Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of toy bubble liquid, in particular to safe and nontoxic brilliant bubble liquid.
Background
Color and light are inseparable, and as early as 1972 newtons proposed that light was not colored, with only some ability or tendency to evoke such or that color perception, and generally the colors we see are mainly of two major origins, pigment coloration and texture coloration. The pigment color is a color that the pigment molecule exhibits different colors by selectively absorbing, reflecting and transmitting light of a specific frequency. Structural colors are produced by light by interference, diffraction and scattering. The structural color has the characteristics of high brightness, high saturation, no fading, no iridescence and the like, for example, bubbles blown by soapy water generate iridescence under sunlight, and the color can be called as film color and also is structural color.
The invention discloses a bubble water coloring agent and a using method thereof in patent CN201610306347.8, and discloses a bubble water solution prepared by using nano-gold as a coloring agent of bubble water and using a cationic surfactant, an anionic surfactant or a neutral surfactant as raw materials. The method changes the structural color of bubbles through nanogold, so that the blown bubbles are bright in color. However, the production process of the brightening agent is complex, and the raw material presetting in the early stage, the nano-gold generation reaction control and the like all need to be accurately controlled, so that the brightening agent is difficult to be applied to industrial production.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a safe and nontoxic brilliant bubble liquid.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a safe and nontoxic brilliant bubble liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.1-1% of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.1-0.5% of salt, 0.1-0.5% of granulated sugar, 0.1-0.5% of sucralose, 0.01-0.1% of sweet orange oil, 5-25% of sodium laurate sulfate, 0.01-0.05% of plant anthocyanin, 0.01-0.1% of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, 0.05-2% of MMB1, 0.05-0.1% of nano silicon dioxide finishing liquid, 0.01-0.05% of disodium stannous citrate and the balance of distilled water; the nano silicon dioxide finishing liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight of 0.1-0.3: 10-15: 2-3 parts of xanthan gum, calcium pantothenate and nano silicon dioxide microspheres are fully mixed with water.
Carboxymethylcellulose is a natural product derived from cellulose and has many advantages not found in natural gums and grain slurries. It is soluble in water, can obviously increase solution viscosity, and has the functions of thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, suspending, stabilizing and protecting colloid.
The sucralose can be added and used in the production of a plurality of beverages to mask the unpleasant tastes such as taste of the vitamins and various functional substances, such as taste of a mat, astringent taste and the like, has the characteristics of no energy, high sweetness, pure sweetness, high safety and the like, and the sweetness of the sucralose can reach more than 500 times of that of the sucrose, thereby being one of the most excellent functional sweeteners at present. Meanwhile, the sucralose has excellent stability, is not easy to react with other substances, can improve the surface tension of the bubble liquid, does not have any influence on stability indexes such as the fragrance, the color tone, the transparency, the viscosity and the like of the bubble liquid, and is easy to use.
Sweet oranges are mainly produced in brazil, the United states, south China and east China, the pulp of the sweet oranges can be directly eaten or squeezed into juice, the peel of the sweet oranges contains abundant terpenes and flavonoids compounds, so that the sweet oranges have high utilization value, sweet orange oil obtained by distilling the peel of the sweet oranges is colorless to pale yellow liquid, has light, fresh and sweet orange peel smell, and is deeply favored by consumers.
The lauric acid sodium sulfate is used as a surfactant or a foaming agent, is insensitive to alkali and hard water, has high stability under an acidic condition, and is only inferior to the common sulfonate. Plant anthocyanin is a compound formed by combining anthocyanidin and sugar by glycosidic bond, is applied to removing free radicals in vivo, resisting inflammation, preventing diabetes, losing weight, protecting eyesight and the like, and is a safe and nontoxic natural pigment with a plurality of health care functions for human bodies. The polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride has the excellent performances of broad sterilization spectrum, low effective concentration, high action speed, stable property, easy water solubility, long-term bacteriostasis and no side effect, and can be used at normal temperature; no corrosiveness, no color and no odor; is nontoxic. MMB is also known as 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, has a safe biodegradation function, is soluble in both water (polar solvent) and oil (non-polar solvent), can be used as a fragrance carrier, and is safe and non-toxic. The disodium stannous citrate has the functions of resisting oxidation and corrosion and is beneficial to improving the stability of the product.
A preparation method of safe and nontoxic brilliant bubble liquid comprises the following steps:
a. respectively weighing carboxymethyl cellulose, salt, granulated sugar, sucralose, sweet orange oil, sodium laurate sulfate, plant anthocyanin, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, MMB, xanthan gum, calcium pantothenate, nano silicon dioxide microspheres and disodium stannous citrate for later use;
b. adding a proper amount of distilled water into a first stirring tank provided with a defoaming device in the tank, adding the prepared carboxymethyl cellulose into the distilled water, uniformly stirring, adding the prepared salt, granulated sugar, sucralose, sweet orange oil, sodium lauryl sulfate, plant anthocyanin, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, MMB and disodium stannous citrate, and uniformly mixing;
c. adding a proper amount of distilled water into a second stirring tank, adding the prepared xanthan gum, uniformly stirring, adding calcium pantothenate, uniformly mixing, adding the nano-silica microspheres, and homogenizing at the rotation speed of 500-;
d. and (c) conveying the newly prepared nano silicon dioxide finishing liquid with the time less than 2 hours into the first stirring tank in the step (b), and uniformly mixing.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the unique structure of the nano silicon dioxide microspheres enables the nano silicon dioxide microspheres to show some special optical properties, and the nano silicon dioxide has strong reflection performance in ultraviolet and visible light wave bands;
(2) the components of the invention are all industrial mass production raw materials, and the invention has low price, safety and no toxicity; the production process is simple and easy to realize, and has great popularization and use values.

After the calcium pantothenate is removed, the content of the nano-silica microspheres in the nano-silica polishing solution with the same mass is changed, but the trace change is negligible for the whole system of the bubble solution.
And (3) a bubble blowing test: the brilliant bubble liquid is filled into a handheld bubble blowing gun of Beissdi/Besidi MY121-2, bubbles are blown in a room without wind at normal temperature in the daytime, and the foaming effect is observed.
Visual effect test: the brilliant color bubble liquid is filled into a handheld bubble blowing gun of Beissdi/Besidi MY121-2, bubbles are respectively blown under the condition of sufficient indoor and outdoor illumination in the daytime, and the bubble color is observed.
TABLE 3 test results of safe and nontoxic brilliant bubble liquid for examples 1-3 of the present invention and comparative examples 1-2
As shown in Table 3, in comparative example 1, the bubble color sensitivity was significantly reduced without adding the nano-silica polishing solution of the present invention, and the color expression was comparable to that of the commercial product; in comparative example 2, the inventor directly adds the nano-silica microspheres into the formulation, and the prepared bubble liquid is not only easy to break bubbles, but also the original micro-purple color becomes unobvious, which is probably because the nano-silica microspheres generate a light scattering effect, so that the light absorption capacity of the bubbles per se is reduced, and the color of the bubbles becomes light. In example 1, the nano-silica microspheres and calcium pantothenate were mixed and used without this phenomenon, which is probably because ionic calcium pantothenate filled the nano-silica microspheres, thereby reducing light scattering and improving uniformity of colors at different angles. Meanwhile, the connection between the nano silicon dioxide microspheres is enhanced, so that the nano silicon dioxide microspheres are not easy to settle due to the action of gravity, and the foam breaking rate is reduced.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent variations and modifications made in the claims of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
