3. The automatic operation table and the conveyor belt are arranged, so that the production line can continuously run, and the requirements of manual carrying and operation are reduced.
4. The safety is high, and the safety of operators is ensured due to the design of the station inclined ladder at the inlet of the operating platform and the slide rail of the conveyor belt.
5. The air supply pipeline is designed and used reasonably, so that energy sources can be saved effectively, and environmental pollution is reduced.

The spraying area 1 is used for spraying primer, finish paint and varnish and comprises equipment such as a vehicle body, a spray gun, a spraying robot and the like which are ready for spraying;
A drying area 2, which is used for curing the coating, and generally adopts a high-temperature drying or ultraviolet radiation curing mode;
the polishing area 3 is used for polishing and polishing the dried car body so as to improve the surface quality and the glossiness;
the water washing area 4 is used for cleaning the car body, removing impurities such as greasy dirt, dust and the like before spraying, and ensuring the adhesiveness and the surface flatness of the paint.

The automobile finish station is a very important link in the whole automobile manufacturing process, and can protect the automobile surface and enhance the appearance and attractive force of the automobile. Thus, each automotive finishing station on modern automotive production lines requires careful design and equipment to ensure an efficient, high quality coating process.
Automotive finishing stations typically include various functional areas such as paint preparation areas, paint handling areas, drying areas, and inspection areas. In the paint preparation area, the craftsman needs to perform surface treatment including removal of grease, dust, dirt and other impurities, polishing, filling pits and other operations. These steps are critical to the subsequent painting process because they ensure a smooth, even surface and facilitate adhesion and durability of the paint.
In the painting area 1, the craftsman needs to use specialized paint spraying equipment and tools to paint according to predetermined procedures and parameters, including steps of coating, drying, repairing, etc. of the primer and the top coat, and in this process, the craftsman needs to pay close attention to parameters of concentration, consistency, color, coating thickness, etc. of the paint to ensure that the final painting effect meets the design requirements and meets the high quality standard.

In addition, the stability of inclined ladder also can help the staff to control oneself balanced better, avoids unexpected emergence.
The design of the air supply pipeline 11 is a very important part of the automobile paint spray booth, and the main function of the design is to send fresh air into the paint spray booth, maintain pressure and temperature, and the correct design of the air supply pipeline can improve the coating efficiency and quality, and also can effectively protect the health and safety of staff.
Before designing the air supply pipeline, the structure and the size of the paint spray booth need to be known, and a designer can select different air supply modes and pipeline arrangement schemes according to different sizes and shapes of the paint spray booth so as to achieve the optimal air supply effect.
In general, the air supply pipeline 11 of the automotive finishing paint station adopts a closed circulation system to supply air, namely fresh air is sucked into a room through a fan, and then filtered by a filter, and old air is discharged.

When the ultraviolet baking finish lamp 15 needs to be reset or the large angle is changed again, the second push head 42 is only needed to be pressed, so that the fifth connecting rod 40 drives the circular clamping head 29 to be separated from the clamping hole 27, at the moment, the first push head 37 drives the locking push piece 23 to reset under the drive of the first reset spring 26, so that the ratchet 21 is separated from the meshing piece 22, and at the moment, the large angle of the ultraviolet baking finish lamp 15 can be adjusted by changing the position of the guide sliding block 19.
It should be noted that the adjusting seat 32 is connected with the fourth connecting rod 31 through bolts, so that the fine adjustment of angles of the ultraviolet baking finish lamp 15 in different directions can be realized according to different installation directions of the adjusting seat 32, the adjusting seat is suitable for different working conditions, the design of the four connecting rods ensures accurate positioning and adjustment of each part, the working precision of equipment is improved, the adjusting handle 33 is matched with the arc-shaped rack 39 with the driving gear 38, the position of the ultraviolet baking finish lamp 15 can be conveniently adjusted, the operation is simple and convenient, the complexity of manual operation is reduced, the design of the first return spring 26 and the second return spring 41 ensures the automatic return function of the system, and the safety and the service life of the equipment are improved.
Through the setting of adjusting part, can nimble angle and the position of adjusting ultraviolet baking finish lamp 15, adapt to the automobile body of equidimension and shape, improve the suitability of equipment.
