The water and drug distribution device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the water dispersing pipe (2) is connected with the water outlet end of the water collecting pipe (1), and a plurality of water dispersing holes (21) are circumferentially arranged on the pipe wall of the water dispersing pipe (2).
3. The water and drug distribution device according to claim 2, wherein the water dispersion switch mechanism (3) comprises:
the water dispersing pipe sealing head (31) is sleeved at one end, far away from the water collecting pipe (1), of the water dispersing pipe (2), and a pressure balancing hole (311) is formed in the water dispersing pipe sealing head (31);
The plugging piece (32) is positioned in the water dispersing pipe (2) and can move along the inner channel of the water dispersing pipe (2) so as to plug or avoid the water dispersing hole (21).

A water and drug distribution device according to claim 3, characterized in that a boss is arranged in the water dispersing pipe (2) to form a first limit position (22), and the inner diameter of the joint of the water dispersing pipe head (31) and the water dispersing pipe (2) is contracted to form a second limit position (23); -the closure element (32) is adapted to be position-switched between the first limit position (22) and the second limit position (23);
When the water scattering switch mechanism (3) is positioned at the blocking position, the blocking piece (32) is positioned at the first limiting position (22), and the blocking piece (32) blocks the water scattering hole (21);
when the water scattering switch mechanism (3) is located at the avoiding position, the blocking piece (32) is located at the second limiting position (23), and the blocking piece (32) avoids the water scattering holes (21).
5. The water and drug distribution device according to claim 4, wherein the plugging piece (32) is a sphere or a cylinder.
6. A water and drug distribution device according to claim 3, wherein the pressure balance holes (311) are located on the side wall of the water distribution pipe end cap (31), and the pressure balance holes (311) are even in number and are symmetrically arranged in pairs.

The water and drug distribution device according to claim 6, wherein the pressure balance hole (311) is inclined through the side wall of the water pipe seal head (31), and the inclined direction is inclined from the inside of the water pipe seal head (31) outwards towards the direction approaching the water pipe (2); the pore diameter of the pressure balance hole (311) is not more than 2mm.
8. The water and drug distribution device according to claim 2, wherein the water dispersion switch mechanism (3) comprises a sliding sleeve (33) which is sleeved outside the water dispersion pipe (2) in a sliding way and a plug (34) which is arranged at the end part of the sliding sleeve (33);
when the water scattering switch mechanism (3) is positioned at the blocking position, the sliding sleeve (33) blocks the water scattering holes (21);
when the water scattering switch mechanism (3) is at the avoiding position, the sliding sleeve (33) avoids the water scattering hole (21).

The water and drug distribution device according to claim 8, wherein the sliding sleeve (33) is sleeved with an annular clamping portion (331) at one end of the water dispersing pipe (2), a limiting protruding portion (24) is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the water dispersing pipe (2) away from the water collecting pipe (1), and the limiting protruding portion (24) is used for being matched with the annular clamping portion (331) to limit the sliding sleeve (33).
10. The water and medicine distribution device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the water collecting pipe (1) is vertically arranged, and the water collecting pipe (1) is arranged through an upper mounting plate (4) and a lower mounting plate (5) which are arranged in parallel;
The water dispersing pipe (2) is sleeved outside the top end of the water collecting pipe (1), and the bottom end of the water dispersing pipe (2) is contacted with the upper surface of the upper mounting plate (4); the lower part of the water collecting pipe (1) is sleeved with a fastening piece (6), and the fastening piece (6) is contacted with the lower surface of the lower mounting plate (5);
The water inlet hole (11) comprises an upper water receiving hole (111), a middle water receiving hole (112) and a lower water receiving hole (113), wherein the upper water receiving hole (111) and the middle water receiving hole (112) are arranged on the wall of the water receiving pipe (1) between the upper mounting plate (4) and the lower mounting plate (5), the upper water receiving hole (111) is close to the upper mounting plate (4), the middle water receiving hole (112) is close to the lower mounting plate (5), and the lower water receiving hole (113) is a bottom water inlet of the water receiving pipe (1).
