Ear scar pressure clamp
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to an ear scar pressure clamp.
Background
Keloid is a pathological change of an injured skin due to excessive proliferation of fibroblasts, clinically manifested as a nodular, cord-like or sheet-like mass with or without significant itching, pain or tenderness, higher than the surface of the skin, with or without significant deposition of collagen and matrix components in the scar tissue and invasion of the surrounding normal skin. The ear is one of the good hair parts, and is more than the ones after ear perforation, trauma, operation and burn.
The existing method for treating the ear scar is to directly add a clamp on the ear of a patient, and because the clamping part of the existing clamp is too large, the part with smaller scar is difficult to be effectively clamped, so that the skin at the scar is kept flat, and the too large clamping part can cause oppression on other healthy skin to cause unsmooth blood flow; meanwhile, the clamping force of the existing clamp is difficult to adjust according to the bearing capacity of a patient, the too large clamping force of the clamp causes the resistance of the patient, and the too small clamping force cannot achieve the treatment effect; the existing clamp is not beautiful when in use, and part of female patients can resist the mind and refuse the treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention designs the ear scar pressure clamp, and the clamping head of the pressure clamp can effectively clamp and extrude the part with smaller scar, so that the unsmooth blood flow caused by the compression of a healthy area is prevented; the clamping force of the pressure clamp is adjustable, the problems that the affected part is injured due to too large clamping force and the therapeutic effect cannot be achieved due to too small clamping force are solved, the pressure clamp is more attractive, and more female patients can be treated by the pressure clamp.
In order to achieve the technical effects, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an ear scar pressure clamp is characterized by comprising an unsealed spiral spring support ring, elastic connecting rods are symmetrically led out of the upper side and the lower side of the elastic support ring, the end part of each elastic connecting rod is integrally connected with an elastic pressurizing rod, the end part of each elastic pressurizing rod is fixedly connected with a pressing plate, disc-shaped magnets are embedded and fixed on the pressure surface of each pressing plate, the opposite poles of the magnets on the two pressing plates are opposite, and the pressing plates are mutually attached under the magnetic force action of the elastic pressurizing rods and the magnets;
one side of elasticity support ring be fixed with the elasticity regulation pole, it has a plurality of thread grooves to open on the elasticity regulation pole, is fixed with the hinge cover on the elasticity pressure bar of upper and lower both sides, cup joints the sleeve pipe on the elasticity regulation pole, sheathed tube upper and lower bilateral symmetry is fixed with the dowel steel, the other end and the hinge cover of dowel steel are articulated, it has the card hole to open on the sleeve pipe, it has the screw rod to peg graft on the card hole, the sleeve pipe passes through the screw rod to be fixed in on the sleeve pipe.
Preferably, the elastic support ring, the elastic connecting rod and the elastic pressurizing rod are made of spring steel, and the pressing plate is made of hard silica gel materials.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the pressure clamp clamping head can effectively clamp and extrude a part with a smaller scar, so that unsmooth blood flow caused by compression of a healthy area is prevented; the clamping force of the pressure clamp is adjustable, the problems that the affected part is injured due to too large clamping force and the therapeutic effect cannot be achieved due to too small clamping force are solved, the pressure clamp is more attractive, and more female patients can be treated by the pressure clamp.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-5, an auricular scar pressure clamp comprises an unsealed spiral spring support ring 1, elastic connecting rods 2 are symmetrically led out from the upper side and the lower side of the elastic support ring 1, the end parts of the elastic connecting rods 2 are integrally connected with elastic pressurizing rods 3, the end parts of the elastic pressurizing rods 3 are fixedly connected with pressure plates 9, disc-shaped magnets 12 are embedded and fixed on the pressure surfaces of the pressure plates 9, the heteropoles of the magnets 12 on the two pressure plates 9 are opposite, and the pressure plates 9 are mutually attached under the magnetic force action of the elastic pressurizing rods 3 and the magnets;
one side of elastic support ring 1 be fixed with elasticity adjusting rod 4, it has a plurality of thread grooves 5 to open on the elasticity adjusting rod 4, be fixed with hinge sleeve 8 on the elasticity pressure bar 3 of upper and lower both sides, cup joint sleeve pipe 6 on the elasticity adjusting rod 4, the upper and lower bilateral symmetry of sleeve pipe 6 is fixed with dowel steel 7, the other end and the hinge sleeve 8 of dowel steel 7 are articulated, it has the card hole to open on the sleeve pipe 6, it has the screw rod to peg graft on the card hole, sleeve pipe 6 is fixed in on the sleeve pipe 6 through the screw rod.
The elastic support ring 1, the elastic connecting rod 2 and the elastic pressurizing rod 3 are made of spring steel, and the pressing plate 9 is made of hard silica gel materials.
One specific application of the device is as follows: the pressing plates 9 are broken off and the two pressing plates 9 are clamped at the ear scar positions, and because the magnets 12 are embedded in the pressing plates 9, an initial clamping force is generated between the pressing plates 9 so as to ensure that the pressing plates 9 can be clamped on the ear scar; when the suction force of the magnet 12 is too small and the treatment effect is not good, the sleeve 6 is slid leftwards and fixed on the elastic adjusting rod 4 through the screw rod, the elastic pressurizing rods 3 on the upper side and the lower side are subjected to inward bending deformation under the action of the force transfer rod 7, the two ends of the elastic pressurizing rods 3 are subjected to extrusion force, the fixedly connected end parts of the elastic pressurizing rods 3 and the pressing plates 9 are subjected to the reaction force of the pressing plates to offset the extrusion force generated by deformation, the pressing plates 9 are subjected to the action force with the same magnitude according to a Newton's third law, and the force between the pressing plates 9 is the sum of the magnetic force and the deformation; the longer the distance that the sleeve 6 slides leftwards is, the larger the deformation of the elastic pressurizing rod 3 is, and correspondingly, the larger the extrusion force generated by the deformation between the pressing plates 9 is, so that the larger acting force exerted by the pressing plates 9 on the ear scar part is increased, and the treatment effect is ensured; on the contrary, when the sleeve 6 slides rightwards from the initial position, the elastic pressurizing rod 3 generates outward bending deformation, the pressing plate 9 is subjected to outward opening force, and the acting force between the pressing plates 9 is the difference value between the magnetic force and the opening force, so that the aim of reducing the clamping force between the pressing plates 9 is fulfilled; the longer the sliding distance of the sleeve 6 to the right side is, the smaller the clamping force between the pressing plates 9 is, so that the patients with small ear scar degrees can be prevented from being injured by the pressing plates 9; in addition, the appearance of the pressure clamp is similar to that of a common earring pendant, the appearance of the pressure clamp is more accordant with the aesthetic requirements of women, and female patients can accept and use the pressure clamp more easily to achieve the purposes of treatment and healing.
