The cleaning method of the cleaning device specifically comprises the following steps:
firstly, starting a first cylinder 202, the first cylinder 202 driving a first slider 204 to move along the length direction of the first cylinder 202, and further enabling the first slider 204 to drive a first supporting plate 209 to move through a first moving plate 205, and further enabling the first supporting plate 209 to move a plurality of first suction discs 211 to the upper side of a rubber blanket to be cleaned, and simultaneously starting a second cylinder 206, the second cylinder 206 driving a push plate 207 to move downwards, and further driving the first supporting plate 209 to move downwards, so that the first supporting plate 209 driving a plurality of first suction discs 211 to adsorb the rubber blanket, and starting the first cylinder 202 again, and enabling the first cylinder 202 to push the first slider 204 to drive the first moving plate 205 to adsorb the rubber blanket to an adjusting plate 505;
secondly, when the rubber blanket moves onto the adjusting plate 505 through the first suction discs 211, the water tank is opened, so that cleaning liquid in the water tank can spray the rubber blanket through the spray head, the seventh cylinder 501 is started, the seventh cylinder 501 drives the fourth moving plate 502 to move along the length direction of the seventh cylinder 501, and then the fourth moving plate 502 drives the adjusting plate 505 to move back and forth along the length direction of the seventh cylinder 501, so that the rubber blanket is cleaned;
thirdly, starting the third air cylinder 305, pushing the connecting plate 304 to move along the length direction of the third air cylinder 305 by the third air cylinder 305 through the push rod, so that the connecting plate 304 drives the second sliding block 303 to move along the length direction of the first linear guide rail 302, and the second sliding block 303 drives the fourth air cylinder 307 to move along the length direction of the first linear guide rail 302;
fourthly, the fourth cylinder 307 is started, the fourth cylinder 307 drives the second moving plate 308 to move along the length direction of the fourth cylinder 307, and then the second moving plate 308 drives the second suction cups 313 to move along the length direction of the fourth cylinder 307 through the supporting rod 310, so that after the washed rubber blankets are moved to the transfer plate 407 from the adjusting plate 505 by the second suction cups 313, the fifth cylinder 402 is started, and then the fifth cylinder 402 drives the third slider 405 to move along the length direction of the fifth cylinder 402, so that the bearing plate 406 drives the transfer plate 407 to send out the washed rubber blankets.
When the invention is used, the first cylinder 202 is arranged, the first cylinder 202 drives the first sliding block 204 to move along the length direction of the first cylinder 202, so that the first sliding block 204 drives the first supporting plate 209 to move through the first moving plate 205, so that the first supporting plate 209 moves a plurality of first suction discs 211 to the upper part of the rubber blanket to be cleaned, the second cylinder 206 is started, the second cylinder 206 drives the push plate 207 to move downwards, so that the first supporting plate 209 is driven to move downwards, so that the first supporting plate 209 drives a plurality of first suction discs 211 to adsorb the rubber blanket, the first cylinder 202 is started again, so that the first cylinder 202 pushes the first sliding block 204 to drive the first moving plate 205 to adsorb the rubber blanket to the cleaning component 5, the rubber blanket is more stable in the conveying process by replacing the conveying belt through a plurality of first suction discs 211, the conveying position of the rubber blanket is limited by the plurality of first suction discs 211, the condition that the position of the rubber blanket cannot be ensured to be positioned right below the cleaning mechanism when the rubber blanket is driven to the cleaning mechanism due to the fact that the conveying is not stable enough when the rubber blanket is driven by the conveying belt is avoided, the conveying stability of the rubber blanket is ensured, the cleaning efficiency of the rubber blanket is improved, and the whole structure of the feeding mechanism 2 is easy to operate and realize; by arranging the seventh cylinder 501, when the rubber blanket moves to the adjusting plate 505 through the first suction discs 211, the water tank is opened, so that cleaning liquid in the water tank can spray the rubber blanket through the spray head, the seventh cylinder 501 is started at the same time, the seventh cylinder 501 drives the fourth moving plate 502 to move along the length direction of the seventh cylinder 501, the fourth moving plate 502 drives the adjusting plate 505 to move back and forth along the length direction of the seventh cylinder 501, the rubber blanket on the adjusting plate 505 can be fully cleaned in the back and forth movement process, the defect that the traditional cleaning mechanism of the rubber blanket of the offset printing machine only comprises the water tank and the spray head is overcome, when the rubber blanket is cleaned, the rubber blanket is conveyed out after passing through the lower part of the cleaning mechanism along with a conveyor belt, the complete cleaning of the rubber blanket cannot be ensured, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect of the rubber blanket are improved; pass through bolt and third movable plate 401 fixed connection with fifth cylinder 402, and then after a plurality of second sucking discs 313 removed the blanket that has cleaned to transfer board 407, fifth cylinder 402 starts, and then make fifth cylinder 402 drive third slider 405 along the length direction removal of fifth cylinder 402, make loading board 406 drive and transfer board 407 and see off the blanket after will cleaning, remove the blanket that will wash through a plurality of second sucking discs 313 to transferring board 407 on, and then make the blanket more stable at the removal in-process, whole abluent efficiency has been improved.

