The middle-end product adopts semitransparent control panel more, is equipped with the one deck facial mask in the panel inside, and the light source of bottom is extinguished under the shut-down state, does not have any display information on the whole control panel, and when the start-up was used, the LED lamp was lighted, illuminated the facial mask, with the information projection on the facial mask on the control panel. The high-end product adopts the mode of transparent piece laser sculpture function button more, perhaps uses the mode of monoblock big facial mask, can realize two kinds of operation display modes, put out screen display operation and bright screen display operation, and whole control panel is advanced, and user experience is good, but its cost is higher. Therefore, due to strict price difference management and control, different users can only independently experience one operation mode, and the operation experiences of different users are forcefully distinguished, so that the use rights and interests of consumers are not facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to improve the above-mentioned problems, an embodiment of the present application provides a display module 100, which can be used for display operation of a control panel 110 of various electronic devices, so as to improve the user experience.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in particular, the display module 100 includes a control panel 110, an adjustment assembly 120, and a light source assembly 130. The control panel 110 can display corresponding device operation information, the light source assembly 130 can emit light to the control template, so that the control panel 110 is lightened in a working process, the adjusting assembly 120 is used for adjusting different display modes according to user experience mode setting, and the light source assembly 130 is matched with the control panel to realize different operation modes.
Further, the outer surface of the control panel 110 is provided with a plurality of key areas 111, and each key area 111 is correspondingly printed with a pattern.
Specifically, the outer surface of the control panel 110 is an operation control interface of the display module 100, which may be made of a translucent material, so as to be in a black screen state under the non-working condition, and to be displayed in a transparent manner under the working condition. Each key area 111 can send a corresponding control instruction to the device under the condition of touch and press of a user, so as to adjust the running state and mode of the device. The surface of the key area 111 is made by printing patterns with photosensitive materials to form corresponding control symbols or characters, so that in a working state, the patterns of the key area 111 are displayed in a luminous mode, and user experience is improved. Meanwhile, in the non-operating state, the printed pattern of the photosensitive material is invisible to the human eye under natural light, and the control panel 110 is in an overall black screen state.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the adjusting assembly 120 includes a driving mechanism 122 and a transparent member 121, the transparent member 121 is disposed on a side of the control panel 110 facing away from the key area 111 and includes a transparent section 1211 and a hollow section 1212, and the driving mechanism 122 is connected with the transparent member 121 and drives one of the transparent section 1211 and the hollow section 1212 to be located on a side of the control panel 110 facing away from the key area 111;
Specifically, the light-transmitting member 121 is disposed on the bottom side of the control panel 110 and is a mask structure. The transparent segment 1211 may be a transparent plastic film structure so that the emitted light of the general light source can penetrate the transparent segment 1211 and be directed toward the control panel 110. The hollowed section 1212 may be a sheet of black film, and the surface of the hollowed section 1212 is perforated with a plurality of hollows, and the hollowed shape is the same as the printed pattern of the key area 111, so that the hollowed shape of the hollowed section 1212 is projected on the control panel 110 under the irradiation of light, so as to facilitate the observation operation of the user.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the light source assembly 130 includes a first light emitting element 131 and a second light emitting element 132, wherein the light emitted from the first light emitting element 131 can penetrate through the transparent segment 1211 and induce the pattern of the key region 111 to illuminate, and the light emitted from the second light emitting element 132 can penetrate through the hollow segment 1212 and irradiate toward the key region 111.
Specifically, the first light emitting element 131 and the second light emitting element 132 are LED (light emitting diode) beads, so that the light emitting operation of a single light emitting element or both of them can be realized under the operation of a user. The number of the first light emitting parts 131 and the second light emitting parts 132 is the same as that of the key areas 111 of the control panel 110, and the first light emitting parts 131 and the second light emitting parts 132 and the corresponding key areas 111 are positioned on the same vertical line, so that the light emitting display of the key areas 111 is realized. The light emitted by the first light emitting element 131 can induce the light-sensitive material pattern of the key region 111 to emit light, and the light emitted by the second light emitting element 132 can project the hollowed pattern of the hollowed section 1212 on the control panel 110, so as to cooperate with the light transmitting element 121 to realize multiple operation display modes.
In one embodiment, the display module 100 has a first operation state, when the display module 100 is in the first operation state, the transparent segment 1211 is located on a side of the control panel 110 facing away from the key area 111, the pattern is formed by printing a photosensitive material, the first light emitting member 131 emits light, and the emitted light of the first light emitting member 131 penetrates the transparent segment 1211 and induces the pattern to illuminate.
Specifically, the user selects the control panel 110 display mode of the first job state by mode selection. At this time, the transparent segment 1211 of the light transmissive member 121 is positioned between the light source assembly 130 and the control panel 110 under the driving of the driving mechanism 122. The first light emitting member 131 emits light, and the second light emitting member 132 is turned off, so that the emitted light of the first light emitting member 131 is emitted to the control panel 110 through the transparent segment 1211. Due to the semitransparent characteristic of the control panel 110, light can penetrate the control panel 110 from the bottom side of the control panel 110 and irradiate the patterns of the key areas 111 on the outer side of the control panel 110, and the patterns printed by the photosensitive material are irradiated by the light of the first light emitting member 131 to emit light, so that corresponding operation patterns are displayed, and visual operation of a user is facilitated.
