Fig. 1-2 are schematic views of a cigarette heating device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the cigarette heating device of the present embodiment includes a heater 1 and a fastener 2. The heater 1 is formed with a housing chamber 12 for housing the cigarettes 7, the size of the housing chamber 12 being variable. At least a part of the fastener 2 is made of a memory alloy, and the fastener 2 is disposed around the outside of the heater 1. The memory alloy is electrified to be heated or heated by adopting a heat radiation source, the memory alloy is deformed, so that the fastener 2 is deformed, the space of the accommodating cavity 12 is further reduced, the cigarette 7 is clamped, air between the cigarette 7 and the heater 1 is discharged, and the heating efficiency is improved.
The memory alloy is a material composed of two or more metal elements having a shape memory effect by thermoelasticity and martensitic transformation and inversion thereof. Each shape memory alloy formed by certain elements according to certain weight ratio has a transition temperature; the alloy is formed into a shape above this temperature, then cooled below the transformation temperature, artificially changed in shape and then heated above the transformation temperature, and the alloy automatically returns to the shape originally formed above the transformation temperature. Thus, by controlling the temperature of the memory alloy, the memory alloy can be changed between predetermined different shapes.
In this embodiment, the fastener 2 is made of a memory alloy, and has a ring shape or an approximately ring shape. The ring-shaped fastener 2 is arranged on the periphery of the heater 1, or is arranged inside the fastener 2 and is at least partly connected with the heater 1, or is at least partly embedded in the heater 1, or a combination of the above arrangements is also possible, of course, other arrangements of the fastener 2 suitable for use can be selected by a person skilled in the art. Below the transition temperature, the fastener 2 is in the first configuration with a larger inner diameter and the housing cavity 12 is provided with a larger space, so that the cigarettes 7 can be easily inserted into the housing cavity 12. When the fastener 2 is heated above the transition temperature, the fastener 2 is deformed to be in the second form, has a smaller inner diameter, drives the heater 1 to move, and makes the accommodating cavity 12 smaller, so that the cigarettes 7 in the accommodating cavity 12 are clamped. When the clamped cigarette 7 needs to be released, the memory alloy is powered off to be cooled, other modes can be used for cooling (for example, a fan and other structures are arranged to perform air cooling, and the like) at the same time, the fastener 2 gradually returns to the first form, the heater 1 deforms due to self elasticity or other rebound devices, so that the space of the accommodating cavity 12 is increased, and the cigarette 7 can be conveniently withdrawn from the accommodating cavity 12.
One skilled in the art can arrange one or more fasteners 2 at various positions along the length of the heater 1 as is practical to achieve the desired adjustment of the receiving chamber 12 for use. When the plurality of fasteners 2 are provided, the intervals between the plurality of fasteners 2 can be equalized, and the heater 1 can be uniformly stressed. The heater 1 may be a ceramic heater 1 in which a heating element 13 such as a heating wire, a heating sheet, a heating pipe, or a heating rod is embedded, and the cigarettes 7 can be heated uniformly. It is also possible to print a heating circuit as the heating element 13 on the inner side of the heater and to coat the heating circuit with a glaze to protect the heating circuit. Other heating principles of the heater 1 may also be employed by those skilled in the art.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a heater according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the heater 1 comprises two heating lobes 11, each heating lobe 11 comprising a connecting end and a free end. Those skilled in the art can also set other numbers of heating petals 11 according to actual needs, preferably, the number of heating petals 11 can be 2-6, and excessive numbers of heating petals 11 can reduce the stability of the structure of the heater 1. The fastener 2 is arranged around the free ends of the heating lobes 11, the fastener 2 being arranged either on all heating lobes 11 or on part of the heating lobes 11. Of course, the fastener 2 may be used to connect two adjacent heating petals 11, and the length of the fastener 2 is changed by heating to adjust the distance between the heating petals 11, so as to change the size of the accommodating cavity 12. The connecting ends of two adjacent heating petals 11 are connected with each other through a connecting structure, and a reference is provided for the relative movement of the free ends of the heating petals 11, so that the relative positions of the heating petals 11 do not deviate greatly, and the heating petals 11 can work normally. When the fastener 2 is below the transition temperature, the distance between the free ends of the heating flaps 11 is greater, enabling the passage of the cigarettes 7 through the containing cavity 12. When the inner diameter of the fastener 2 becomes smaller after being heated, the free ends of the heating petals 11 are pressed to move relatively, and the distance between the free ends of the heating petals 11 becomes smaller, so that the cigarettes 7 can be gripped.
Fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another heater according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the heater 1 may be configured as a vortex, and when the heater 1 is driven by deformation of the fastener 2 after heating, the heater 1 moves along the vortex line, so that the space of the accommodating cavity 12 is reduced, and the cigarette 7 is clamped. When the fastener 2 is cooled and returns to the first configuration, the heater 1 moves along the spiral line due to its elasticity or other rebound means provided, and the accommodating chamber 12 is enlarged to smoothly take out the cigarettes 7.
In another alternative embodiment, the heater 1 is made of a flexible material. The heater 1 may be partially connected to the fastener 2, and deformation of the fastener 2 drives the heater 1 to deform to change the size of the accommodating chamber 12.
Preferably, the cigarette heating device further comprises an insulating layer 3, the insulating layer 3 being arranged between the heater 1 and the fastener 2, as shown in fig. 1-2. The provision of the heat insulating layer 3 prevents the heat of the heater 1 from affecting the fastener 2 and thus the sensitivity of the adjustment of the fastener 2, and also prevents the heat generated by the heater 1 from being excessively high to damage the fastener 2. Optionally, the insulating layer 3 is made of a flexible material or formed as a multi-flap to accommodate shape changes of the heater 1 and the fastener 2.
According to the cigarette heating device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fastener is arranged outside the heater, at least one part of the fastener is made of the memory alloy, and the fastener can be deformed by controlling the temperature of the memory alloy, so that the heater is pressed to deform so as to change the size of the accommodating cavity, and therefore, the cigarette can be clamped through the accommodating cavity. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for cigarettes with different size deviations, can realize automatic clamping of the cigarettes, improves the heating efficiency of the cigarettes, and improves the user experience.
Embodiment two:
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the structure of the fastener of the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the cigarette heating device of the embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the fastener 2 includes a plurality of memory alloy members 21 and at least one fixing member 22, the fixing member 22 being for connecting adjacent two memory alloy members 21. When a plurality of memory alloy members 21 and a plurality of fixing members 22 are included, a manner in which the memory alloy members 21 and the fixing members 22 are alternately connected to each other may be employed. By controlling the temperature of the different memory alloy members 21 (e.g., controlling the state of energization to the different memory alloy members 21), the fastener 2 can be made to have a plurality of different forms, and the accuracy of adjustment of the space size of the accommodation chamber 12 can be made higher.
The structures of the heater and the heat insulating layer in this embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, and will not be described here again.

Specifically, the cigarette sensor may be a microwave sensor, an infrared sensor, or the like, which is capable of detecting movement of an object or presence of an object. The control circuit 5 controls the power supply 4 to electrify and heat the memory alloy according to the entering signal, the fastener 2 is changed into a preset shape, the heater 1 clamps the cigarettes 7, and then the control circuit 5 controls the heater 1 to electrify and heat the cigarettes 7, so that smoke is generated.
Preferably, the electronic smoking article may further comprise a pressure sensor arranged on the cigarette heating means for detecting the pressure of the cigarette 7 against the heating means. The heat resistance of the pressure sensor should be fully considered when selecting the pressure sensor due to the higher operating temperature at the cigarette heating device. The control circuit 5 controls the power supply 4 to electrify and heat the memory alloy, the containing space is gradually reduced to contact and press the cigarette 7, and the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor is also gradually increased. The control circuit 5 adjusts the power for energizing and heating the memory alloy according to the pressure signal of the pressure sensor when the pressure represented by the pressure signal is smaller than the first threshold value, or increases the number of the energized memory alloy parts 21 to adjust the size of the accommodation space when the fastener 2 includes a plurality of memory alloy parts 21. When the pressure characterized by the pressure signal reaches a first threshold, the control circuit 5 controls the heater 1 to energize and heat the cigarettes 7. The specific value of the first threshold value can be determined by a person skilled in the art by routine experimentation, when the pressure reaches the first threshold value, the cigarettes 7 should be gripped by the heater 1.
Preferably, the electronic smoking article of the present embodiment further comprises a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the heater 1 and/or the cigarette 7 and generating a temperature signal. The control circuit 5 controls the heating power of the heating element 13 in the heater 1 according to the temperature signal so that the tobacco is heated at a proper temperature to generate smoke, and the heating temperature is prevented from being too high to generate more harmful substances.
When the heater 1 has a plurality of heating elements 13 therein, for example, when the heater 1 has a plurality of heating lobes 11 and the heating elements 13 in the respective heating lobes 11 are independent of each other, temperature sensors may be provided on the respective heating lobes 11, respectively. The control circuit 5 controls the heating power of the corresponding heating element 13 according to the temperature signals of the temperature sensors, so that all parts of the cigarette 7 can be heated uniformly.
Preferably, the electronic smoking set further comprises a display screen 6, wherein the display screen 6 is arranged on the shell of the electronic smoking set, so that a user can conveniently check the working state of the electronic smoking set.
