技术领域
本发明属于洗护用抑菌剂制备技术领域,涉及一种基于多种表面活性成分的具有广谱抑菌作用化学组合物。
背景技术
目前,抗生素抗性微生物的流行率增加,尤其是在换季时,大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等感染的发生率明显增加。
抑菌剂是指能够在一定时间内阻止微生物生长繁殖的物质,具有抑菌抗菌作用的洗护用品越来越受到市场的欢迎。
现有的抗抑菌功效洗护产品,绝大部分都添加有化学抗菌剂如高锰酸钾、硼酸、双氧水、碘伏或酒精等,或者抗/抑菌成分三氯生、对氯二甲苯酚、氯己定二盐等,存在对皮肤黏膜刺激性大,容易对皮肤造成损伤或导致皮肤粗糙等问题。
以天然成分为主体的天然抑菌剂拥有良好的抑菌效果,但由于天然抑菌剂往往具有“栅栏效应”,即对某些种类的微生物具有较强的抑制效果,但对于其它种类的微生物效果不明显,因此,单一天然成分抑菌剂的应用具有一定的局限性。另外,天然抑菌活性成分中的植物来源成分一般含多种有效成分,如多糖、黄酮、生物碱、萜类等,在一般贮存条件下容易变质。
表面活性剂是由具有亲水性的极性基团和憎水性的非极性基团组成的有机化合物,这一结构特点决定了其的许多特殊性能。根据表面活性剂在水溶液中能否解离及解离后所带电荷的类型,可以将表面活性剂分为阴离子型表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂四类。其中,阴离子表面活性剂具有较好的去污、发泡、分散、乳化、润湿等特性,被广泛用作洗涤剂、起泡剂、润湿剂、乳化剂和分散剂,不仅产量占表面活性剂的首位,而且也是洗护用品中的主要成分。
众所周知,大部分具有抑菌作用的表面活性剂都属于阳离子表面活性剂,如季铵盐类抑菌剂苯扎溴铵、双胍类抑菌剂醋酸氯己定等,但由于其的阳离子特性,不可与阴离子表面活性剂一同使用,如果将其加入到阴离子表面活性剂为主的洗护产品中,两者会发生反应而失去效力,从而限定了阳离子表面活性剂型抑菌剂在洗护用品中的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抑菌组合物,不添加任何防腐剂,仅通过表面活性剂的合理配合实现其抑菌功效。
本发明研究发现,阴离子表面活性剂月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(AES)、两性离子表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB-35)与氨基酸阴离子表面活性剂月桂酰肌氨酸钠(LS-30)通过合理的配伍,具有明显的抑菌协同功效。
因此,本发明首先提供了一种抑菌组合物,所述抑菌组合物中包括有5~8wt%月桂酰肌氨酸钠、5~8wt%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和2~4wt%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,且抑菌组合物的pH值控制在4~5.5。
进一步地,所述抑菌组合物中优选包括5~7wt%月桂酰肌氨酸钠、5~7wt%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和3~4wt%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,抑菌组合物的pH值控制在4.5~5.5。
更进一步地,本发明所述的抑菌组合物中,更优选其中月桂酰肌氨酸钠与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的含量相同。
在本发明的抑菌组合物中还可以添加适量氯化钠起到增稠作用,用于调节组合物的黏度。优选的氯化钠加入量为0.5~1wt%。
本发明通过在抑菌组合物中加入少量无机酸或有机酸控制抑菌组合物的pH值,且对所述无机酸或有机酸没有任何限定。但更进一步地,本发明优选采用乳酸进行抑菌组合物pH值的调控。
在本发明的抑菌组合物中不含有任何化学抑菌成分,仅通过不同表面活性剂之间的相互组合,组成了一种粘度适中、兼具有洗涤去污功效的抑菌组合物,在酸性条件下对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率均>90%,根据GB 15979-2002规定具有较强抑菌作用。
以本发明所述的抑菌组合物为基础,可以进一步添加其他洗涤成分,制成洗衣液、洗手液、沐浴液、私处护理液等各种洗涤护理用品,具有明显的抗菌效果。
本发明的抑菌组合物还可以用于化妆品的制备中,同样具有明显的抗、抑菌效果。
实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,从而使本领域技术人员能很好地理解和利用本发明,而不是限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明实施例和比较例中涉及的生产工艺、实验方法或检测方法,若无特别说明,均为现有技术中的常规方法,且其名称和/或简称均属于本领域内的常规名称,在相关用途领域内均非常清楚明确,本领域内技术人员能够根据该名称理解常规工艺步骤并应用相应设备,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行实施。
本发明实施例中使用的各种仪器、设备、原料或试剂,并没有来源上的特殊限制,均为可以通过正规商业途径购买获得的常规产品,也可以按照本领域技术人员熟知的常规方法进行制备。
本发明实施例中的抑菌性能参照GB 15979-2002附录C中C4试验方法进行,各试验中的回收菌数控制在1×104~9×104cfu/ml。
实施例
实施例1
依次称取5.0g LS-30、5.0g CAB-35、3.0g AES、0.5g氯化钠加入烧杯中,加入86.5g去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,以乳酸调节溶液的pH值至5左右,制成抑菌剂产品。
实施例2
依次称取7.0g LS-30、7.0g CAB-35、3.0g AES、0.5g氯化钠加入烧杯中,加入82.5g去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,以乳酸调节溶液的pH值至5左右,制成抑菌剂产品。
实施例3
依次称取6.0g LS-30、6.0g CAB-35、3.0g AES、0.5g氯化钠加入烧杯中,加入84.5g去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,以乳酸调节溶液的pH值至5左右,制成抑菌剂产品。
比较例1
