Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical appliances, in particular to an appliance for preventing esophageal cavity stenosis after ESD operation.
Background
Endoscopic submucosal dissection (Endoscopic submucosal dissection, ESD) is a technology which is mature at present and is used for endoscopic treatment of early cancers of the digestive tract (esophagus, stomach and colorectal), scars formed by wound healing after the ESD operation of the early cancers of the esophagus can possibly cause narrowing of esophageal cavities to different degrees, the area of the wound and the occupation ratio of the wound surrounding the lumen are all influencing factors, the possibility of the wound after the operation of large area and peripheral lesions and the narrowing degree are higher, the current common measures for preventing the stenosis are wound hormone injection, oral hormone and the like for patients with high risk of the postoperative stenosis, but the effect varies from person to person, the stenosis causes secondary injury to the patients, affects postoperative feeding and drinking water, brings burden to life, and serious patients can also carry out surgical treatment such as repeated endoscopic balloon dilation, stent placement and the like, so that the pain of the patients is increased.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention comprises an air bag 1 and an inflation tube 2; the inflatable state of the air bag 1 is tubular, the bottom 11 of the air bag is provided with a magnetic closing device 3, the air tube 2 extends into the inner cavity of the air bag 1 from the magnetic closing device 3, the outer edges of the top and the bottom of the air bag 1 are provided with fixing rings 4, the magnetic closing device 3 comprises sealing sheets 5 and air charging holes 6, at least two sealing sheets 5 are connected in a magnetic adsorption mode, and the air charging holes 6 are matched with the air tube 2; the periphery of the air outlet end of the air charging tube 2 is provided with a plurality of air discharging holes 12, the plurality of air discharging holes 12 are spirally arranged, the tail end of the air charging tube 2 is provided with a sealing plug 7, the side wall of the tail end of the air charging tube 2 is provided with an air inlet hole 13, the sealing plug 7 is fixedly connected with a pulling handle 8, the edges of sealing sheets 5 are provided with flexible sealing layers, the root parts of the sealing sheets 5 are flexibly connected with the air bag 1, two sealing sheets 5 are arranged, at least one sealing sheet 5 is made of hard magnetic material, an air charging hole 6 is positioned on the bottom surface of the air bag 1, and the sealing sheets 5 are positioned at the edges of the two ends of the air bag 1; when the two sealing sheets 5 are in a closed state, the two sealing sheets 5 are mutually and magnetically adsorbed and lodged on the bottom surface of the air bag 1, and the two sealing sheets 5 completely cover the inflation hole 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the number of the sealing sheets 5 is an even number greater than 3, half of the sealing sheets 5 are made of hard magnetic material, the other half of the sealing sheets 5 are made of soft magnetic material, the sealing sheets 5 made of hard magnetic material and the sealing sheets 5 made of soft magnetic material are arranged in a staggered manner, the sealing sheets 5 are arranged at the edge of the air charging hole 6, and when the sealing sheets 5 are in a closed state, the sealing sheets 5 form a cone shape, and the cone shape is a cone or a pyramid.

As shown in fig. 5, the fourth embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that there are two movable sealing sheets 10, one fixed sealing sheet 9, and two movable sealing sheets 10 are provided at opposite edges of the fixed sealing sheet 9.
The flexible connection in the application can connect the air bag 1 with the sealing sheet 5 through the flexible material 14, or the root of the sealing sheet 5 is connected with the air bag 1 through a thinner material, so that the sealing sheet 5 can complete the closing action under the action of magnetic force.
The flexible sealing layer according to the present application is used to form a sealing structure when the sealing sheet 5 is closed, to prevent the air leakage of the air bag 1, and may be one of the following cases:
1. Silica gel coated on the surface of the sealing sheet 5,
2. And a silica gel sealing layer arranged at the edge of the sealing sheet 5.
A transmission wire is arranged between the handle 8 and the sealing plug 7.
When in actual use, the air bag 1 is contracted and clung in the uninflated state, the contracted air bag 1 can be clung to the surface of the air inflation tube 2 and fixed on the head of the air inflation tube 2 through friction force, and the invention can be sent to the appointed position of the esophagus through the endoscopic biopsy forceps;
