The pedal 300 further includes an upper cover 331, and a handle hole 335 corresponding to the handle 3183 is formed in the upper cover 331, so that a palm is accommodated in the handle hole 335 to grasp the handle and pull the second hook to slide out.
The use principle of the technical characteristics is as follows: since the angle adjusting device 310 is disposed inside the pedal 300, when the pedal 300 is fixed at a certain angle, both ends of the spring 316 are respectively pressed by the sidewall of the pedal 300 and the inner wall of the cylinder slot 315 to generate elastic force, and generate reaction force to the cylinder 314, so as to apply force to the second gear 313, so that the second gear 313 is engaged with the first gear 312; because the first gear 312 and the second gear 313 are provided with gear teeth, the cooperation of the gear teeth is equivalent to playing a role in adjusting the gear position of the pedal 300, when the angle of the pedal 300 needs to be rotationally adjusted, the handle 3183 is pulled to sequentially drive the connecting portion 3182, the second hook 3181 and the first hook 317, so that according to the rule of mechanics triangle, a force far away from the first gear 312 is generated on the gear column 314 and the second gear 313, and therefore the second gear 313 is separated from the first gear 312, the pedal 300 is rotated to a certain proper angle after the separation, the second gear 313 is reset under the action of the elastic force of a spring and is inserted into the first gear 312, and the angle of the pedal 300 is fixed.
The gear seat 333 is further provided with an arc-shaped limiting groove 311 adapted to the second gear column body at a position corresponding to the second gear column body 314, so that the second gear column body 314 drives the second gear 313 to move along the direction of the axis of the first gear, no deviation occurs, and the second gear can be accurately positioned and inserted into the first gear when reset. Preferably, the first gear column is provided with two opposite reinforcing ribs 3151 along the circumferential direction thereof, and the gear seat 333 is provided with reinforcing rib grooves 3512 corresponding to the reinforcing ribs 3151, so that the second gear column 314 is more stable when driven by an external force to move along the axial direction of the first gear 313.
The pedal angle adjusting device has the technical characteristics that the pedal angle can be easily adjusted, and the pedal angle adjusting device can be adjusted by one hand, so that the pedal angle adjusting device is more convenient.
In this embodiment, the first guide plate 200 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 100. Specifically, the mounting plate 100 is connected to the first guide plate 200 by a hinge portion, which is composed of a protrusion 130 and a column groove 120 as shown in fig. 3, so that the mounting plate has an opened or folded state with the first guide plate around the hinge portion; specifically, one end and/or two ends of the first guide plate 200 are provided with a pillar portion 110 in a protruding manner; the mounting plate 100 is provided with a bump 130 at one end and/or two ends corresponding to the column 110, the bump 130 is provided with a column groove 120 adapted to the column 110, and the column 110 is matched with the column groove 120 so that the mounting plate 100 can rotate around the axis of the column 110. As shown in fig. 7, the present technical feature enables the mounting plate 100 to be folded, is convenient to store when not in use, and does not need to detach the mounting plate 100 when storing.
The end of the first guide plate 200, which is close to the mounting plate 100, is provided with a limiting block 220, and when the mounting plate is in an open state, the limiting block blocks the mounting plate, so that an angle between the mounting plate and the first guide plate is limited. Specifically, the limiting block 220 includes: a card protrusion 221, a recess 222, and a step 223. Specifically, the end of the first guide plate 200 near the mounting plate 100 extends out of the clamping protrusion 221, the end of the mounting plate 100 near the first guide plate 200 is provided with a recess 222 adapted to the clamping protrusion 221, the top of the mounting plate 100 is provided with a step 223, the recess 222 and the step 223 are mutually adapted, so that the mounting plate 100 abuts against the lower part of the clamping protrusion 221, in other words, the mounting plate 100 is blocked by the clamping protrusion 221 when being opened to 90 degrees, therefore, the opening angle between the first guide plate 200 and the mounting plate 100 is limited to be between 0 and 90 degrees. The technical feature can keep the connection between the mounting plate and the first guide plate more stable, and the first guide plate and the mounting plate can not open more than 90 degrees due to the stress of the pedal 300, even separate from the automobile floor.
Similarly, in other embodiments the present structure may be as follows: one end and/or two ends of the guide plate are concavely provided with column grooves; the mounting plate towards one side of the column groove is provided with a column part matched with the column part, and the column part is matched with the column groove to realize that the mounting plate can rotate around the shaft of the column part.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the child safety seat footrest of the present invention further includes an angle adjusting member including: the support leg block is characterized in that the support of the pedal body is more stable, the support leg block is more stable in use during driving, in addition, the pedal can move back and forth due to the inertia effect when starting or braking during driving, and the angle adjusting piece is arranged more flexibly under the situation, so that the first guide plate 200, the second guide plate 500 and the pedal 300 can move at a certain angle to adapt to the inertia effect.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