依次称取3.0g LS-30、3.0g CAB-35、3.0g AES、0.5g氯化钠加入烧杯中,加入90.5g去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,以乳酸调节溶液的pH值至5左右,制成抑菌剂产品。
比较例2
依次称取4.0g LS-30、4.0g CAB-35、3.0g AES、0.5g氯化钠加入烧杯中,加入88.5g去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,以乳酸调节溶液的pH值至5左右,制成抑菌剂产品。
参照GB 15979-2002中附录C方法,进行实施例1~3及比较例1~2产品的抑菌性能检测,作用10min后分别测试对白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率,具体结果列于表1中。
测试结果显示,实施例1~3产品均具有较强的抑菌作用,且粘度适中。而比较例随着CAB-35和LS-30添加量的降低,其抑菌效果也会逐渐降低,但增加含量对抑菌效果没有明显变化。
实施例4
依次称取5.0g LS-30、5.0g CAB-35、3.0g AES、2.0g APG1214、5.0g MAPK30、0.5g氯化钠加入烧杯中,加入79.5g去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,以乳酸调节溶液的pH值至5左右,制成抑菌洗手液产品。
经检测产品有效物含量7.52,符合普通洗手液(GB/T 34857-2017)、沐浴剂(GB/T34857-2017)等相关标准。
测试产品抑菌性能,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为99.9%、100.0%和99.9%,与实施例1比较,在产品中增加阴离子表面活性剂MAPK30和非离子表面活性剂APG1214后,不会对产品的抑菌效果造成负面影响。
比较例3
分别称取13.0g LS-30、13.0g CAB-35和13.0g AES,加入到87g去离子水中搅拌溶解均匀,以乳酸调节pH值至5,测试各溶液的抑菌性能。
根据上述测试结果可以看出,在pH为5左右时:
1、13%CAB-35水溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率大于50%但小于90%,对白色念珠菌无抑菌效果。
2、13%LS-30水溶液对白色念珠菌的抑菌率大于90%,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率大于50%但小于90%。
3、13%AES水溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率大于90%,但对大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌基本没有抑菌效果。
因此,由以上结果可知,单一表面活性剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌三种菌的抑菌率之间有较大的差别,但是无法同时达到90%以上的抑菌效果。
比较例4
依次称取5.0g LS-30、5.0g CAB-35、3.0g AES加入烧杯中,加入87g去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,分别调节溶液的pH值为5、6和7,测试各溶液的抑菌性能。
测试结果显示,由3种表面活性剂复配的抑菌剂产品在pH为5时,对3种菌的抑菌率均可达到99.9%,但随着pH值的升高,抑菌效果逐渐下降。这可能是因为在酸性条件下,两性表面活性剂CAB-35和氨基酸阴离子表面活性剂LS-30会表现出阳离子特性,具有较强的抑菌效果,因此建议复配体系pH值保持在5左右较好。
比较例5
称取0.2g醋酸氯己定、3.0g AES加入烧杯中,加入90g去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解均匀,以乳酸调节溶液的pH值至5左右,补水至100g,制成抑菌剂产品。
以阳离子类医用杀菌剂0.2%醋酸氯己定水溶液作为对照,测试其的抑菌性能,结果显示0.2%醋酸氯己定水溶液对各种病菌抑制效果显著,大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为99.9%、100.0%和99.5%,均大于90%。
然而,在0.2%醋酸氯己定水溶液中添加阴离子表面活性剂AES后,其的抑菌作用明显下降,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别降低至57.2%、64.3%和45.9%。
本发明以上实施例并没有详尽叙述所有的细节,也不限制本发明仅为以上所述实施例。本领域普通技术人员在不脱离本发明原理和宗旨的情况下,针对这些实施例进行的各种变化、修改、替换和变型,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种抑菌组合物,包括有5~8wt%月桂酰肌氨酸钠、5~8wt%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和2~4wt%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,且抑菌组合物的pH值控制在4~5.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌组合物,包括5~7wt%月桂酰肌氨酸钠、5~7wt%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和3~4wt%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,抑菌组合物的pH值控制在4.5~5.5。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抑菌组合物,其中月桂酰肌氨酸钠与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱含量相同。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的抑菌组合物,其特征是还包括0.5~1wt%氯化钠。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的抑菌组合物,其特征是采用乳酸调控pH值。
6.权利要求1所述抑菌组合物在制备洗涤护理用品中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其中的洗涤护理用品为洗衣液、洗手液、沐浴液或私处护理液。
8.权利要求1所述抑菌组合物在制备化妆品中的应用。
