Background
Taking a spotlight as an example, the spotlight is used for lighting, and the position of the light spot needs to be adjusted in consideration of different positions of the light receiving object. In the prior art, the whole spotlight can be mounted on the universal adjusting seat, and the angle adjustment of the spotlight is realized through the universal ball or the hinge structure, but the structure enables the spotlight to be additionally provided with the universal adjusting seat, so that the cost is increased, the mounting is inconvenient, the simplicity of decoration is also destroyed, the weight of the lamp is increased due to the increase of the universal adjusting seat, and higher requirements are also provided for the mounting of the lamp.
In order to solve the above problems, a non-direct light-emitting control light structure (publication number: CN114033980 a) is disclosed in the prior art, and the parabolic reflector module realizes internal eccentric rotation by an eccentric rotation system formed by a cylindrical eccentric shaft at the lower end of the parabolic reflector module, so as to laterally change the positions corresponding to the LED light source and the reflecting surface of the parabolic reflector, and change the direction of the light rays to realize the change of the irradiation direction. Although this structure solves the problem of adding an additional universal adjusting seat, the structure still has the following defects:
① . The parabolic reflector cannot be independently subjected to radial displacement adjustment, so that the position of the light spot can be adjusted is limited;
② . The change of the position of the parabolic reflector is realized by an eccentric rotation system, and the rotation center (eccentric shaft) is not overlapped with the central shaft of the parabolic reflector, so that enough space is needed in the lamp body to adapt to the eccentric rotation of the parabolic reflector module, the outline dimension of the lamp is enlarged, the materials for the lamp are increased, and the outline dimension is contradictory to the miniaturization and cost reduction trend of the lamp.
③ . If the size of the lamp is controlled, the inner space of the lamp cannot allow the parabolic reflector module to rotate 360 degrees around the eccentric shaft, so that the area swept by the light spots of the lamp is limited, namely, the area which can be adjusted to irradiate the light spots is limited due to the eccentric structure, and the limited irradiation area obviously affects the use range and the consumption experience of the lamp;
Therefore, a new total reflection lamp convenient for adjusting light spots is designed to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the total reflection lamp which is convenient for adjusting the light spots, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient light spot adjustment and the like.

Particularly, when the rotating shaft is arranged below the base, the base can horizontally rotate between the rotating shaft and the shell, and the rotating shaft and the central shaft of the reflecting cup are coaxially arranged, so that an eccentric rotating system in the prior art is abandoned, the eccentric rotation in the prior art drives the reflecting cup to transversely move to be integrated into zero, and the eccentric rotation is split into independent transverse movement and independent rotating movement, therefore, 360-degree rotation of the reflecting cup in the shell is easy to realize, and the transverse movement of the reflecting cup is matched with the rotating movement of the reflecting cup, so that large-area light sweeping within a 360-degree range is easy to realize, and the light spot position can be adjusted to a required position according to the needs of a user; moreover, the lamp has no special requirement on the installation of the lamp on a ceiling, and the lamp does not need to be aligned as the eccentric structure in the prior art, so that the service range and the consumption experience of the lamp are better, the cost is lower, and the light spot adjustment is more convenient.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments described below may be arbitrarily combined with each other.
