Abstract

The present invention relates to a law enforcement instrument. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are provided in the drawings. On the contrary, the purpose of providing these embodiments is to make the understanding of the disclosure of the present invention more thorough and comprehensive.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a body camera provided in one embodiment of the present invention includes a body camera body 10, a mounting base 30 and a display screen 40. The mounting base 30 is connected to the body camera body 10 by snapping, and the display screen 40 is rotatably connected to the mounting base 30.

In the above-mentioned law enforcement instrument, the display screen 40 is rotatably connected to the mounting base 30, and can be connected to the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument by snapping through the mounting base 30, so that the display screen 40 can be assembled to the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument. When the display screen 40 needs to be replaced, the mounting base 30 can be separated from the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument, so that the display screen 40 is separated from the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument. When the display screen 40 needs to be installed, the mounting base 30 only needs to be snap-connected to the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument. In this way, compared with the prior art, the law enforcement instrument of the present invention does not need to disassemble the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument when disassembling and assembling the display screen 40, and the disassembly and assembly of the display screen 40 is convenient and quick, and it is easy to replace the display screen 40.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned body camera can quickly replace the display screen 40 of different sizes or types according to needs to adapt to the detection tasks in different environments.

It can be understood that the display screen 40 is rotatably connected to the mounting base 30, so that the angle of the display screen 40 can be adjusted by rotating the display screen 40 to facilitate people to watch the display screen 40, making the use of the body camera more convenient and more practical.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the body-enforcement instrument further includes a clamping seat 20 fixedly connected to the body-enforcement instrument main body 10, and the mounting seat 30 and the clamping seat 20 can be clamped and connected. In this way, the display screen 40 can be assembled on the body-enforcement instrument main body 10 by clamping the mounting seat 30 and the clamping seat 20. In addition, the display screen 40 can be separated from the body-enforcement instrument main body 10 by separating the mounting seat 30 from the clamping seat 20. The provision of the clamping seat 20 is conducive to improving the connection strength between the display screen 40 and the body-enforcement instrument main body 10, and preventing the display screen 40 from easily falling off during the law enforcement process.

In some embodiments, the clamping seat 20 has a receiving portion 22, and the mounting seat 30 has a clamping portion 32. The clamping portion 32 can be clamped and connected in the receiving portion 22. When the display screen 40 needs to be assembled on the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument, the clamping portion 32 of the mounting seat 30 is inserted and clamped and connected in the receiving portion 22 of the clamping seat 20, so as to realize the assembly of the display screen 40 and the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument. The clamping connection between the clamping portion 32 and the receiving portion 22 makes the structure more compact, which is conducive to ensuring the connection strength between the display screen 40 and the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument, and preventing the display screen 40 from falling off easily during the investigation process.

Specifically in the embodiment, the law enforcement instrument further includes at least two elastic abutting members 50. At least two elastic abutting members 50 are fixedly connected to the clamping seat 20 and are at least located on opposite sides of the receiving portion 22. At least part of each elastic abutting member 50 protrudes from the side wall of the receiving portion 22, so that when the clamping portion 32 is inserted into the receiving portion 22, the elastic abutting member 50 abuts against the clamping portion 32, thereby clamping and connecting the clamping portion 32 in the receiving portion 22. In this way, when the clamping portion 32 is inserted into the receiving portion 22, the clamping portion 32 is clamped and connected in the receiving portion 22 by the abutment of the elastic abutting member 50 against the clamping portion 32. In addition, since the elastic abutting member 50 is elastic, the clamping portion 32 can be pulled out of the receiving portion 22 under the action of an external force, thereby realizing the separation of the display screen 40 from the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument.

In some embodiments, the elastic supporting member 50 includes a seat 52, an elastic member (not shown) and a ball 54. The seat 52 has a receiving cavity (not shown) and an opening (not marked) communicating with the receiving cavity. The elastic member and the ball 54 are received in the receiving cavity, and the ball 54 is located at one end of the elastic member facing the opening. The elastic member is used to provide a preload force that causes the ball 54 to have a movement tendency to pop out of the opening.