The photosensitive material of the application can be fluorescent powder, phosphorescent powder, quantum well material and the like, and can be specifically selected according to actual requirements to meet the light receiving display of patterns.
Preferably, the first light emitting member 131 is an ultraviolet LED lamp, and is capable of emitting ultraviolet light to the control panel 110, so as to excite the photosensitive material pattern to emit light for display.
Further, the display module 100 further has a second operation state, when the display module 100 is in the second operation state, the hollow section 1212 is located at a side of the control panel 110 facing away from the key area 111, the second light emitting element 132 emits light for operation, and the emitted light of the second light emitting element 132 penetrates the hollow section 1212 and irradiates the key area 111.
Specifically, the second light emitting element 132 is a white LED lamp, and the user selects the display mode of the control panel 110 in the second operation state through mode selection. At this time, under the driving of the driving mechanism 122, the hollow section 1212 of the light transmitting element 121 is located between the light source assembly 130 and the control panel 110. The first light emitting element 131 is turned off, and the second light emitting element 132 emits light, so that most of the light is absorbed by the black film of the hollowed-out section 1212 and cannot be irradiated to the control panel 110 during the operation of the second light emitting element 132. And part of light can pass through the hollowed-out section 1212 and shoot to the control panel 110, and continuously pass through the semitransparent control panel 110, so that the hollowed-out key shape is projected on the control panel 110, and the luminous key patterns appear in the key area 111 outside the control panel 110, thereby realizing the key operation experience of a user.
Still further, the display module 100 has a third operation state, when the display module 100 is in the third operation state, the hollow section 1212 is located at a side of the control panel 110 facing away from the key region 111, the first light emitting element 131 and the second light emitting element 132 emit light simultaneously, the emitted light of the first light emitting element 131 penetrates the hollow section 1212 and induces the pattern to illuminate, and the emitted light of the second light emitting element 132 penetrates the hollow section 1212 and irradiates the key region 111.
Specifically, the user selects the control panel 110 display mode of the third job state by mode selection. At this time, under the driving of the driving mechanism 122, the hollow section 1212 of the light transmitting element 121 is located between the light source assembly 130 and the control panel 110. The first light emitting element 131 and the second light emitting element 132 emit light simultaneously, and most of the emitted light of the first light emitting element 131 and the emitted light of the second light emitting element 132 are absorbed by the black negative film of the hollowed-out section 1212, and only pass through the hollowed-out section 1212 to be directed to the control panel 110. The ultraviolet rays emitted from the first light emitting member 131 penetrate to the pattern of the key area 111 at the outer side of the control panel 110, and the pattern printed by the photosensitive material emits light under the irradiation of the light from the first light emitting member 131, thereby displaying the corresponding operation pattern. Meanwhile, the white light emitted by the second light emitting element 132 can pass through the hollow of the hollow section 1212 and be emitted to the control panel 110, so that the hollow key shape is projected on the control panel 110, the display brightness of the pattern of the key area 111 outside the control panel 110 is further improved, and the user experience is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the driving mechanism 122 includes a motor 12211 and two drums 1222 disposed opposite to each other, where the two drums 1222 are respectively connected to two ends of the transparent member 121, and the motor 12211 is in driving connection with at least one drum 1222 to drive the drums 1222 to wind up the transparent member 121.
Specifically, the two reels 1222 are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the display module 100, and wind up the light-transmitting member 121 by rotating themselves after being connected to the light-transmitting member 121. It can be appreciated that when the transparent segment 1211 is rolled at one end of the transparent segment 1211, the transparent segment 1211 of the transparent member 121 is rolled on the roller 1222, and the hollow segment 1212 is tiled between the light source assembly 130 and the control panel 110, so as to satisfy the second operation state and the third operation state of the display module 100. When one end of the hollow section 1212 is rolled, the hollow section 1212 of the light transmitting element 121 is rolled on the roller 1222, and the transparent section 1211 is tiled between the light source assembly 130 and the control panel 110, so as to satisfy the first operation state of the display module 100. The motor 12211 is in transmission connection with the reel 1222, so that the rotation operation of the reel 1222 can be performed under the drive of the motor 12211, the winding operation of the transparent member 121 can be realized, and the operation state switching of the display module 100 can be satisfied.
Further, a coil spring is provided in the drum 1222. The coil spring can continuously provide a large restoring force in a small space, and the coil spring is provided in the drum 1222 to provide a strong restoring force to the drum 1222. In this embodiment, the motor 12211 is only connected to one reel 1222, and when the motor 12211 drives the reel 1222 to rotate, the light-transmitting member 121 of the other reel 1222 is pulled and drives the other reel 1222 to rotate. When the motor 12211 stops working, the winding drum 1222 realizes automatic return rotation under the action of the coil spring, and pulls the light transmitting member 121. It will be appreciated that one recovery stroke of the coil spring is the same as the length of the transparent segment 1211 or the hollowed-out segment 1212, thereby satisfying the state switching of the display module 100.
In some embodiments, the light source assembly 130 further includes a circuit board 133, and the first light emitting member 131 and the second light emitting member 132 are mounted to the circuit board 133.
Specifically, the circuit board 133 is a PCB (Printed Circuit Board ), and the first light emitting member 131 and the second light emitting member 132 are embedded on the circuit board 133 through a soldering process and are in electrical communication with the circuit board 133, so that automatic light emitting driving of the first light emitting member 131 and the second light emitting member 132 is achieved through chip control of the circuit board 133.
