背景技术
患有糖尿病是一项重大责任。患者需要学习并维持食物、锻炼、药物剂量和时间的良好习惯以及良好的注射技术。对于3至10岁的儿童,存在特定的挑战。如果糖尿病没有以良好的行为习惯得到控制,那么风险包括严重的健康并发症,甚至死亡。542000名儿童患有1型糖尿病,每年有86000多名儿童患上1型糖尿病。这些孩子需要胰岛素治疗。
发明内容
为了更好地服务于患有糖尿病的儿童,提供了一种便携式设备,以训练儿童应对糖尿病的积极行为。该设备提供交互式体验,并且是一款面向3至10岁儿童的交互式游戏。便携式设备以及在设备上运行的软件教孩子们负责在设备上表示的化身、宠物等,以及设备所模拟的患有糖尿病的人。因而,鼓励儿童用适当的食物、锻炼、药物等来照顾化身。以有趣的方式,通过反馈,孩子们能够学习如何管理1型糖尿病。

在附图中,重复的特征用相同的附图标记来标记,附图中公开了用于教育用户进行糖尿病管理的便携式设备20。便携式设备20针对的是作为具有1型糖尿病的儿童或与患有糖尿病的另一个人具有密切关系的用户。

Claims (15)

在设备上运行的软件,软件在显示器上提供患有糖尿病并且具有在用户界面上指示的健康状况的虚拟患者;
用户界面上的进食控制件,用于向虚拟患者提供食物;
用户界面上的锻炼控制件,用于使虚拟患者锻炼;以及
用户界面上的药物控制件,用于向虚拟患者提供药物。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于教育用户进行糖尿病管理的便携式设备,其中在设备上运行的所述软件在用户界面上呈现以图形方式表示虚拟患者的化身。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于教育用户进行糖尿病管理的便携式设备,其中在设备上运行的所述软件还包括注射训练应用以教导注射技术。