The seat body 52 is fixedly connected to the snap-fit seat 20 , and the seat body 52 has an open end that passes through the side wall of the receiving portion 22 , so that the ball 54 can abut against the snap-fit portion 32 inserted into the receiving portion 22 under the action of the above-mentioned preload force, thereby snap-fitting the snap-fit portion 32 into the receiving portion 22 .

Specifically in the embodiment, the clamping seat 20 has a mounting groove 24, one end of which passes through the side wall of the receiving portion 22. The seat body 52 is fixedly installed in the mounting groove 24, and one end with an opening faces the receiving portion 22. In this way, the installation of the seat body 52 is achieved.

Preferably, the width of the slot of the mounting groove 24 is smaller than the outer diameter of the seat body 52, so that the seat body 52 can be inserted into the mounting groove 24 through the slot of the mounting groove 24, thereby achieving fixed installation of the seat body 52. In this way, the installation of the seat body 52 is convenient and quick, and the installation structure is simple. It should be noted that the seat body 52 can also be installed in the mounting groove 24 in other ways, such as screw fastening, welding connection, etc., which are not limited here.

Specifically in the embodiment, the diameter of the opening of the seat body 52 is smaller than the diameter of the ball 54, so that the ball 54 partially passes through the opening under the action of the preload force. In this way, on the one hand, the ball 54 partially passes through the opening, so that the ball 54 abuts against the clamping portion 32 inserted into the receiving portion 22; on the other hand, the ball 54 is prevented from completely popping out of the opening and detaching from the seat body 52.

Specifically in the embodiment, the clamping portion 32 has a recess 322 that can cooperate with the ball 54. In this way, when the clamping portion 32 is inserted into the receiving portion 22, the ball 54 abuts against the recess 322 of the clamping portion 32, which is convenient for better fixing the clamping portion 32 and improving the connection stability of the display screen 40 on the one hand; on the other hand, it is convenient to prompt the operator whether the clamping portion 32 is inserted in place. Optionally, the recess 322 of the clamping portion 32 that cooperates with the ball 54 is a more preferred embodiment, and the recess 322 that cooperates with the ball 54 is not limited to the clamping portion 32, and only one cooperation method is described here. Furthermore, the recess 322 can be formed by the surface of the clamping portion 32 being recessed inward to form a groove, a pit or a hole, etc., which is not limited here.

Specifically in the embodiment, the cross section of the clamping portion 32 is roughly rectangular. In order to accommodate the clamping portion 32, the cross section of the accommodating portion 22 is also roughly rectangular. There are four elastic abutting members 50, and the four elastic abutting members 50 are respectively used to abut against the four side walls of the clamping portion 32 with a rectangular cross section. In this way, on the one hand, since the cross section of the clamping portion 32 is rectangular, the clamping portion 32 is prevented from rotating relative to the clamping seat 20; on the other hand, when the clamping portion 32 is inserted into the accommodating portion 22, the four side walls of the clamping portion 32 are abutted with the elastic abutting members 50, so that the clamping connection of the clamping portion 32 is more stable, that is, the display screen 40 is more stable when installed on the law enforcement instrument body 10, and the display screen 40 is prevented from shaking.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the law enforcement instrument further includes a shaft assembly 60, through which the display screen 40 is rotatably connected to the mounting base 30. The shaft assembly 60 includes a rotating bracket 64 and a rotating shaft 62. The rotating bracket 64 is rotatably connected to the mounting base 30 around a first axis, and the rotating shaft 62 is rotatably connected to the rotating bracket 64 around a second axis. The second axis is perpendicular to the first axis. The display screen 40 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 62. In this way, the display screen 40 can rotate around the first axis and the second axis that are perpendicular to each other, respectively, so that the angle adjustment of the display screen 40 relative to the law enforcement instrument body 10 is flexible and quick, so as to facilitate the inspection of the investigators.

Specifically in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 , the first axis is parallel to the horizontal direction, and the second axis is parallel to the vertical direction.

