example, the error reason information may be: the number of times the email has been shared exceeds a preset sharing number threshold and cannot be shared.

In one embodiment of the present application, the program server may also obtain the time information when the first button is triggered, and obtain the sharing validity period information corresponding to the email. If the time information is within the sharing validity period information, the friend list is returned.

Among them, when the time information is not within the sharing validity period information, the mail applet can also receive a third error message sent by the program server.

As an example, the friend acquisition request may also carry time information when the second trigger button is triggered.

The third error prompt information also carries the cause of the error.

The error reason information in this example may be: the time information for triggering the second trigger button is not within the sharing validity period information corresponding to the email.

The sharing validity period information refers to a time limit set when sharing an email, that is, how long the shared email remains valid.

Step 613, in response to the selection operation of a friend in the friend list, the email applet sends the applet card of the email to the selected friend through the program server, wherein the applet card carries a jump link for jumping to the interactive interface.

Among them, the mini program card in this example is generated based on the email mini program code.

Among them, an example diagram of the interactive interface of the mini program card is shown in Figure 11.

Based on the above description, it can be seen that in this embodiment, after receiving the trigger operation in the email processing interface, the email applet code is displayed. Correspondingly, after scanning the email applet code, the corresponding email applet in the first computer program is pulled up, and the email applet queries the email content and displays it. The entire email writing process does not require knowing the other party's email account, and the email is shared with the corresponding friend through the first computer program. The friend can also share the email with other people for a second time. During this process, friends and others do not need to log in to the mailbox, which saves the user's time to check emails, and the email can be directly copied to your own inbox, which is convenient for browsing the email again later.

It should be noted that the interaction process between the mailbox client, the mail applet in the first computer program, the mail server corresponding to the mailbox client, and the program server corresponding to the first computer program is similar to the interaction process in FIG. 6 above, and will not be repeated here.

In one embodiment of the application, this embodiment also proposes an email processing method, which includes: displaying second information sent by a second electronic device on a first computer program in a first electronic device, wherein the second information is associated with information of an email displayed by an associated program of the first computer program, and the email displayed by the associated program is an unsent or to-be-sent or editing or edited email displayed by a third electronic device, wherein the first electronic device, the second electronic device and the third electronic device are different electronic devices.

In one embodiment of the present application, the second information is associated with an interface that displays the entire email body content and/or the email sender.

In one embodiment of the present application, the second information is also associated with triggering the sending of the email to a related mailbox system of the user of the first electronic device.

In one embodiment of the present application, triggering the sending of the email to the relevant mailbox system of the user of the first electronic device is specifically: in response to fourth information input or selected by the user, triggering the sending of the email to the relevant mailbox system, the fourth information is information related to the relevant mailbox system.

Among them, it should be noted that the specific implementation method of triggering the step of sending an email to the relevant mailbox system in response to the fourth information input or selected by the user is similar to the implementation process of triggering the step of sending an email to the contact's relevant mailbox system in response to the fourth information input or selected by the contact. Please refer to the relevant description in other embodiments, and no further details will be given here.

In one embodiment of the present application, the related mailbox system is different from the mailbox system used to edit the email.

In one embodiment of the present application, after the second information is triggered, the email is displayed on an associated program of the first computer program.

Among them, the interaction diagram of the target terminal device of the selected friend, the mail server corresponding to the mailbox client, and the program server corresponding to the first computer program is shown in FIG12 .

FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram of signaling interaction between the target terminal device of the selected friend and the mail server corresponding to the mail client.

As shown in FIG. 12 , the method may include:

Step 1201: After detecting that the mini-program card is triggered, the target terminal device displays the interactive interface of the mail mini-program and sends a second mail content acquisition request to the mail server.

As an example, the mini program card can be used to trigger sending the email to the contact's related mailbox system.

As an example, the mini program card may also include an operation area that can receive triggers, wherein, after the operation area is triggered, the fourth information input or selected by the selected friend can be obtained to trigger the sending of an email to the relevant mailbox system of the selected friend.

It should be noted that the relevant mailbox system of the selected friend and the mailbox system used to edit the email may be the same or different, and this embodiment does not specifically limit this.

Step 1202: The target terminal device receives the content of the email returned by the email server in response to the second email content acquisition request, and displays the content of the email on the email applet.

In one embodiment of the present application, the above-mentioned second email content acquisition request may include a sharing identifier carried in the mini-program card. The email server obtains the corresponding email identifier from the correspondence table based on the sharing identifier, obtains the content of the email identified by the email identifier, and returns the obtained email content to the email mini-program.

As an example, the above-mentioned sharing identifier can be obtained by parsing the mini program card.

