Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The forced switch of the air conditioner is arranged in the panel of the air conditioner. When the air conditioner needs to be manually started or shut down, firstly, a panel of the air conditioner is opened, and a forced starting or shutting instruction is sent to the air conditioner through a forced switch, so that the air conditioner is started or shut down; however, after the operator presses the force switch, the air conditioner immediately executes a corresponding instruction, and particularly, when the forced start-up is executed, the air conditioner immediately starts to operate after the operator presses the force switch, which is very easy to cause personal injury.
In order to solve the problem that personal injury is easily caused to operators in the process of forced startup of an air conditioner at present, the embodiment provides an air conditioner, which comprises a forced switch, a delay module and a main control module, wherein the forced switch, the delay module and the main control module are in signal connection with each other, the forced switch is used for performing forced startup or shutdown on the air conditioner, the main control module performs startup or shutdown control on the air conditioner according to a startup or shutdown instruction sent by the forced switch, the delay module is used for prolonging the time for the forced switch to send the instruction to the main control module, and after the forced switch is triggered, the air conditioner can execute corresponding startup and shutdown operations after a certain time.
As shown in fig. 4, the method for controlling the air conditioner to prevent the false touch includes:
s10, the air conditioner panel 507 is opened and in an open state;
s20, judging whether the forced switch 501 is triggered, if the forced switch 501 is triggered, executing the step S30, otherwise executing the step S20;
s30, judging whether a delay instruction is received, if so, executing the step S40, otherwise, executing the step S30;
s40, starting a timer and counting the duration;
s50, judging whether the duration is less than the preset delay time t, if so, executing a step S60, otherwise, executing a step S70;
s60, judging that the touch is mistaken;
and S70, judging the operation to be normal.
Before step S10, that is, before the air conditioner panel 507 is opened, the state of the air conditioner is in an operating state or a standby state, and the forced switch 501 is triggered to implement the on/off operation of the air conditioner; the running state refers to the state that at least a cross-flow fan blade of the air conditioner runs; the standby state refers to that the air conditioner is in a power-on state, the air conditioner does not operate when the operation instruction is not received, and the air conditioner operates after the operation instruction is received.
Therefore, after step S70, the control method includes:
judging whether the air conditioner is in a standby state before the air conditioner panel 507 enters an open state;
if the air conditioner is in a standby state before the air conditioner panel 507 enters an open state, the air conditioner is controlled to be automatically started, otherwise, the air conditioner is controlled to be automatically shut down. The control method is suitable for the situation that the forced switch can be used for forced startup and forced shutdown.
In addition, the air conditioner is in a standby state before the air conditioner panel 507 enters an on state, the forced switch 501 only controls the air conditioner to be automatically started, and the control method is suitable for the situation that the forced switch 501 can only be used for forced starting; the air conditioner is in the running state before the air conditioner panel 507 enters the opening state, the forced switch 501 only controls the air conditioner to automatically shut down, and the control method is suitable for the situation that the forced switch 501 can only be used for forced shutdown.
In addition, when the air conditioner panel 507 is opened in step S10, the air conditioner may have several states:
(1) if the air conditioner is not powered off, the air conditioner is continuously powered on and keeps the state of the air conditioner panel 507 before being opened;
(2) when the air conditioner is powered off, the air conditioner enters a power-off shutdown state in which the air deflector 508 stops at the position where the air conditioner panel 507 is opened. If the air conditioner is in an operating state before the air conditioner panel 507 is opened, then after step S10, the air conditioner air deflector 508 is stopped at the position of the opened state; if the state of the air conditioner is in the standby state before the air conditioner panel 507 is opened, the air conditioner air deflector 508 is stopped at the position of the closed state after step S10 is executed.
Wherein, the power-off state refers to a state that the relevant circuit for controlling the forced switch 501 to function in the air conditioner is powered off; the non-power-off state refers to a state in which the relevant circuit in the air conditioner that controls the forced switch 501 to function is powered on.
In order to determine whether the air conditioner needs to be restored to the initial state and then perform the automatic on/off operation according to the on/off state of the air conditioner when the air conditioner panel 507 is in the open state, after step S70, the control method includes:
judging whether the air conditioner is in a power-off state when the air conditioner panel 507 is in an open state;
if the air conditioner is in the power-off state when the air conditioner panel 507 is in the open state, judging whether the air conditioner is in the standby state before the air conditioner panel 507 enters the open state;
if the air conditioner is in a standby state before the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on, the air conditioner is controlled to be automatically turned on after being restored to the initial state, otherwise, the air conditioner is controlled to be automatically turned off after being restored to the initial state.
