As shown in fig. 2, the counter base 3 includes: the device comprises a cantilever beam 36, an actuating rod 31 below the cantilever beam 36, and a connecting arm 37 connecting the cantilever beam 36 and the actuating rod 31, wherein the tail end of the actuating rod 31 is provided with an outwards protruding end part, one end of the cantilever beam 36 is connected with a counter base 3, the other end of the cantilever beam 36 is arranged in a suspending manner, an actuating pawl 32 is arranged at the cantilever beam at one suspending end, the tail end of the actuating pawl 32 is outwards inclined and stretches into a position disc ratchet 51, when a user presses an aluminum pot (not shown in the figure), the aluminum pot has downward pressure on the tail end part of the actuating rod 31, and when the actuating rod 31 moves downwards, the actuating pawl 32 can be driven to move downwards, so that the actuating pawl 32 drives the position disc ratchet 51 to rotate a unit to finish one count; the push button is internally provided with a guide rib (not shown in the figure) which is matched with the guide back-off 38 of the actuating rod to have a guide effect on the actuating rod 31 of the counter base, so that the actuating rod 31 can only move up and down.
The outer side wall of the push button 1 is provided with a gear shaft hole 12, a gear shaft 41 of the gear 4 is inserted into the gear shaft hole 12, and the gear 4 is respectively meshed with the unit disc gear 5 and the ten-position disc gear 6. The number of teeth of the unit disc gear 5 is two, and the two teeth are arranged at 180 degrees. When the rotation of the unit disc ratchet 51 is accumulated to 180 degrees, one tooth of the unit disc gear 5 can drive the gear 4 to rotate by one tooth, and accordingly, the gear 4 drives the ten-position disc gear 62 to rotate by one tooth, so that the ten-position disc 6 is counted once.
Further, a counter housing 7 is arranged on the outer side of the counter base 3, the counter housing 7 is clamped on the side wall of the push button 1, a plurality of housing bayonets 11 are formed in the side wall of the push button, housing buckles 72 are correspondingly arranged on one side, close to the push button, of the counter housing 7, and the positions and the sizes of the housing bayonets 11 are matched with those of the housing buckles 72. In the mounting process, the housing buckle 72 is simply engaged with the housing bayonet 11.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the counter base 3 is further provided with a unit disc anti-rotation pawl 33 and a tens disc anti-rotation pawl 34, and the end of the unit disc anti-rotation pawl 33 and the end of the tens disc anti-rotation pawl 34 are inclined outwards and extend into the unit disc ratchet 51 and the tens disc ratchet 61 respectively. Because each wheel disc of the ratchet wheel is inclined at a certain angle, the unit disc ratchet wheel 51 and the ten-position disc ratchet wheel 61 can only rotate along one direction and cannot rotate. Specifically, in the initial state, the end of the unit-disc anti-rotation pawl 33 and the end of the tens-disc anti-rotation pawl 34 are both located at the lowest position of the ratchet wheel disc, and the pawl can move from low to high only when the ratchet wheel rotates in the set direction. Once the ratchet wheel is reversed, the pawl cannot cross the highest point of the ratchet wheel disc, and the ratchet wheel cannot rotate due to the interference action of the unit-disc anti-rotation pawl 33 and the ten-disc anti-rotation pawl 34, so that the function of preventing rotation is achieved.
In the present invention, a display window 71 is provided at the counter housing 7, and a transparent cover plate 8 is provided at the display window 71. The transparent cover plate 8 adopts a convex lens. In the initial use state, the display window 71 displays an initial value, and the user can more clearly see the value of the counter through the convex lens. A shielding plate 63 is provided at the tooth end of the tens wheel gear 6. At the shielding plate 63, the ten-position disc gear 6 has no tooth number, and the gear 4 cannot drive the ten-position disc gear 6 to rotate, i.e., it is set that the liquid medicine in the device is used up when the counter reaches the shielding plate 63. For the convenience of the user, the shielding plate 63 may be colored in a relatively clear color such as red, and finally displayed through the display window 71. The shutter 63 completely conceals the counter display window 71 and indicates to the user that the medical fluid has been used and that the user can discard the device in a clear color.