Among them, an example diagram of the interactive interface of the content of the email in the email applet is shown in Figure 13. It should be noted that, as can be seen from Figure 13, the interactive interface can also include buttons such as reply buttons, forward buttons, and share buttons, so that the corresponding user can perform corresponding operations by triggering the above corresponding buttons.

It should be noted that the interactive interface for displaying the content of the email in the email applet may also include a first button to facilitate the corresponding user to send the email to the contacts and/or contact groups in the first computer program again by triggering the first button.

In one embodiment of the present application, the interactive interface for displaying the content of an email in the email applet may also include a save email trigger button. Correspondingly, after detecting that the save email trigger button is triggered, the email server may save the email to the inbox of the login account used by the user when logging into the email applet.

As an example, the mail server may determine whether the mail has been saved to the inbox of the login account used by the user to log in to the mail applet. If not, the mail is saved to the inbox of the login account used by the user to log in to the mail applet. If yes, a corresponding prompt message may be sent to the target terminal device, indicating that the mail has been saved in the inbox of the login account and does not need to be saved again.

Step 1203, after receiving the second email content acquisition request, the email server detects whether the user who sent the second email content acquisition request is logged in to the email applet, if not, execute step 1204, otherwise, execute step 1207.

Step 1204: Return a login interface for logging into the email applet to the target terminal device.

Step 1205: The mail server receives a login request sent by the target terminal device, wherein the login request carries the login information input in the login interface.

Step 1206, after successfully logging into the email applet based on the login information entered in the login interface, copy the email to the inbox of the login account carried by the login information.

In one embodiment of the present application, it is determined whether there is a copy record of the login account carried by the login information, wherein the copy record is used to indicate that the email has been copied to the inbox of the login account, and if not, an operation of copying the email to the inbox of the login account carried by the login information is performed. If it exists, no operation is performed.

Step 1207, copy the email to the inbox of the account that the user logs into the email applet.

It should be noted that the friends in the embodiments corresponding to FIG. 6 and FIG. 12 refer to contacts and/or contact groups.

Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a mail processing device according to an exemplary embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 14 , the mail processing device 1400 includes:

Fig. 17 is a structural block diagram of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment. It should be noted that the electronic device in this embodiment is used to execute the mail processing method disclosed in any embodiment of the present application.

The electronic device shown in FIG. 17 is merely an example and should not impose any limitation on the functions and scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.

As shown in FIG17 , the electronic device 100 includes a processor 111, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a read-only memory (ROM) 112 or a program loaded from a memory 116 to a random access memory (RAM) 113. Various programs and data required for the operation of the electronic device 100 are also stored in the RAM 113. The processor 111, the ROM 112, and the RAM 113 are connected to each other via a bus 114. An input/output (I/O) interface 115 is also connected to the bus 114.

The following components are connected to the I/O interface 115: a memory 116 including a hard disk, etc.; and a communication part 117 including a network interface card such as a local area network (LAN) card, a modem, etc., and the communication part 117 performs communication processing via a network such as the Internet; a drive 118 is also connected to the I/O interface 115 as needed.

In particular, according to an embodiment of the present application, the process described above with reference to the flowchart can be implemented as a computer software program. For example, an embodiment of the present application includes a computer program carried on a computer-readable medium, and the computer program includes a program code for executing the method shown in the flowchart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from the network through the communication part 117. When the computer program is executed by the processor 111, the above-mentioned functions defined in the method of the present application are executed.

In an exemplary embodiment, a storage medium including instructions is also provided, such as a memory including instructions, and the instructions can be executed by the processor 111 of the electronic device 100 to complete the above method. A mail processing method, characterized in that the method comprises: In response to a first computer program in a current electronic device scanning first information associated with an unsent or to-be-sent or edited email displayed on another electronic device, an associated program of the first computer program displays information of the unsent or to-be-sent or edited email displayed on the other electronic device, wherein the first computer program is a computer program having a function of sending information to a contact associated with the first computer program; A first button related to the first computer program is displayed, wherein the first button is associated with a trigger for sending a second message to a contact and/or a contact group related to the first computer program. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the second information is associated with information showing the mail displayed by the association program. 3. The method according to claim 1, further comprising displaying third information, wherein the third information is related to the validity period and/or number of times the email is sent. 4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the second information is associated with an interface that displays the entire email body content and/or the email sender. 5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the second information is also associated with triggering sending the email to a contact-related mailbox system. 6. The method as claimed in claim 5 is characterized in that the sending of the email to the contact-related mailbox system is specifically: in response to fourth information input or selected by the contact, triggering the sending of the email to the contact-related mailbox system, and the fourth information is information related to the contact-related mailbox system. 7. The method of claim 8, wherein the editable state is associated with at least one of the following editing operations: Editing and displaying the text of the email through the current electronic device; Adding the file in the current electronic device to the displayed body of the email; Add the file in the current electronic device to the attachment of the displayed email. 10.