Claims (8)
1. An offset printing press blanket self-cleaning device which characterized in that includes: the rubber blanket cleaning device comprises a cleaning box (1) formed by enclosing a plurality of sealing plates, a feeding mechanism (2) positioned in the cleaning box (1) and used for automatically feeding rubber blankets, a cleaning assembly (5) positioned at one end of the feeding mechanism (2) and used for cleaning the rubber blankets, and a discharging mechanism (4);
the feeding mechanism (2) comprises a first air cylinder (202), a first sliding block (204), a first moving plate (205), a second air cylinder (206) and a first sucker (211), the first air cylinder (202) is fixedly connected with the mounting frame (201) through a bolt, the mounting frame (201) is fixedly connected with the cleaning box (1) through a bolt, one end of the first air cylinder (202) is connected with the first sliding block (204) in a sliding mode, the first air cylinder (202) drives the first sliding block (204) to move along the length direction of the first air cylinder (202), the bottom end of the first sliding block (204) is fixedly provided with the first moving plate (205) through a bolt, one end of the first moving plate (205) is fixedly connected with the second air cylinder (206) through a bolt, one end of the second air cylinder (206) is provided with a push plate (207), the bottom end of the push plate (207) is fixedly provided with a first supporting plate (209) through a bolt, and the bottom end of the first supporting plate (209) is, the bottom end of the cross beam (210) is fixedly provided with a plurality of first suckers (211) through bolts;
the cleaning assembly (5) comprises a seventh cylinder (501), a fourth moving plate (502), an adjusting plate (505) and a water tank, wherein the seventh cylinder (501) is fixedly connected with the cleaning box (1) through bolts, one end of the seventh cylinder (501) is connected with the fourth moving plate (502) in a sliding mode, a third supporting plate (503) is fixedly installed at the top end of the fourth moving plate (502) through bolts, a plurality of upright posts (504) are symmetrically installed at the top end of the third supporting plate (503) through bolts, the top ends of the upright posts (504) are fixedly connected with the adjusting plate (505) through bolts, and the water tank is fixedly connected with the cleaning box (1) through bolts;
one end of the cleaning component (5) is provided with a lifting mechanism (3) for transferring rubber blankets, the lifting mechanism (3) comprises a third cylinder (305), a fourth cylinder (307), a transverse plate (311), a second supporting plate (312) and a second suction cup (313), wherein the third cylinder (305) is fixedly connected with the fixed plate (306) through a bolt, the fixed plate (306) is fixedly connected with the bracket (301) through a bolt, the bracket (301) is fixedly connected with the cleaning box (1) through a bolt, and the bracket (301) is symmetrically provided with a first linear guide rail (302) through a bolt, the first linear guide rail (302) is connected with a second sliding block (303) in a sliding way, one end of the second sliding block (303) is fixedly provided with a fourth cylinder (307) through a bolt, and a connecting plate (304) is fixedly installed between the two second sliding blocks (303) through a bolt, and the connecting plate (304) is fixedly connected with a push rod arranged on the third air cylinder (305) through a bolt.

The automatic cleaning device for the rubber blanket of the offset press as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the fourth cylinder (307) is slidably connected with a second moving plate (308), one end of the second moving plate (308) is fixedly provided with a reinforcing plate (309) through a bolt, the bottom end of the reinforcing plate (309) is fixedly provided with a support rod (310) through a bolt, the bottom end of the support rod (310) is symmetrically provided with a transverse plate (311) through a bolt, one end of the transverse plate (311) is fixedly provided with a second support plate (312) through a bolt, and the bottom end of the second support plate (312) is fixedly provided with a plurality of second suction cups (313) through bolts at equal intervals.

