Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses an anti-interference touch screen functional sheet, which aims to solve the technical problems that a common numerical control machine tool uses a capacitive touch screen, various dirt such as cooling oil and the like easily pollutes a display screen in a complex numerical control machining environment, so that the touch screen generates error signals and errors occur in part machining.

The anti-interference touch screen functional sheet disclosed by the invention is mainly applied to a common numerical control machine tool which uses a capacitive touch screen, and various dirt such as cooling oil and the like easily pollutes a display screen in a complex numerical control machining environment, so that the touch screen generates error signals and a part machining error occurs.

A certain gap is designed between the lower electrode plate 29 and the upper electrode plate 30, the positions of the first scanning line and the second scanning line are vertical, the lower electrode 39 and the upper electrode 40 are respectively and electrically connected with the first scanning line and the second scanning line, the first scanning line and the second scanning line are respectively and electrically connected with the second interface 41, the positions of the third scanning line and the fourth scanning line are vertical, the upper capacitor 42 and the lower capacitor 43 are respectively and electrically connected with the third scanning line and the fourth scanning line, and the third scanning line and the fourth scanning line are respectively and electrically connected with the first interface 21.
In this embodiment, the housing 1 is mounted on a control screen of an automatic machine tool, the mounting frame 9 is fixedly connected with the control screen of the automatic machine tool, the first interface 21 is connected with an upper touch screen flat cable of the control screen of the automatic machine tool, when the machine tool is overhauled or an automatic machine tool program is modified on site, a large amount of information needs to be input on the screen quickly, accurate signal input and multi-touch are needed, the second transparent plate 5, the upper capacitor plate 44, the partition plate 45, the lower capacitor plate 46 and the first bottom plate 7 are all made of transparent materials by fingers, the partition plate 45 is made of insulating materials, a stable electric field is formed between the upper capacitor 42 and the lower capacitor 43 due to different charges of the upper capacitor 42 and the lower capacitor 43, the electric field is changed when the fingers touch the second transparent plate 5, the signals are scanned by the third scanning line and the fourth scanning line to be converted into digital signals to be transmitted to a computer for relevant operation, and the second transparent plate 5, the upper capacitor plate 44, the partition plate 45, the lower capacitor plate 46 and the first bottom plate 7 form a structure of the capacitive touch screen, and the structure of the touch screen has the advantages of being weak in touch signal input and multi-touch performance, but weak touch performance and the like can not be distinguished.
Further, the lower electrode plate 29, the upper electrode plate 30 and the second bottom plate 38 are made to stay right above the second transparent plate 5, because a certain gap is formed between the lower electrode plate 29 and the upper electrode plate 30, the first transparent plate 2, the lower electrode plate 29, the upper electrode plate 30 and the second bottom plate 38 are made of transparent materials, fingers contact the first transparent plate 2 to squeeze the upper electrode plate 30, so that the upper electrode plate 30 is deformed locally, the upper electrode 40 at the position contacts the lower electrode 39 on the lower electrode plate 29 to form current, the first scanning line and the second scanning line determine scanning positions, signals are converted into digital signals and transmitted to a computer for related operation, the first transparent plate 2, the lower electrode plate 29, the upper electrode plate 30 and the second bottom plate 38 form a resistive touch screen, and because the first transparent plate 2, the lower electrode plate 29, the upper electrode plate 30 and the second bottom plate 38 need a certain pressure, when a numerical control machine tool processes parts at ordinary times, the environment is diversified, greasy dirt and water drops on the first transparent plate 2, input signals cannot be generated, the effect of improving the anti-interference performance of the touch screen under severe conditions can not be achieved, meanwhile, the signal input device can not be controlled accurately, and the signal can not be controlled.
Referring to fig. 1, 2,3 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, the index mechanism includes a rack 22 fixedly connected to one side edge of the moving frame 12, a fixed block 13 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner wall of the housing 1, a motor 23 is fixedly connected to the top of the fixed block 13, a vortex rod 33 is fixedly connected to one end of an output shaft of the motor 23, a mounting rod 24 is fixedly connected to one side of the fixed block 13, and a gear 32 is rotatably connected to one end of the mounting rod 24.
The worm 33 is engaged with the gear 32, the rack 22 is engaged with the gear 32, the worm 33 is not in contact with the rack 22, the gear 32 can only rotate at one end of the mounting rod 24, and the position of the gear 32 does not move at the position of the mounting rod 24.
In the present embodiment, the scroll bar 33 and the gear 32 are driven by the start motor 23 to drive the rack 22 and the moving frame 12 to move, so that the lower electrode plate 29, the upper electrode plate 30 and the second bottom plate 38 stay right above the second transparent plate 5, and the effect of changing the positions of the first transparent plate 2, the lower electrode plate 29, the upper electrode plate 30 and the second bottom plate 38 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1,2, 3 and 5, in a preferred embodiment, the cleaning mechanism includes a push plate 25 fixedly connected to one side of the moving frame 12, a link 26 is fixedly connected to the top of the push plate 25, one end of the link 26 is rotatably connected to a rotating plate 4, the bottom end of the rotating plate 4 is rotatably connected to a cleaning roller 28, a cleaning plate 27 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the rotating plate 4 near the cleaning roller 28, and a turnover spring 31 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the moving frame 12 near the push plate 25.
One end of the push plate 25 is provided with a clamping groove, the top end of the rotating plate 4 is provided with a linkage groove, a blocking strip is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the rotating plate 4, the blocking strip and the linkage groove on the rotating plate 4 are positioned on the same horizontal line, and the other end of the turnover spring 31 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the rotating plate 4.

Referring to fig. 1,2, 3 and 6, in a preferred embodiment, the sealing mechanism includes a fixing plate 11 fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner wall of the casing 1, one side of the fixing plate 11 is rotatably connected with a rotating rod, one end of the rotating rod is provided with a sealing roll 10, one end of the rotating rod is located outside one end of the sealing roll 10 and is provided with a torsion spring 37, the other side of the fixing plate 11 is rotatably connected with a knob 34, a setting plate 35 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the casing 1 at a position above the knob 34, and the upper surface of the setting plate 35 is connected with a threaded rod 36 through a thread.
The other end of the sealing coil 10 is fixedly connected with one side edge of the first transparent plate 2, a connecting frame is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the shell 1 close to the torsion spring 37, the shape of the connecting frame is inverted U-shaped, one end of the rotating rod is fixedly connected with the knob 34, and one end of the torsion spring 37 is fixedly connected with the connecting frame.

The other end of the cleaning spring 17 is fixedly connected with a connecting plate 18, one side of the moving plate 19 is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped plate, an arc-shaped opening is formed in the bottom of the collecting box 15, the arc-shaped opening is just plugged by the arc-shaped plate, and the stop lever 20 is matched with the clamping groove for use.
In this embodiment, the blocking lever 20 is propped by the clamping groove on the push plate 25, the moving plate 19 and the arc plate are driven to rotate, so that the moving plate 19 pulls the cleaning spring 17, dirt inside the cleaning plate 27 falls into the collecting box 15, leaves the inside of the device from the arc opening at the bottom of the collecting box 15, is separated from the blocking lever 20 in the clamping groove, and the cleaning spring 17 drives the moving plate 19 and the arc plate to reclose the arc opening, thereby achieving the effect of automatically treating the dirt to keep the inside of the device clean.

partition 45, the lower capacitor plate 46 and the first bottom plate 7 form a structure of a capacitive touch screen, and the capacitive touch screen has the advantages that accurate signal input and
