Background
The tobacco virus disease is a large disease which is most widely distributed and commonly generated in the tobacco production at present. At present, 16 tobacco virus diseases are found in China, and the viruses causing tobacco mosaic disease mainly comprise 3 viruses such as TMV, CMV, PVY and the like. In most areas, the virus diseases are mixed and occur by tobacco Cucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV), tobacco common mosaic virus (TMV) and the like, and are repeatedly infected. The field disease rate is generally 20-40%, and the weight is 40-80% (some local plots are as high as 100%). After tobacco is infected with virus, chlorophyll is damaged, photosynthesis is weakened, leaf growth is inhibited, leaves are small and deformed, and yield reduction amplitude can reach 20% -80%. After viral diseases occur, the quality of tobacco leaves is also seriously influenced, so that the quality is deteriorated.
The tobacco virus can cause large-area tobacco infection due to untimely discovery, so that the yield of tobacco is reduced, the tobacco quality is reduced, the detection result of the tobacco virus in the initial stage of the virus cannot be realized at present, the optimal prevention and treatment time is missed, the detection cannot be carried out at any time in the plant growth process, and the monitoring cannot be carried out at any time.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the tobacco juice is mixed with the virus detection agent to obtain healthy plants, and the plants with discoloration or precipitation are plants with diseases.
The invention solves the defects in the background technology, and has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the tobacco virus detection device can effectively detect tobacco viruses and clearly observe detection results, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in carrying, low production cost, simple use method, high detection speed, improvement of the prevention and treatment speed of tobacco virus diseases and prevention of large-area infection of the virus diseases.
(2) The extraction needle realizes self-absorption of plant juice by using pressure difference, the device is environment-friendly and pollution-free, and detection can be performed according to different growth time periods of tobacco.
(3) The casing can adjust the fit degree of the tobacco plants and can be made of flexible materials, scratch damage of the casing to the plant epidermis is reduced, multiple positions of the plant body can be detected (particularly along the axial direction or the length direction of the plant) in a spiral winding mode, and the plant stalks can grow vertically to play a role in fixing.
(4) The handle of the invention is convenient for carrying the detection and development device, and the shell can be fixed on the plant body when detecting the virus diseases.
(5) The shell and the extraction needle are made of transparent materials, so that the change of the mixed liquid of the tobacco juice and the virus detection agent can be observed conveniently, whether plants are infected with virus diseases can be judged quickly, and the observation is more visual.
(6) The extraction needle in the shell can be replaced, the fixing component is opened to take out the extraction needle after detection use, the extraction needle is replaced by a new extraction needle and fixed in the shell, and the extraction needle can be flexibly selected