The step of determining whether the air conditioner is in the standby state before the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on may be performed before the step of determining whether the air conditioner is in the power-off state when the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on, or the step of determining whether the air conditioner is in the standby state before the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on and the step of determining whether the air conditioner is in the power-off state when the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on may be performed simultaneously.
The specific operation is as follows:
(1) when the state of the air conditioner is the non-power-off state in step S10 and the state of the air conditioner before the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on is the running state, the switch 501 is forced to control the air conditioner to automatically turn off, so that the air conditioner enters the standby state;
(2) when the state of the air conditioner is the non-power-off state in step S10 and the state of the air conditioner before the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on is the standby state, the forcible switch 501 controls the air conditioner to automatically turn on, so that the air conditioner enters the running state;
(3) when the state of the air conditioner in step S10 is the power-off state and the state of the air conditioner before the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on is the running state, the forcible switch 501 controls the air deflector 508 of the air conditioner to return to the initial state first, and then controls the air conditioner to automatically shut down, so that the air conditioner enters the standby state;
(4) when the state of the air conditioner is the power-off state in step S10 and the state of the air conditioner before the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on is the standby state, the forcible switch 501 controls the air deflector 508 of the air conditioner to return to the initial state, and then controls the air conditioner to automatically turn on, so that the air conditioner enters the running state.
The initial state of the air conditioner air deflector 508 or the initial state of the air conditioner means that the air conditioner air deflector 508 is in a closed state.
The main control module receives a trigger signal sent by the force switch 501, and if the main control module receives a delay instruction, the delay instruction is sent to the delay module, a timer of the delay module starts to count the duration, when the duration is less than a preset delay duration t, the touch is determined as a false touch, and when the duration is not less than the preset delay duration t, the normal operation is determined.
In this embodiment, the mistaken touch in step S60 refers to the forced switch 501 being mistakenly touched when the air conditioner panel 507 is still in the on state, and the air conditioner still maintains the on state of the air conditioner panel 507 in step S10.
The normal operation in step S70 includes two forms:
(1) when the air conditioner panel 507 is in a closed state, the air conditioner executes the control operation corresponding to the forced switch 501, so that the forced switch 501 executes the corresponding control operation when the air conditioner panel 507 is closed, and possible personal injury is effectively avoided; at this time, step S70 of the control method includes: it is determined whether the air conditioner panel 507 is in an off state, and if the air conditioner panel 507 is in the off state, it is determined as a normal operation.
(2) The air conditioner panel 507 is still in an opened state, at the moment, the air conditioner executes the control operation corresponding to the forced switch 501, so that the forced switch 501 can also execute the corresponding control operation under the condition that the air conditioner panel 507 is opened, and the debugging and overhauling operation of the air conditioner is facilitated; at this time, step S70 of the control method includes: it is determined whether the air conditioner panel is still in an open state, and if the air conditioner panel 507 is still in an open state, it is determined as a normal operation.
According to the air conditioner false touch prevention control method, after the forced switch 501 is triggered, whether a delay instruction is received or not is judged before the forced switch 501 executes corresponding control operation, the duration is counted after the delay instruction is received, when the duration is smaller than the preset delay time t, the forced switch 501 is judged to be touched by mistake, the air conditioner cannot change the operation state suddenly, and therefore the operation safety is guaranteed.
In addition, in order to ensure that the air conditioner is in a power-off shutdown state when the air conditioner panel 507 is in an open state, so as to ensure personal safety, the embodiment provides an air conditioner, which is shown in fig. 1 to 3 and comprises a force switch 501 and a micro switch 502, wherein the micro switch 502 is arranged on an electric control box 503, the force switch 501 is arranged on a display box body 504, the display box body 504 is arranged above the electric control box 503, and a switch pressing sheet 505 for pressing the micro switch 502 is arranged on the display box body 504; an elastic sheet 506 is arranged between the display box body 504 and the electric control box 504, and when the display box body 504 is withdrawn from external force, the switch pressing sheet 505 is pushed by the elastic sheet 506 to move upwards, so that the purpose of loosening the micro switch 502 is achieved.
When the air conditioner panel 507 is closed, the display box body 504 is pressed, so that the display box body 504 presses the microswitch 502, and the electric control box 503 receives a starting signal sent by the microswitch 502; when the air conditioner panel 507 is opened, the display box body 504 moves upwards, and the electric control box 503 receives a stop signal sent by the microswitch 502. Under the condition of ideal specification, when the air conditioner panel 507 is opened, an operator presses the forced switch 501 and then closes the air conditioner panel 507, and then the micro switch 502 sends out a starting signal to start the air conditioner to operate; in actual operation, an irregular condition may occur, for example, when the force switch 501 is pressed, the force switch may be touched by mistake to drive the display box 504 to press the micro switch 502, so that before the air conditioner panel 507 is turned off, the micro switch 502 sends a power-on signal, which causes the air conditioner to be suddenly started and operated, and causes possible personal injury.
