In order to realize the sliding of the upper die holder 4 of the press brake, specifically, a boss 511 is arranged on the inner side of the top of the vertical frame 51, a power device 6 for driving the upper die holder 4 of the press brake to slide is arranged on the top of the boss 511, as shown in fig. 11, a servo motor can be selected for the power device 6, an adjusting screw 513 is arranged at the bottom of the boss 511, the power device 6 is connected with the top end of the adjusting screw 513 through a coupler 512, a sliding block 411 and a screw rod connecting block are vertically arranged on the inner side of the upper back plate 41, the sliding block 411 is slidably arranged on an upper die holder sliding rail 53, a screw hole is formed in the screw rod connecting block for installing the adjusting screw rod 513, and the power device 6 is started, so that the upper die holder 4 of the press brake can slide up and down, and further the upper die and the lower die can slide up and down.
Because the bottom of each adjusting block 434 in the upper die holder of the bending press forms a downward protruding arc, in order to facilitate the matching of the upper die 3 with the arc formed by each adjusting block 434, the invention sets the two ends of the upper die 3 to be of a structure capable of being adjusted up and down, specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the two ends of the adjusting side plate 432 are provided with the L-shaped cylinder supporting frame 44, the outer end of the horizontal part of the cylinder supporting frame 44 is provided with a notch 441, the notch 441 is rotationally connected with a rotating supporting plate 442 through a rotating shaft, the top of the rotating supporting plate 442 is provided with an upper die adjusting cylinder 443, the rotating supporting plate 442 is provided with an upper die guiding hole 444, the upper die guiding column 445 is arranged in the upper die guiding hole 444, the lower end of the upper die guiding column 445 is hinged with the end of the upper die 3 through a connecting piece 446, the end of a piston rod of the upper die adjusting cylinder 443 is connected with the connecting piece 446, the end of the piston rod drives the end of the upper die adjusting cylinder 443 to move upwards, so that the upper die 3 forms an arc matched with the end of the adjusting block 434.
Preferably, for ease of automation, each power mechanism of the present invention is connected to a PLC control system, including a first drive 118, a second drive 126, a drive 123-3, a third drive 136 in the lower die holder of the press brake, an adjustment servo motor 433 in the upper die holder of the press brake, an upper die adjustment cylinder 443, and a power unit 6, among others.
In addition, a lifting device can be arranged in the horizontal frame 52 for lifting the lower die holder 1 of the press brake, so that the press brake moves the press brake to bend the workpiece up and down simultaneously.
