Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples, and it is noted that similar elements are denoted by the same reference numerals in the following description.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a first embodiment of the iron apparatus of the present invention includes an iron 1, a base 2 on which the iron 1 can be placed, and a base locking mechanism 3.
The iron 1 comprises a forward head 11, a rearward tail 12, and a handle 13. The structure of the iron 1 is not the point of improvement of the present invention and will not be described here.
The base 2 includes a heat insulation board 21 located on the top, and the top surface of the heat insulation board 21 is designed to be concave-convex to match the bottom shape of the iron 1, so that the iron 1 can be stably placed. The heat shield 21 has a plate portion 211, and a first shaft portion 212 projecting upward from the plate portion 211. The plate portion 211 has a mounting groove 213 formed on the top surface thereof, and the mounting groove 213 and the first shaft portion 212 are both adjacent to the front side of the base 2.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the base locking mechanism 3 includes a first fixing member 31 and a control member 32 on the heat insulation plate 21, a first elastic member 33, a second elastic member 34, a second fixing member 35, and a locking slot 36. The first fixing member 31 can be switched between a locking position (fig. 4 and 6) and a non-locking position (fig. 7), and includes a pivoting body 311 pivotally disposed on the base 2 and used for clamping and fixing the iron 1, a first coupling portion 312 protruding from one side of the pivoting body 311, and a second shaft portion 313 protruding downward from the pivoting body 311 and coupled to the first shaft portion 212 of the heat insulation board 21. The first coupling portion 312 has a first hook section 314 extending downward. The control member 32 is disposed in the mounting groove 213 of the base 2 and is operable to control the first fixing member 31 to switch between the locking position and the non-locking position. The control member 32 includes a control body 321, and a second coupling portion 322 protruding from one side of the control body 321, wherein the second coupling portion 322 has a second hook section 323 protruding upward and capable of being engaged with the first hook section 314. Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, in particular, the control member 32 of the present embodiment is a button and can be operated to move between a locked position as shown in fig. 4 and 6 and an unlocked position as shown in fig. 5. In a normal state, the control member 32 is constantly in the locked position, and when the control member 32 is pressed downward, it moves to the unlocked position.
Referring to fig. 3, the first elastic element 33 is a torsion spring and includes a first section 331 fixed to the first shaft 212 of the base 2 and a second section 332 fixed to the second shaft 313 of the first fixing element 31. The first elastic member 33 is used for providing an elastic force for the first fixing member 31 to move towards the non-locking position constantly.
The second elastic element 34 is a compressible spring, which is disposed under the control element 32 and is pressed between the control element 32 and the inside of the base 2. The second elastic member 34 is used for providing an elastic force for the control member 32 to move towards the locking position constantly.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the second fixing member 35 is adjacent to the rear side of the base 2 and protrudes above the heat insulation board 21 of the base 2. The locking groove 36 is formed on a surface of the tail portion 12 of the iron 1, and is used for the second fixing member 35 to extend into and be locked with, so as to cooperate with the second fixing member 35 to fix the iron 1 and the base 2.
When the iron 1 is placed on the base 2, the clamping groove 36 of the iron 1 is aligned with the second fixing member 35 of the base 2, so that the second fixing member 35 is inserted into the clamping groove 36, and the tail 12 of the iron 1 is firmly combined with the rear side of the base 2. Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the iron 1 is then placed on the base 2 with the front side facing downward, and the first fixing member 31 is located at the non-locking position of fig. 7 by the elastic force of the first elastic member 33, and then the user can pull the first fixing member 31 by hand in the direction of the arrow of fig. 7 to pivot the first fixing member 31 with the second shaft portion 313 as the pivot center, so that the first engaging portion 312 gradually approaches the second engaging portion 322 of the control member 32, and finally the first hooking section 314 (fig. 4) of the first engaging portion 312 and the second hooking section 323 of the second engaging portion 322 are locked and fixed to each other, so as to locate the first fixing member 31 at the locking position of fig. 4 and 6. That is, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, when the first fixing member 31 is in the locking position and the control member 32 is in the locking position, the second engaging portion 322 engages with the first engaging portion 312, and the first fixing member 31 is clamped against the head 11 of the iron 1, so that the iron 1 and the base 2 are fixed. At this time, the iron 1 can be lifted up together with the base 2, so that the user can move the whole iron device with one hand, which is quite convenient.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 8, when the iron 1 is removed, the control member 32 is pressed in the direction of the arrow in fig. 5, so that the control member 32 moves to the unlocking position, the second combining portion 322 moves downward and is separated from the first combining portion 312 due to the pressing of the control member 32, the fixed relationship between the second combining portion 322 and the first combining portion 312 is released, and the first fixing member 31 is constantly provided with the elastic force by the first elastic member 33 (fig. 3) to move to the non-locking position, so that when the first combining portion 312 and the second combining portion 322 are separated from each other, the first fixing member 31 is automatically ejected from the state in fig. 6, moves to the state in fig. 8, and finally moves to the non-locking position in fig. 7. When the first fixing member 31 is located at the non-locking position, the fixing relationship between the iron 1 and the base 2 is released. Then, the iron 1 is lifted forward and upward relative to the base 2, and the engaging groove 36 (fig. 2) located at the rear side of the iron 1 is separated from the second fixing member 35 (fig. 2), so that the iron 1 can be lifted.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, it is worth mentioning that the first fixing member 31 and the second fixing member 35 of the present embodiment are located at two opposite sides of the base 2, specifically, at a front-back interval, so that the front side and the back side of the iron 1 and the base 2 can be fixed, resulting in a stable fixing effect. In practice, the first fixing member 31 and the second fixing member 35 are not limited to be spaced back and forth, and can be arranged in other spaced manner to have a stable fixing effect.
In summary, the control member 32 can be operated to control the first fixing member 31 to switch between the locking position and the non-locking position, so as to fix the iron 1 and the base 2, and also to conveniently release the fixing relationship between the iron 1 and the base 2. The lock catch has a simple structure, can achieve the functions of one-key opening and locking by utilizing the first fixing piece 31, can be operated by a single hand, and improves the use convenience. And the locking element is few, simple and simple in construction, can reduce the component cost. In addition, after the iron 1 is fixed with the base 2, the whole machine can be directly lifted by taking the handle 13 of the iron 1 as a lifting handle, so that a user can lift the iron 1 and the base 2 together by one hand, and the movement is convenient. And the appearance shapes of the iron 1 and the base 2 are mutually matched, so that the iron 1 and the base 2 can present consistent and integral visual aesthetic feeling after being combined.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a second embodiment of the iron apparatus of the present invention has substantially the same structure as the first embodiment, except that the second fixing member 35 of the base plate locking mechanism 3 of the second embodiment is protruded on the iron 1, and the locking groove 36 is formed on the surface of the base plate 2. The second fixing member 35 of the second embodiment can also be inserted into and engaged with the slot 36.
It should be understood that the above description is only exemplary of the present invention, and that the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and that the invention is intended to cover all modifications and equivalents of the claims and their equivalents.