Specifically in the embodiment, the rotating shaft assembly 60 further includes a fixing bracket 66, the fixing bracket 66 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 62, and the display screen 40 is fixedly connected to the fixing bracket 66. That is, the display screen 40 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 62 through the fixing bracket 66. In this way, the setting of the fixing bracket 66 facilitates the fixed connection between the display screen 40 and the rotating shaft 62. Optionally, the display screen 40 can be fixedly connected to the fixing bracket 66 by a threaded fastener. The threaded fastener can be a screw or the like. The fixing bracket 66 can be welded to the rotating shaft 62. It can be understood that the fixing connection between the fixing bracket 66 and the rotating shaft 62 can also be adopted in other ways, which are not limited here.

Specifically in the embodiment, the rotating shaft assembly 60 further includes a protective cover 68 fixedly connected to the mounting base 30 , and the protective cover 68 is used to cover components such as the rotating bracket 64 , the rotating shaft 62 , and the fixed bracket 66 .

Specifically in the embodiment, the body-worn instrument further includes a rubber sleeve 70, which is disposed on the clamping seat 20 and located between the clamping seat 20 and the mounting seat 30. The rubber sleeve 70 is used to seal the gap between the clamping seat 20 and the mounting seat 30 when the clamping portion 32 is clamped and connected to the receiving portion 22. It should be noted that the rubber sleeve 70 also plays a certain aesthetic role.

Please refer to Figures 2, 3 and 4. In the embodiment of the present invention, the law enforcement instrument further includes a camera assembly 80 connected to the law enforcement instrument body 10. The camera assembly 80 includes a transmission assembly 81, an insertion tube 82 and a first fixing member 84. The transmission assembly 81 is accommodated in the law enforcement instrument body 10, one end of the insertion tube 82 is fixedly connected to the transmission assembly 81, and the other end is provided with a camera 83, which passes through the law enforcement instrument body 10. In addition, the camera 83 is electrically connected to the transmission assembly 81 through the insertion tube 82, and the transmission assembly 81 is electrically connected to the law enforcement instrument body 10.

The first fixing member 84 is detachably connected to the position where the insertion tube 82 passes through the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument, and abuts against the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument, so that the transmission component 81 and the insertion tube 82 are fixed relative to the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument. Optionally, the first fixing member 84 can be connected to the insertion tube 82 by threaded connection. The first fixing member 84 can be a nut.

Thus, when the body camera is used, the insertion tube 82 can be inserted through a narrow space (such as a door gap, a small hole, etc.) to take pictures and collect evidence. When the camera assembly 80 needs to be replaced, the first fixing member 84 can be removed to pull the camera assembly 80 out of the body camera body 10 for replacement.

During the process of photographing and collecting evidence by the law enforcement instrument, the photographing information of the camera 83 is transmitted to the law enforcement instrument body 10 through the insertion tube 82 and the transmission component 81. The law enforcement instrument body 10 processes and saves the photographing information to complete the evidence collection.

It is understandable that different types of camera assemblies 80 are often required in different investigation environments, such as insertion tubes 82 of different diameters, insertion tubes 82 of different lengths, or different types of cameras 83 (white light cameras 83 or infrared cameras 83). The above-mentioned body camera can quickly replace the camera assembly 80 without disassembling the body camera host, making the body camera highly practical and greatly reducing the time and cost of replacing the camera assembly 80.

It should be noted that the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument has receiving holes penetrating two opposite sides thereof, and the aperture at one end of the receiving hole is larger than the aperture at the other point. The camera assembly 80 is inserted into the receiving hole from the large diameter end of the receiving hole, so that the transmission assembly 81 is received in the receiving hole, and the insertion tube 82 passes through the small diameter end of the receiving hole, and the transmission assembly 81 and the insertion tube 82 are fixed relative to the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument by the first fixing member 84.

Specifically in the embodiment, the camera assembly 80 also includes a second fixing member 86, which is fixedly connected to one end of the transmission assembly 81 connected to the insertion tube 82. When the first connecting member is fixed and locked, the first connecting member abuts against the outside of the law enforcement instrument body 10, and the second connecting member abuts against the step surface in the receiving hole, thereby fixing the transmission assembly 81 to the law enforcement instrument body 10.