The automatic rubber blanket washing device for the offset press as claimed in claim 1, wherein the discharging mechanism (4) comprises a fifth cylinder (402), a second linear guide rail (403), a moving block (404), a bearing plate (406) and a transfer plate (407), wherein the fifth cylinder (402) is fixedly connected with the third moving plate (401) through a bolt, one end of the fifth cylinder (402) is slidably connected with a third slider (405), the top end of the third slider (405) is fixedly connected with the moving block (404) through a bolt, and the top end of the moving block (404) is fixedly provided with the bearing plate (406) through a bolt.

The automatic cleaning device for rubber blankets of offset printing machines as claimed in claim 3, wherein the upper end of the bearing plate (406) is fixedly mounted with a plurality of columns (412) by bolts, the top ends of the plurality of columns (412) are fixedly connected with the transfer plate (407) by bolts, and the upper end of the bearing plate (406) is fixedly mounted with a plurality of sixth cylinders (410) by bolts.

The automatic cleaning device for the rubber blanket of the offset press as claimed in claim 4, wherein a moving groove (411) is formed in the top end of the sixth air cylinder (410), a sliding plate (408) is arranged in the moving groove (411), a limiting rod (409) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the sliding plate (408) through a bolt, and the conveying plate (407) is limited by the limiting rod (409).

The automatic cleaning device for the rubber blanket of the offset press according to claim 1, wherein a shell is arranged at one end of the first cylinder (202), a push rod is arranged in the shell, the push rod is movably connected with the first cylinder (202) and fixedly connected with the first sliding block (204) through a bolt, and a rib plate (208) for increasing bearing is fixedly arranged between the first supporting plate (209) and the push plate (207) through a bolt.

The automatic cleaning device for the rubber blanket of the offset press as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sliding groove (203) is formed at the bottom end of the first cylinder (202), the sliding groove (203) is fixedly connected with the mounting frame (201) through a bolt, a sliding rod is slidably connected in the sliding groove (203), and the sliding rod is fixedly connected with the first moving plate (205) through a bolt.
8. The automatic cleaning device for rubber blankets of offset printing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning method of the cleaning device comprises the following steps:
firstly, starting a first cylinder (202), wherein the first cylinder (202) drives a first sliding block (204) to move along the length direction of the first cylinder (202), so that the first sliding block (204) drives a first supporting plate (209) to move through a first moving plate (205), further the first supporting plate (209) moves a plurality of first suckers (211) to the upper side of a rubber blanket to be cleaned, simultaneously starting a second cylinder (206), the second cylinder (206) drives a pushing plate (207) to move downwards, further the first supporting plate (209) is driven to move downwards, so that the first supporting plate (209) drives the plurality of first suckers (211) to adsorb the rubber blanket, and starting the first cylinder (202) again, so that the first cylinder (202) pushes the first sliding block (204) to drive the first moving plate (205) to adsorb the rubber blanket to an adjusting plate (505);
secondly, when the rubber blanket moves onto the adjusting plate (505) through the first sucking discs (211), the water tank is opened, so that cleaning liquid in the water tank can spray the rubber blanket through the spray head, the seventh cylinder (501) is started, the seventh cylinder (501) drives the fourth moving plate (502) to move along the length direction of the seventh cylinder (501), and the fourth moving plate (502) drives the adjusting plate (505) to move back and forth along the length direction of the seventh cylinder (501);
thirdly, starting a third air cylinder (305), wherein the third air cylinder (305) pushes a connecting plate (304) to move along the length direction of the third air cylinder (305) through a push rod, so that the connecting plate (304) drives a second sliding block (303) to move along the length direction of the first linear guide rail (302), and the second sliding block (303) drives a fourth air cylinder (307) to move along the length direction of the first linear guide rail (302);
and fourthly, starting a fourth cylinder (307), wherein the fourth cylinder (307) drives a second moving plate (308) to move along the length direction of the fourth cylinder (307), so that the second moving plate (308) drives a plurality of second suction cups (313) to move along the length direction of the fourth cylinder (307) through a support rod (310), the fifth cylinder (402) is started after the second suction cups (313) move the cleaned rubber blanket to a transfer plate (407), and then the fifth cylinder (402) drives a third slide block (405) to move along the length direction of the fifth cylinder (402), so that the bearing plate (406) drives the transfer plate (407) to send out the cleaned rubber blanket.
