本发明公开了一种可控·OH自由基协同降解处理含多糖类聚合物污水的方法。该方法首先将亚铁离子溶液与碱液、氧化剂混合并加热反应生成·OH自由基、·O自由基及聚合态铁离子等,然后将其与含多糖类聚合物污水混合,利用生成的具有高效氧化作用的·OH自由基、·O自由基与污水中的多糖类聚合物反应并使其降解,生成的聚合态铁离子形成絮体后实现对污水中的悬浮物进行净化,净化处理后的含多糖类聚合物污水可进行回注或再配制油田工作液。本发明能快速、高效实现含多糖类聚合物污水处理,并使处理后污水得到循环利用。

技术领域
本发明属于油气田作业废液处理技术领域,具体涉及一种含多糖类聚合物污水的处理方法。
背景技术
在油田生产过程中,由于钻井、储层改造的需要,常使用含多糖类聚合物作为钻井液添加剂或者压裂液添加剂,作业结束后会产生含多糖类聚合物污水,具有黏度较高、COD值高等特征。由于该类污水所含的多糖类聚合物容易受到微生物影响,会变质、发臭,因此对其进行处理并回用是油田环保工作的重要内容之一。为了实现该类废水的资源化、无害化处理,科技工作者在上世纪90年代就开始采用破胶/絮凝复合处理技术对污水进行处理。
CN 105540964B公开了一种用高铁酸钾与超声波强化耦合降解压裂废液中胍胶的方法;按下述步骤进行:第一步,将压裂废液静置后分离得到清液;第二步,清液中加入无水乙醇纯化;第三步,在纯化后的胍胶溶液中加入碱调节剂调节pH值;第四步,加入高铁酸钾水溶液同时采用超声波外场强化氧化,得到合格压裂返排液。该发明利用高铁酸钾在超声波外场强化下深度氧化压裂废液中胍胶,通过氧化剂与外场作用力的耦合作用,实现胍胶的深度氧化,有效降低了压裂废液的CODCr值和粘度。

CN 104343032B涉及一种低渗透油田高粘度压裂废液混凝处理的方法,高粘度压裂废液处理时混凝剂各组分投加量分别为500~1000mg/L聚合氯化铝,50~100mg/L碳酸钾,1000~3000mg/L80~100目黄绵土,7~15mg/L聚丙烯酰胺;投加顺序为黄绵土、聚合氯化铝、碳酸钾、聚丙烯酰胺;混凝时间控制在30min以内,泥量在10%以内,处理后上清液SS控制在10mg/L以下。该方法可用于处理粘度>5mPa·s的高粘度压裂废液,克服了常规混凝不能有效去除高粘压裂废液杂质、絮体虚浮、不易下沉、泥量大的缺点。
CN 104445700A涉及一种胍胶压裂废液处理回用的方法,先投加氢氧化钾和碳酸钠,搅拌5~10min,再投加聚丙烯酰胺溶液,最后在处理水回用前2h内投加草酸调pH 6~7.5;各处理剂加投量为:氢氧化钾500~1000mg/L、碳酸钠200~300mg/L、聚丙烯酰胺5~15mg/L、草酸300~500mg/L。应用该方法处理废液后,废液中悬浮固体除率在85%以上,处理后水质铁、钙、镁等高价离子浓度小于300mg/L,细菌微生物小于100个/L,满足再利用要求。
CN 104556486A提供了一种油气田压裂废液的处理方法。该处理方法包括以下步骤:在待处理的油气田压裂废液中加入聚合氯化铝与聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌后静置,分离出上层清液;使分离出的上层清液在双氧水的存在下,在260~340℃、8~15MPa下,反应15~75min,得到处理后的油气田压裂废液,使COD去除率达到90%以上;静置后,使COD值降至100mg/L以下,达到污水排放一级标准(GB8978-1996)。
CN 106045145A提供了一种油气田压裂废液的处理方法及处理装置,能够满足压裂废液不同处理目的的需求。处理方法包括以下步骤:将压裂废液依次进行化学氧化、电絮凝和粗滤处理;将粗滤处理后的废液进行三维电催化氧化处理;将三维电催化氧化处理的废液进行精滤处理,得到符合压裂液配液标准的液体。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能快速、高效、便捷的实现含多糖类聚合物污水的资源化、无害化处理方法。