Specifically in the embodiment, the transmission component 81 has a contact 812, and the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument has a contact probe 14. When the transmission component 81 is received in the receiving hole, the contact 812 is in electrical contact with the contact probe 14, realizing the electrical connection between the transmission component 81 and the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument, so that the shooting signal of the camera 83 is transmitted to the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument through the transmission component 81. Optionally, the connection between the contact 812 of the transmission component 81 and the probe 14 of the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument is a more preferred embodiment, and the contact 812 is not limited to the inside of the transmission component 81, and only one matching method is described here. At the same time, the probe 14 can be in other shapes or arrangements, which are not limited here.

Specifically in the embodiment, the insertion tube 82 includes a connecting tube 822 and a swing driving tube 824. One end of the connecting tube 822 is detachably connected to the transmission assembly, and the other end of the connecting tube 822 is connected to the swing driving tube 824. The camera is arranged at one end of the swing driving tube 824 away from the connecting tube 822, and the camera 83, the insertion tube 82 and the transmission assembly 81 are electrically connected. The connecting tube 822 can be bent, such as a bendable tube or a snake tube.

Thus, when in use, the insertion tube can be inserted through a narrow door gap, wall gap or small hole, etc., and the swing drive tube 824 is bent or twisted to drive the camera 83 to move, avoid obstacles, and detect suspicious criminal activities inside the room. The signal line of the camera 83 is connected to the transmission component 81 through the swing drive tube 824 and the connecting tube 822. The shooting information obtained by the camera 83 will be transmitted from the camera 83 through the swing drive tube 824 and the connecting tube 822, and then transmitted to the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument through the transmission component 81, and the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument will process and retain the shooting information.

Specifically in the embodiment, the transmission component 81 has a control handle 85, and the control handle 85 is electrically connected to the contact 812. During investigation, when the camera encounters an obstacle, the control handle 85 is operated to send a control signal to the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument, and the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument controls the swing drive tube 824 to make a specified bending or twisting action, thereby realizing that the camera can be manually controlled to avoid obstacles.

Specifically in the embodiment, the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument also has a gripping handle 12 (see FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 ) for the user to hold.

It should be noted that the body 10 of the law enforcement instrument may have a WIFI function and may be connected to a network to transmit data. The body 10 of the law enforcement instrument may also be connected to headphones.

The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined. To make the description concise, not all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are described. However, as long as there is no contradiction in the combination of these technical features, they should be considered to be within the scope of this specification.

2. The law enforcement instrument of claim 1, further comprising at least two resilient abutments;

And at least positioned on two opposite sides of the accommodating part, at least part of each elastic supporting piece protrudes out of the side wall of the accommodating part, so that when the clamping part is inserted into the accommodating part, the elastic supporting piece supports against the clamping part.

3. The law enforcement instrument of claim 2 wherein the resilient abutment comprises a seat, a resilient member and a ball;

The seat body is provided with a containing cavity and an opening communicated with the containing cavity, the elastic piece and the ball are contained in the containing cavity, the ball is positioned at one end of the elastic piece, which faces the opening, and the elastic piece is used for providing a pretightening force which enables the ball to have a movement trend of being ejected out of the opening;

the seat body is fixedly connected to the clamping seat, and one end of the seat body with the opening penetrates through the side wall of the accommodating part, so that the ball can be abutted against the clamping part inserted into the accommodating part under the action of the pretightening force.

4. A law enforcement instrument according to claim 3 wherein the cartridge has a mounting slot with one end passing through a side wall of the receptacle; the seat body is fixedly arranged in the mounting groove, and one end with the opening faces the accommodating part.

5. The law enforcement instrument of claim 4 wherein the width dimension of the slot opening of the mounting slot is smaller than the outer diameter dimension of the housing such that the housing can be snapped into the mounting slot by the slot opening of the mounting slot.

6. A law enforcement instrument according to claim 3 wherein the diameter of the opening is smaller than the diameter of the ball so that the ball can partially pass through the opening under the pre-tension.

7. A law enforcement instrument according to claim 3 wherein the catch has a recess that is engageable with the ball.