The following provides many different embodiments or examples for implementing the structure of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-8, the total reflection lamp convenient for adjusting light spots in the embodiment of the invention comprises a shell 1, wherein the shell 1 can use aluminum materials as a heat dissipation shell to increase heat dissipation effect, one end of the shell 1 is opened, a lamp arm 11 transversely extends out of the opening, and a lamp bead 12 is arranged at the bottom of the lamp arm 11; the light reflecting cup seat 2 is positioned in the shell 1, the light reflecting cup seat 2 is provided with a light reflecting cup 3, the light reflecting cup 3 is positioned below the lamp beads 12, the light reflecting concave surface of the light reflecting cup 3 is arranged towards the lamp beads 12, the light emitted by the lamp beads 12 does not directly irradiate to the light receiving body, but irradiates to the light reflecting concave surface, after being reflected by the light reflecting concave surface, the light is emitted from the opening and illuminates the light receiving body, and the light reflecting cup 3 can be fixedly connected to the light reflecting cup seat 2 through an adhesive or other existing modes; the sliding seat 4 is arranged at the bottom of the reflecting cup seat 2, and the sliding seat 4 and the reflecting cup seat 2 are integrally formed or are arranged in a split mode; the base 5 is arranged in the shell 1, the base 5 is provided with a sliding groove 51, and the sliding groove 51 and the sliding seat 4 are arranged on two opposite surfaces, one surface of the sliding groove is provided with a marble structure 6, in the embodiment, the marble structure is arranged at the bottom of the sliding seat 4 and is composed of a spring and marbles, and the marble structures are arranged in two groups; the other surface is provided with a marble slide 52, in the embodiment, the marble slide 52 is arranged in the slide groove 51 of the base 5, the marble slide 52 is arranged in a linear extending way along the sliding direction of the slide carriage 4, and the marble is positioned in the marble slide 52;
When the light spot position needs to be regulated, only the light reflecting cup seat 2 needs to be transversely pushed, the sliding seat 4 pushes the marble and the marble slide way 52 to move relatively under the linkage of the light reflecting cup seat 2, so that the sliding seat 4 can move transversely in the sliding groove 51, the transverse position of the light reflecting cup 3 is changed, according to the light reflection principle, the light emitted by the lamp beads 12 is changed due to the change of the transverse position of the light reflecting cup 3, the light spot position obtained after being reflected by the light reflecting cup 3 is changed, the mode of arranging a universal regulating seat outside a lamp in the prior art is abandoned, the integral weight of the lamp installation is greatly reduced, the total reflection working principle of the total reflection lamp is fully utilized by the structure, the light spot regulating structure is skillfully arranged in the lamp, the size of the lamp is not additionally increased, the subsequent use and installation of the lamp are facilitated, the cost is lower, and the regulation is also more convenient. Compared with the existing eccentric rotating system, the transverse position of the reflecting cup can be changed independently, and according to the light reflection principle, light emitted by the lamp beads is changed due to the change of the transverse position of the reflecting cup, so that the position of a light spot obtained after being reflected by the reflecting cup is changed, and the adjustment of the light spot becomes simple and convenient.
Referring specifically to fig. 3 and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of marble holes 53 are provided in the marble slide 52, and the marble holes 53 are adapted to marbles in the marble structure. The arrangement of the marble holes 53 enables the clicking sound to be heard in the process of transversely pushing the reflecting cup seat 2, firstly, the grade sense of the lamp is improved, secondly, the reflecting cup 3 is convenient to adjust in place, then the marble holes 53 can form better limit for the marble, and the size of the transverse movement of the reflecting cup 3 between the two adjacent marble hole blocking positions or the position relation of the light spot movement can be informed to a user through a product use instruction or other modes, so that the light spot can be adjusted more quickly and conveniently.
Referring to fig. 6 and fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, a guide block 41 is disposed on a side wall of the sliding base 4, a guide groove 54 is disposed in the sliding groove 51, and the guide block 41 is snapped into the guide groove 54, so as to facilitate the lateral adjustment of the reflective cup holder 2, and limit the sliding base 4 from being separated from the base 5 vertically.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 5 specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the sliding groove 51 is a transverse through groove, the base 5 is provided with a limiting plate 55 to limit the sliding seat 4 from separating from the sliding groove 51, the limiting plate 55 may be fixed on the base 5 by a screw, and the setting of the limiting plate 55 prevents the sliding seat 4 from separating from the sliding groove 51 when the reflective cup seat 2 moves transversely, thereby avoiding the vertical dislocation of the reflective cup 3 caused by excessive adjustment of the reflective cup seat 2, and ensuring stability and controllability of light spots.
