Background
At present, a horizontal refrigerator is mostly used for storing a large amount of biological samples at low temperature in a laboratory, but the following defects often appear in the storage process: firstly, samples stored in the sample storage box are not easy to search, particularly the samples at the bottom layer can be taken out only after all the articles stored on the sample storage box are taken out when needed, and the sample storage box is inconvenient, wastes time and consumes energy; secondly, the labels for storing the samples are not standard and not clear, so that the samples are difficult to search when used, and if the labels are lost or fuzzy, the sources of the samples cannot be confirmed, so that the samples are lost, and the scientific research working process is influenced; after a period of time, the more samples in the freezer are stored, and the storage space and the power resources are wasted because some samples are not processed in time even after the shelf life.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the system comprises an upper frame inside the freezer, a lower frame inside the freezer, a partition plate, a label, a sample bag and a notebook; the upper frame in the refrigerator is arranged at the upper part in the refrigerator, a circle is arranged along the inner wall of the refrigerator, the lower frame in the refrigerator is arranged at the lower part in the refrigerator, a circle is arranged along the inner wall of the refrigerator, the upper frame in the refrigerator is provided with an upper clamping groove and a label groove, the label groove is a groove arranged along the circle of the inner wall of the refrigerator, the depth is more than 3cm, and the upper clamping grooves are arranged on the label groove at intervals; the lower frame in the freezer is also provided with lower clamping grooves at intervals, and the upper clamping grooves are vertically opposite to the lower clamping grooves;
the partition board comprises a frame and an elastic surface, the frame is made of hard materials, and the elastic surface made of elastic materials is arranged in the frame; the partition boards can be freely inserted into the upper clamping grooves and the lower clamping grooves which are opposite to each other in pairs;
the label is provided with a first label, a second label, a connecting rope and a hook, wherein the first label is arranged at one end of the connecting rope, and the second label is hung and hooked at the other end of the connecting rope;
the sample bag is a bag capable of being closed, the bag is made of recyclable materials, and a label containing bag is arranged on one side of the sample bag, close to the top;
the record book carries the storage information of the sample.
Furthermore, the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove are oppositely arranged on two edges of the freezer in pairs.
Further, the sample bag is set to be of various colors and specifications.
Further, the bag-inserting type design is recorded, and the label information is filled according to the placed sample. After the sample is used up, the old label information can be taken out for storage or discarded, and then the information is updated according to the newly added sample.

The invention also provides a using method of the system, a sample is placed into the sample bag, the opening of the sample bag is tightened, a receiving label is placed into a label receiving bag on the sample bag, the receiving label records the collecting time, the collecting place, the collecting person and the sample name of the sample, the same information is recorded on the first label and the second label, the hook is hung on the sample bag, then the first label is inserted into the label groove, the partition board is inserted into the corresponding upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove according to the size of the sample to be contained, and then the corresponding storage information is recorded on the record book.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the label groove is arranged on the inner wall of the freezer, and the first label and the second label are arranged at the same time, so that a worker can conveniently and quickly find a sample, the freezer is not disordered, and meanwhile, an overdue sample can be timely cleaned according to the record.
According to the invention, through the clamping grooves arranged on the inner wall of the freezer, workers can freely divide the space of the freezer according to the size of a sample, and meanwhile, the middle of the partition plate is made of an elastic material, so that the storage space of the freezer can be fully utilized, and the limitation of the traditional hard partition plate to the space is avoided.

A set of laboratory sample holding system with a freezer is shown in figure 1, and comprises a freezer inner upper frame 2, a freezer inner lower frame, a partition plate, a label, a sample bag and a notebook; the upper frame in the refrigerator is arranged at the upper part in the refrigerator, a circle is arranged along the inner wall of the refrigerator, the lower frame in the refrigerator is arranged at the lower part in the refrigerator, a circle is arranged along the inner wall of the refrigerator 1, the upper frame in the refrigerator is provided with an upper clamping groove 3 and a label groove 4, the label groove is a groove along the circle of the inner wall of the refrigerator, the depth of the label groove is 4cm, and the upper clamping grooves are arranged on the label groove at intervals; the lower frame in the freezer is also provided with lower clamping grooves at intervals, and the upper clamping grooves are vertically opposite to the lower clamping grooves;
as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the partition board comprises a frame 5 and an elastic surface 6, wherein the frame is made of PS material, and an elastic mesh surface is arranged in the frame; the partition boards can be freely inserted into the two opposite clamping grooves; the partition boards have two specifications, one is a length partition board equal to the length of the internal space of the ice chest, and the other is a width partition board equal to the width of the ice chest.
As shown in fig. 4, the tag is provided with a first tag 7, a second tag 8, a connecting rope 9 and a hook 10, wherein the first tag is arranged at one end of the connecting rope, and the second tag is hung and hooked at the other end of the connecting rope; the first label format is 50mm x 60mm and the second label 30mm x 40 mm.
As shown in fig. 5, the bottom of the sample bag is a closed structure, the upper end of the sample bag is open, the sample bag can be tied through a drawstring 11, a ring 12 is arranged at the opposite end of the drawstring, and a hook of the label can hook the ring to connect the label and the sample bag into a whole. The sample bags were provided with different colors as required: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, black and white, etc., which is convenient for the classified storage and the sample extraction. One side of the sample bag is provided with 1 label storage bag 13 close to the top, the handwritten label number can be stored, and the top of the label storage bag is provided with a curtain for sealing, so that the label cannot fall out due to extrusion, the moving position of the sample bag and the like. The sample bag has three specifications of large size, medium size and small size, and the size is selected according to the requirement. The sample bag can be cleaned and recycled.
Each freezer was equipped with 1 sample notebook, notebook insert pocket design, and label information was filled in as per the sample placed. After the sample is used up, the old label information can be taken out for storage or discarded, and then information updating is carried out according to the newly added sample;
put into the sample bag with the sample, tighten up the sample sack, and put into the label in the sample bag upper label accomodates the bag, the label is recorded with the acquisition time of sample, the place, gather people and sample name, record same information simultaneously on first label and second label, hang the couple on the sample bag, then insert first label in the label groove, select length baffle or width baffle to insert corresponding last draw-in groove and draw-in groove according to the size that holds the sample, then record corresponding information on originally, including acquisition time, the place, gather people, the sample name, the memory location of sample, sample bag colour etc..
When searching for a sample, an experimenter can accurately search according to the record information, so that a searching mode of turning over boxes and changing cabinets under the existing storage condition is avoided; laboratory managers can also check the sample notebook regularly, clean out overdue samples in time, release the storage space of refrigerator-freezer.
