The invention relates to the technical field of personal care product preparation, in particular to a cleaning composition, a product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cleaning has always been the most important step in skin care. The human face skin is tightly contacted with the external environment, and dust, smoke and microorganisms suspended in the air are easily adsorbed on the skin; sebum secreted by sebaceous glands is easy to be oxidized by air and decomposed by bacteria after being preserved for a long time, and is harmful to skin; meanwhile, dead cells which are removed by metabolism of the stratum corneum can adhere to the skin together with the secreted sebum and external dust to generate dirt, so that secretion of the sebum and sweat is prevented, and bacteria are bred; at the same time, foundations, rouges, eye shadows, lipsticks, etc. applied to the face are easily absorbed on the skin. If the skin is not thoroughly cleaned, the problems of pore blockage, skin water-oil imbalance, sensitive skin, skin aging and the like are easily caused.
At present, the cleaning product is generally a facial cleanser or a cleaning soap, wherein the facial cleanser is an emulsion product, and an emulsifier is needed to be added to prepare the product into an emulsion, and the emulsifier does not bring any benefit to skin, and is a common substance causing skin allergy. The degreasing capability of the cleaning soap is strong, the cleaning of the skin is excessive after long-term use, the skin barrier is damaged for a long time, and the process in the preparation process is complex.

When the drying temperature is too high, loss of active substance may result. Part of the raw materials can also be caused to develop a change in forming state at high temperature; when the drying temperature is too low, the drying time is too long, and the production benefit is affected.
Further, it is preferable that the moisture residual rate in the cleaning product is 3% -7% after the drying process.
The specific test method of the moisture residual rate comprises the following steps:
The moisture content of the dried cleaning product is measured by a Karl Fischer moisture meter.
If the residual moisture content is too low, the solubility of the cleaning product is poor, and if the residual moisture content is too high, the drying is incomplete, and the transportation and storage of the product are affected.
Example 1
Taking 42 parts of mannitol, 6 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 6 parts of sodium lauroyl glutamate and 20 parts of modified corn starch, grinding, crushing, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain a first raw material; the raw materials of 0.3 part of betaine, 17.87 parts of butanediol and 7.65 parts of water are uniformly mixed, stirred and dispersed to obtain a second raw material; adding the second raw material into the first raw material, and preparing a material in a lump by mixing and stirring; and uniformly dividing the obtained bulk material into 0.5+/-0.1 g of spherical cleaning product front product with the diameter of 8-12mm, and drying in a drying oven at 50 ℃ for 4 hours to obtain the cleaning product. The moisture residual rate at this time was measured to be 4.52%.

(1) The dryness test method comprises the following steps:
The dried cleaning ball was kneaded by hand, and the easiness of the cleaning ball being crushed and the ability to reshape into a spherical shape, an ellipsoidal shape, etc. were evaluated by sensory evaluation.
(Easy to crush and re-shapable: general; easy to crush and unable to re-shable: good, difficult to crush and unable to re-shable: bad).
(2) The transport performance test method comprises the following steps:
the dried cleaning ball was placed in a closed container and repeatedly shaken up and down for 5 minutes to see whether the shape was broken and whether dust was present (shape broken, dust was poor; shape was complete, small amount of dust was present: good; shape was good; no dust was excellent).
(3) The solubility test method is as follows:
The wet hands are used for looping, and the dried cleaning balls are kneaded, and the number of loops required for the cleaning balls from use to complete dissolution is measured in a sense (the number of loops is excellent, the number of loops is 4-6, the number of loops is more than or equal to 7, and the number of loops is more than or equal to 7).
(4) Skin feel evaluation, selecting 30 trial populations with sensory evaluation experience, and age range between 18 and 50 years.
The using method comprises the following steps: firstly wetting the face with clear water, taking 1 piece of clean water, adding a little clear water to form a circle for rubbing and dissolving, rubbing out rich foam, massaging the face in a soft circle-forming mode, and finally cleaning with clear water. The results of the investigation were analyzed 1 time each in the morning and evening every day, 1 week after the use. The evaluation results were scored and were divided into 15 points. The cleaning product has the advantages of soft and smooth hand feeling, easy flushing property, soft and smooth skin after use, no tightness and moisture retention.
