Detachable unit and automobile seat
The application is a divisional application of the applicant of Mingmen Swiss Co., ltd., application date 2020, 12/04/202011411737.4/min, and the name of the application of "detachable unit and car seat comprising the detachable unit".
Technical Field
The present application relates to a detachable unit, and an automobile seat including the detachable unit.
Background
Child carriers, such as strollers, child safety seats, and the like, are increasingly prone to having canopy mechanisms for sunshade, wind shielding, privacy protection, and the like. However, the canopy mechanism needs to be continuously adjusted in its shielding range during use to facilitate the guardian's observation of the user's state, or to adjust to the most comfortable or safest angle of the user.
For example, chinese patent document CN206394687U discloses a folding device for a canopy of an infant car seat, in which the canopy moving mechanism is used to move the moving lever up and down along the mounting member by slightly pushing and pulling the moving lever, i.e. the moving lever is linked to pivot and swing forward or backward, so that the canopy can be unfolded or folded, and thus a user can directly adjust the unfolding or folding operation of the canopy on the rear side of the seat through the canopy moving mechanism without running to the front of the seat or bending body.
The canopy folding device disclosed in the prior art can unfold or fold the canopy, but cannot achieve the disassembly of the canopy. Disassembly of the canopy is sometimes important, particularly when the canopy mechanism is not in use for extended periods of time or requires cleaning.
For another example, chinese patent CN103661553B discloses a foldable canopy for a child carrier, which canopy may be in a closed position, in which a portion or all of the rear portion of the canopy may be secured in a first recess and a portion or all of the front portion of the canopy may be secured in a second recess. To open the canopy, the user pulls or otherwise moves the canopy cover away from the upper portion of the housing.
In addition, the canopy can be removed from the child carrier. The canopy may be removed from the canopy cover and/or housing, for example, by applying sufficient force to remove the plastic tube from within or below one or more joints and/or tube end catch blocks of the housing and/or canopy cover.
However, in the above prior art, when the plastic tube is taken out from the joint or the tube end catching block, the receiving cavity of the original inserted plastic tube is exposed, which affects the overall aesthetic appearance and easily injures the body of the user or the occupant, causing a safety hazard.

Detailed Description
The figures and example embodiments described below are not meant to limit the scope of the embodiments to a single embodiment. Embodiments thereof may be achieved by interchanging some or all of the described or illustrated elements. Furthermore, where certain elements of the disclosed exemplary embodiments may be partially or fully implemented using known components, in some cases, only those portions of such known components that are necessary for an understanding of the present embodiments are described, and detailed descriptions of other portions of such known components are omitted so as not to obscure the present embodiments.
The detachable unit 10 according to the present application may be used in a variety of applications including, but not limited to, child carriers, child dining chairs, wheelchairs, lounges and the like. In addition, the detachable unit 10 may be attached with various other facilities in addition to the canopy mechanism 50. For the sake of brevity, the following description will be given taking as an example the application of the detachable unit to a car seat and the attachment of the canopy mechanism 50.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic view of a car seat according to the present application, the car seat includes a seat portion 20 and a backrest portion 30, and the seat portion 20 and the backrest portion 30 are substantially at 90 degrees with respect to each other to define a space for a user to sit on, however, the seat portion 20 and the backrest portion 30 may be at other angles with respect to each other. In order to improve riding comfort, a headrest portion 40 is further provided at an upper end of the backrest portion 30 for a user's head to rest.
In addition, it is now increasingly becoming more and more desirable to add a canopy mechanism 50 to an automobile seat for sun protection, rain protection, wind shielding, or privacy security. Referring also to fig. 2, which is a schematic view of a car seat according to the present application, the car seat is shown with a detachable unit 10 inserted therein. Specifically, a receiving chamber 32 is provided at the back surface of the backrest 30, and the receiving chamber 32 may be in the form of a blind hole, for example, that is, having an opening portion and a bottom portion opposite to the opening portion. Preferably, two receiving chambers 32 are provided symmetrically to the central longitudinal axis of the backrest 30, in each case two detachable units 10 being inserted into the receiving chambers 32, the two detachable units 10 being jointly attached to the roof mechanism 50. For ease of illustration, the canopy mechanism 50 is shown with only the primary frame structure, and not the canopy cover.
The detachable unit 10 includes two main parts, namely, a detachable member 12 and a cover 14, the cover 14 being disposed in a receiving cavity 32 provided on the backrest portion 30, and the detachable member 12 being inserted into the receiving cavity 32 or detached from the receiving cavity 32. Specifically, the cover 14 is always provided in the accommodation chamber 32, the detachable member 12 abuts against the cover 14 when inserted in the accommodation chamber 32, and the cover 14 moves to close the opening portion of the accommodation chamber 32 when the detachable member 12 is detached from the accommodation chamber 32. The detachable member 12 of the detachable unit 10 and the attached canopy mechanism 50 are schematically shown in fig. 3. Referring to fig. 4 in combination, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a detachable member of the detachable unit according to the present application.