针对上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:将亚铁离子溶液、碱液、氧化剂溶液经与之相连的计量泵输至带有加热装置的管式反应器中,在45~70℃下反应30~90秒,立即将所得反应液与含多糖类聚合物污水一并泵入带有搅拌装置的反应器中,搅拌反应20~40分钟,然后经沉降池沉降、过滤器过滤后进入清水池中。
上述的亚铁离子溶液为质量浓度为10%~20%的硫酸亚铁水溶液或质量浓度为10%~20%的氯化亚铁水溶液。
上述的碱液为质量浓度为10%~15%的氢氧化钠水溶液或质量浓度为10%~15%的氢氧化钾水溶液。
上述的氧化剂溶液为质量浓度为10%~15%的次氯酸钠水溶液或质量浓度为10%~15%的亚氯酸钠水溶液。
本发明优选所述亚铁离子溶液、碱液、氧化剂溶液的体积比为亚铁离子1∶1~1.5∶2~4。
本发明优选所述反应液与含多糖类聚合物污水的体积比为8~12∶100。
上述含多糖类聚合物污水为油田压裂作业产生的废液或油田钻井产生的废水,其黏度为5~30mpa·s,色度为100~200度,COD为1500~5000mg/L,悬浮物含量为30~200mg/L,所述的多糖类聚合物为瓜尔胶与有机硼交联形成的聚合物、田菁胶与有机硼交联形成的聚合物、羧甲基纤维素中任意一种或多种。
本发明优选过滤器为石英砂过滤器与改性纤维球过滤器经串联而成的系统,其中石英砂过滤器的滤料颗粒粒径为0.3~0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明将经二价铁在碱性条件下对次氯酸钠、亚氯酸钠的分解,可控形成·OH自由基、·O自由基对含多糖类聚合物污水进行氧化降解,利用其余二价铁在碱性条件下形成的氢氧化物沉淀吸附、包裹污水中的悬浮物,实现含多糖类聚合物污水的净化处理。本发明以二价铁与次氯酸钠或亚氯酸钠刚生成三价铁即可立即与新鲜次氯酸钠或亚氯酸钠反应生成新生态高铁酸盐,避免已合成好高铁酸盐在污水中因高铁酸盐分解造成处理效果降低的难题。
2、本发明可使·OH自由基、·O自由基通过调整药剂加量与速度进行控制生成,从而提高氧化处理效率;同时铁生成的聚合铁直接可作为絮凝剂使用,将氧化过程与絮凝过程融为一体,减少了处理环节,提高了处理效率。
3、本发明将氧化絮凝处理后的污水经过石英砂过滤器与纤维球过滤器串联过滤后,可达到回注或回用配制工作液的目的。
4、本发明的处理对象为含多糖类聚合物的油田压裂或钻井污水。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
以处理胍胶基油田压裂废液为例,其黏度为30mpa·s,色度为200度,COD为3500mg/L,悬浮物含量为170mg/L,具体处理方法如下:
将1L质量浓度为20%的硫酸亚铁水溶液、1.5mL质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液、2L质量浓度为10.5%的次氯酸钠水溶液分别经与之相连的计量泵输至带有加热装置的管式反应器中,在70℃下加热反应30s。然后立即将所得反应液与45L胍胶基压裂返排液一并泵入带有搅拌的反应器中,搅拌氧化反应40min。反应完后在沉降池中沉降20min,再经滤料颗粒粒径0.5mm的石英砂过滤器过滤、改性纤维球过滤器过滤后进入清水池中。经检测,处理后水的黏度为1.1mpa·s,色度为20度以下,COD为450mg/L,悬浮物含量为9.0mg/L,满足油田回注用水水质标准要求。
实施例2
以处理含羧甲基纤维素的油田钻井废液为例,其黏度为180mpa·s,色度为170度,COD为1500mg/L,悬浮物含量为130mg/L,具体处理方法如下:
将1L质量浓度为20%的硫酸亚铁水溶液、2mL质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液、4L质量浓度为10.5%的亚氯酸钠水溶液分别经与之相连的计量泵输至带有加热装置的管式反应器中,在60℃下加热反应70s。然后立即将所得反应液与70L含羧甲基纤维素的油田钻井废液一并泵入带有搅拌的反应器中,搅拌氧化反应40min。反应完后在沉降池中沉降30min,再经滤料颗粒粒径0.3mm的石英砂过滤器过滤、改性纤维球过滤器过滤后进入清水池中。经检测,处理后水的黏度为0.98mpa·s,色度为20度以下,COD为350mg/L,悬浮物含量为6.0mg/L,满足油田回注用水水质标准要求。
实施例3
以处理含胍胶的压裂废液为例,其黏度为180mpa·s,色度为170度,COD为1500mg/L,悬浮物含量为130mg/L,具体处理方法如下:
将1L质量浓度为18%的硫酸亚铁水溶液、1mL质量浓度为10.5%的氢氧化钾水溶液、3L质量浓度为12.5%的亚氯酸钠水溶液分别经与之相连的计量泵输至带有加热装置的管式反应器中,在50℃下加热反应90s。然后立即将所得反应液与50L含胍胶的压裂废液一并泵入带有搅拌的反应器中,搅拌氧化反应40min。反应完后在沉降池中沉降20min,再经滤料颗粒粒径0.3mm的石英砂过滤器过滤、改性纤维球过滤器过滤后进入清水池中。经检测,处理后水的黏度为1.05mpa·s,色度为20度以下,COD为350mg/L,悬浮物含量为6.0mg/L,满足油田回注用水水质标准要求。
实施例4
以处理含羧甲基纤维素的油田钻井废液为例,其黏度为140mpa·s,色度为120度,COD为800mg/L,悬浮物含量为95mg/L,具体处理方法如下:
将1L质量浓度为10%的氯化亚铁水溶液、1.5mL质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钾水溶液、4L质量浓度为10.5%的亚氯酸钠水溶液分别经与之相连的计量泵输至带有加热装置的管式反应器中,在50℃下加热反应90s。然后立即将所得反应液与65L含羧甲基纤维素的油田钻井废液一并泵入带有搅拌的反应器中,搅拌氧化反应40min。反应完后在沉降池中沉降15min,再经滤料颗粒粒径0.5mm的石英砂过滤器过滤、改性纤维球过滤器过滤后进入清水池中。经检测,处理后水的黏度为0.95mpa·s,色度为20度以下,COD为380mg/L,悬浮物含量为5.0mg/L,满足油田回注用水水质标准要求。
Claims (3)
1.一种可控·OH自由基协同降解处理含多糖类聚合物污水的方法,其特征在于:将亚铁离子溶液、碱液、氧化剂溶液经与之相连的计量泵输至带有加热装置的管式反应器中,在45~70℃下反应30~90秒,立即将所得反应液与含多糖类聚合物污水一并泵入带有搅拌装置的反应器中,搅拌反应20~40分钟,然后经沉降池沉降、过滤器过滤后进入清水池中;
所述的亚铁离子溶液为质量浓度为10%~20%的硫酸亚铁水溶液或质量浓度为10%~20%的氯化亚铁水溶液;
所述的碱液为质量浓度为10%~15%的氢氧化钠水溶液或质量浓度为10%~15%的氢氧化钾水溶液;
所述的氧化剂溶液为质量浓度为10%~15%的次氯酸钠水溶液或质量浓度为10%~15%的亚氯酸钠水溶液;
所述亚铁离子溶液、碱液、氧化剂溶液的体积比为1∶1~1.5∶2~4;
所述反应液与含多糖类聚合物污水的体积比为8~12∶100;
所述含多糖类聚合物污水为油田压裂作业产生的废液或油田钻井产生的废水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可控·OH自由基协同降解处理含多糖类聚合物污水的方法,其特征在于:所述含多糖类聚合物污水的黏度为5~30mpa·s,色度为100~200度,COD为1500~5000mg/L,悬浮物含量为30~200mg/L,所述的多糖类聚合物为瓜尔胶与有机硼交联形成的聚合物、田菁胶与有机硼交联形成的聚合物、羧甲基纤维素中任意一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可控·OH自由基协同降解处理含多糖类聚合物污水的方法,其特征在于:所述过滤器为石英砂过滤器与改性纤维球过滤器经串联而成的系统,其中石英砂过滤器的滤料颗粒粒径为0.3~0.5mm。
