The invention is described in detail below with reference to the following figures and examples:

referring to fig. 1-4, an embodiment of the frying and roasting equipment of the present invention includes a frying and roasting device 1 and a smoke removing device 4.

The frying and roasting device 1 comprises a frying and roasting unit 2 and a first electric connection unit 3 arranged on the frying and roasting unit 2. The grilling unit 2 has a grilling seat 21 adapted to grill food, and a first coupling seat 22 formed beside the grilling seat 21.
