The personnel management system (1) comprises an employee information management module (11), an attendance management module (12) and an outgoing management module (13), wherein the employee information management module (11) is used for inputting employee information and setting corresponding authorities, the attendance management module (12) is used for carrying out attendance registration and statistics on employees, and the outgoing management module (13) is used for carrying out business trip, leave application, approval and statistics on the employees;
The administrative management system (2) comprises a vehicle management module (21), a canteen management module (22), a dormitory management module (23) and a visitor management module (24), wherein the vehicle management module (21) is used for registering staff passing vehicles, company administrative vehicles, logistics vehicles and visitor vehicles for management and release, the canteen management module (22) is used for calculating the number of people needing to be eaten on the same day by the difference between the number of people checking on the same day counted by the attendance management module (12) and the number of people leaving after checking on the same day counted by the outbound management module (13) and registering the staff needing to be eaten on the same day, the dormitory management module (23) is used for registering staff information needing to be lodged and expenses generated by lodging, and the visitor management module (24) is used for registering visitor information entering a park;
the security management system (3) comprises a video monitoring module and an authorized area management module, wherein the video monitoring module is used for integrating camera monitoring pictures, access control records and intrusion alarm information of a park to realize omnibearing security monitoring of the park, and the authorized area management module is used for providing corresponding authorized area gate and elevator floor traffic according to the authority of staff and the information registered by visitors;
The ERP system (4) respectively acquires employee attendance of the attendance management module (12), outgoing subsidies of the outgoing management module (13), dining room dining subsidies of the dining room management module (22) and accommodation fees of the dormitory management module (23), and further calculates employee current month salary.

S3, if an outgoing demand exists, a corresponding outgoing request is sent out through an outgoing management module (13), the outgoing request is released after approval, the number data of outgoing staff recorded in attendance and card punching and not needed to be eaten is uploaded to an ERP system (4), and meanwhile the sum of the number data is sent to a canteen management module (22);
S4, if a visitor requests, a visitor solicitation application is carried out in sequence through a visitor management module (24), visitor records visiting time, visited staff information, visitor information, face information, whether to take a meal and whether to drive the visitor automatically, if the visitor is driven automatically, a license plate number is also required to be recorded, after the visitor information is recorded and approved, the visitor enters an intelligent park through the face or the license plate number, and the regional authority of the visitor is opened through the authority of the visited staff information, so that the visitor enters a region appointed by the visited staff;