The detachable member 12 includes an abutment end 121, a connecting end 122, and an intermediate section 123 disposed between the abutment end 121 and the connecting end 122, the abutment end 121 abutting the cover 14 when the detachable member 12 is inserted into the receiving cavity 32, the connecting end 122 being attachable to a component of the canopy mechanism 50, for example. The intermediate section 123 is provided with a locking portion 1231, an unlocking portion 1232, and a resetting portion 1233. The locking portion is, for example, in the form of a hook, and extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction of the detachable member 12. The unlocking portion 1232 and the locking portion 1231 are formed as a single body, for example, and movement of the unlocking portion 1232 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction of the detachable member 12 may cause the locking portion 1231 to move in that direction as well. The returning portion 1233 is in the form of a spring in this embodiment, and the unlocking portion 1232 needs to overcome the elastic force of the returning portion 1232 when moving in the direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction of the detachable member 12, so that after the unlocking portion 1232 is released, the returning portion 1232 in the form of a spring releases the elastic force thereof, pushing the locking portion 1231 to return again, i.e., move to the initial position. The unlocking part 132 is disposed to be exposed outside the receiving chamber 32 to facilitate manipulation of the unlocking part 1232 from the outside of the receiving chamber 32. Meanwhile, in order to avoid slipping, a corrugated structure is provided on the pressing surface of the unlocking part 1232 to increase friction.
Fig. 5 shows a specific construction of the closure 14. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the closure 14 is generally oval in configuration to accommodate the oval receiving cavity 32. Of course, other configurations may be used for the cover 14, as long as the contour of the cover 14 matches the contour of the receiving cavity 32. Of course, the cover may have a smaller profile than the housing cavity 32 for ease of manufacture and cost reduction.
The closure 14 is in the form of a cap, i.e. comprises a cap 141 and a side wall 142 extending perpendicularly from the periphery of said cap 141. The side wall 142 is also provided with a locking member 143. In addition, in order to smoothly move the cap 14 to close the opening of the accommodating chamber 32, an elastic member 16 is provided to provide a restoring force of the movement of the cap 14. For this purpose, the elastic member 16 is disposed in the cover body cavity of the cover 14, that is, accommodated between the cover body 141 and the bottom opposite to the opening portion of the accommodation cavity 32. When the abutment end 121 of the detachable member 12 inserted in the accommodating chamber 32 abuts against the cover body 141 of the cover 14, the elastic member 16 is compressed between the cover body 141 of the cover and the bottom of the accommodating chamber 32, and once the detachable member 12 is detached from the accommodating chamber 32, the compressed elastic member provides a restoring force to push the cover 14 to move to block the opening of the accommodating chamber 32.
The operation of the removable unit 10 according to the application is described in detail with reference to fig. 6, which is a schematic view of the removable unit 10 according to the application, showing the mating relationship of the removable member 12 and the cover 14.
The cover 14 is always disposed in the accommodating chamber 32, and the elastic member 16 abuts between the bottom of the accommodating chamber 32 and the cover 14, and in the embodiment shown in the drawings, the elastic member 16 abuts between the bottom of the accommodating chamber 32 and the cover 141 of the cover 14. Fig. 6 shows a state in which the detachable member 12 is inserted into the accommodation chamber 32, at which the abutment end 121 of the detachable member 12 abuts against the cover 14. And the locking portions 1231 of the detachable member 12 are locked in the corresponding engaging structures provided in the accommodating chamber 32. The canopy mechanism 50 to which the connecting end 122 of the detachable member 12 is attached is connected to the car seat in this state.
When the canopy mechanism 50 is not used for a long time or needs cleaning, the unlocking part 1232 is pushed from the outside of the accommodating chamber 32 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction of the detachable member 12, the unlocking part 1232 moves in a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction, and the unlocking part 1232 and the locking part 1231 are formed as a single body, so that the locking part 1231 also moves in a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction by the driving of the unlocking part 1232, whereby the locking part 1231 is disengaged from the engagement structure provided in the accommodating chamber 32, and at this time, the detachable member 12 and the canopy mechanism 50 attached thereto can be detached.
When the canopy mechanism 50 needs to be reattached, the detachable member 12 needs to be inserted into the accommodating chamber again only in a state that the unlocking portion 1232 is pressed, and the resetting portion 1233 is compressed in a process that the unlocking portion 1232 is pressed, so that when the locking portion 1232 is released by the insertion, the locking portion 1231 is again engaged with the corresponding engaging structure in the accommodating chamber 32 by the restoring force of the resetting portion 1233, and the detachable member 12 is locked. The canopy mechanism 50, which is attached to the attachment end 122 of the detachable member 12, is then reattached to the car seat.
According to the detachable unit 10 of the present application, the cover 14 is always disposed in the accommodating chamber 32, so that even if the detachable member 12 is detached from the accommodating chamber 32 when the canopy mechanism 50 is required to be detached, the cover 14 is moved to close the opening of the accommodating chamber 32 by the elastic force of the elastic member 16, thereby improving the overall aesthetic property of the detachable member 12 after being detached, and simultaneously avoiding the risk of accidental injury of the user's finger or the like by the accommodating chamber, and improving the safety.
The description provided herein illustrates various features by way of preferred and exemplary embodiments thereof. Many other embodiments, modifications and variations within the scope and spirit of the appended claims will occur to persons of ordinary skill in the art from a review of this disclosure.