In some embodiments of the invention, the base 5 and the housing 1 may be integrally formed; in other embodiments of the present invention, the base 5 is separately disposed from the housing 1, a rotation shaft 7 is disposed below the base 5, the base 5 is horizontally rotatable between the rotation shaft 7 and the housing 1, and the rotation shaft 7 is coaxially disposed with the central axis of the reflector cup 3; the eccentric rotating system in the prior art is abandoned, the eccentric rotation in the prior art drives the transverse movement of the reflecting cup to be integrated into zero, and the transverse movement and the independent rotating movement are decomposed, so that 360-degree rotation of the reflecting cup in the shell is easy to realize, and the transverse movement of the reflecting cup is matched with the rotating movement of the reflecting cup, so that large-area light sweeping within the 360-degree range is easy to realize, and the light spot position can be adjusted to a required position according to the needs of a user; moreover, the lamp has no special requirement on the installation of the lamp on a ceiling, and the eccentric structure in the prior art is not required to be aligned, so that the installation of the lamp on a ceiling is simplified, the installation angle of the lamp is not required to be considered, and after the installation of the lamp is finished, the position of a light spot can be adjusted within the range of 360 degrees only by rotating the light reflecting cup seat 2 and transversely pushing the light reflecting cup seat 2, so that the light spot can be easily adjusted to a light receiving body. In some embodiments of the present invention, the rotation shaft 7 is a rotation damper, which is a well-known technology and will not be described herein. It will be appreciated that the axis of rotation 7 is arranged coaxially with the central axis of the reflector cup 3, and is not limited to being always coaxial.
Referring specifically to fig. 3,5 and 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the light reflecting cup holder 2 includes a first cup holder 21 and a second cup holder 22, and the light reflecting cup 3 is mounted on the first cup holder 21, and the first cup holder 21 is capable of being lifted up and down relative to the second cup holder 22. Therefore, the position of the reflecting cup 3 relative to the lamp beads 12 can be adjusted, and the focusing effect is realized, so that the size of light spots on a light receiving body is changed, and various lighting requirements of users are met.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 5 specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first cup holder 21 and the second cup holder 22 are provided with an adaptive thread 23 (the internal thread on the second reflective cup in fig. 5 is not shown in the drawing), the first cup holder 21 is rotated, and under the action of the thread, the first cup holder 21 is lifted up and down relative to the second cup holder 22, so that the lifting adjustment between the two cup holders is easily realized, that is, the focusing of the lamp becomes easy and relaxed.
Referring specifically to fig. 8, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first cup holder 21 and the second cup holder 22 are sleeved with each other, a rubber ring 24 is disposed at a sleeved position, the first cup holder 21 is pulled or pushed to lift up and down relative to the second cup holder 22, and the up-down lifting adjustment and the relative position fixing after the adjustment in place of the first cup holder 21 relative to the second cup holder 22 are achieved through the damping effect of the rubber ring 24, so that the focusing of the lamp is also easy and relaxed. In some embodiments, a plurality of snap rings (not shown in the drawing) are provided on the first cup seat 21 or the second cup seat 22, and the rubber ring 24 may fall into the snap rings, so as to implement multi-stage lifting adjustment between the first cup seat 21 and the second cup seat 22. When the light-reflecting cup is used, a user pulls the first cup seat 21, the first cup seat 21 drives the rubber ring 24 to move upwards, so that the rubber ring falls into the first clamping ring, if the first cup seat 21 is pulled continuously, the rubber ring 24 moves upwards into the second clamping ring continuously, the number of the clamping rings can be set to 3-5, the light-reflecting cup 3 is longitudinally adjusted to have 3-5 gears, and the light-reflecting cup is convenient for the user to adjust light.
It will be appreciated that in order to facilitate assembly of the reflector cup holder 2, slide 4, base 5, etc., the housing 1 is, in some embodiments of the invention, divided into two parts, a first housing 13 and a second housing 14.