Therefore, in order to prevent the air conditioner from being touched by mistake to cause personal injury, the electrical control box 503 further includes a delay module and a main control module, the delay module is electrically connected to the micro switch 502, and the delay module is configured to receive a delay instruction sent by the micro switch 502. The time delay module is provided with a timer for counting the duration time of the microswitch 502 which is continuously pressed, the microswitch 502 can be triggered after being continuously pressed for the preset time delay t, then the starting signal is sent to the main control module, the main control module controls the air conditioner to start and operate, the design of the time delay module is added, the condition that the microswitch 502 is immediately driven to send the starting signal when the forced switch 501 is pressed is effectively prevented, the air conditioner is ensured to start and operate after the microswitch 502 is continuously pressed for a certain time, and the operation safety is greatly improved. In this embodiment, the preset delay time t is 5s, and certainly, the value of the preset delay time t is not limited to 5s, and the value can be designed according to actual use needs, and the preset delay time t is enough to give the operator reaction time, so as to ensure the safety of operation.
In this embodiment, the microswitch 502 is in a normally on state, and when the air conditioner panel 507 is turned on, the microswitch 502 is in an off state; the microswitch 502 is a power-off protection switch (i.e., after the microswitch is turned off, the air conditioner immediately stops operating and enters a power-off shutdown state). The on-off of the air conditioner is controlled by the microswitch 502, so that the air conditioner panel 507 enters an off-state when being opened, and the operation safety is effectively ensured.
When the operator presses the force switch 501 in the open state of the air conditioner panel, the microswitch 502 may be triggered by mistake in the irregular condition, so that the microswitch 502 sends out a starting signal before the air conditioner panel 507 is closed, the air conditioner is suddenly started to operate, and possible personal injury is caused. Therefore, as shown in fig. 5, the method for controlling an air conditioner to prevent a false touch further includes, after step S10:
s11, the micro switch 502 is turned off, and the air conditioner enters a power-off shutdown state;
s12, judging whether the micro switch 502 is conducted, if the micro switch 502 is conducted, executing step S20, otherwise executing step S12.
Here, the delay instruction in step S30 is sent by the microswitch 502, so step S30 further includes: the microswitch 502 issues a delay instruction.
According to the air conditioner false touch prevention control method, the microswitch 502 is touched by mistake when the forced switch 501 is pressed, if the duration of false touch does not reach the preset delay time t, which is equivalent to judging that the air conditioner panel 507 does not reach the closing state, the air conditioner cannot be started to operate suddenly when the microswitch 502 is touched by mistake, and possible personal injury is avoided.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, after step S10, the control method further includes:
s11, the micro switch 502 is turned off, and the air conditioner enters a power-off shutdown state;
s12, judging whether the micro switch 502 is conducted, if the micro switch 502 is conducted, executing step S40, otherwise executing step S12.
Wherein, the duration in step S40 refers to the duration in which the micro switch is continuously pressed;
the false touch in step S60 means that the micro switch 502 is touched by mistake, the micro switch 502 does not send a power-on signal, and the air conditioner still maintains the power-off shutdown state at this time, where the air deflector 508 of the air conditioner stops at the position where the micro switch 502 is turned off. Before the micro switch 502 is turned off, if the air conditioner is in an operating state, after step S11, the air deflector 508 of the air conditioner stops at the position of the open state; when the air conditioner is in the standby state before the micro switch 502 is turned off, the air conditioner air deflector 508 stops at the off state after step S11 is executed;
after the normal operation is determined in step S70, the air conditioner enters the power-on shutdown state, which is the state where the air deflector 508 is still stopped at the position where the microswitch 502 is turned off, but the air conditioner is in the non-power-off state. The power-on off state in step S70 at this time includes two forms:
(1) the air conditioner panel 507 is in a closed state, and at the moment, the air conditioner air deflector 508 still stops at the position of the micro switch 502 at the moment of being disconnected, so that the air conditioner panel 507 can be smoothly closed;
(2) the air conditioner panel 507 is still in an opened state, and the air conditioner can be powered on when the air conditioner panel 507 is not closed, so that subsequent debugging and overhauling operations are facilitated.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
