Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric spray guns, in particular to a spray gun assembly, a spray device and a cleaning device thereof.
Background
An electric spray gun is an electric tool that sprays various low-viscosity liquids into a mist. The lithium battery power supply is adopted to drive the water pump device, so that the liquid is pumped up from the container. And high pressure is formed, the spray nozzle sprays at high speed, atomizes and adheres to the surface of an object, and the spraying process is completed. But its function is limited to spraying and liquid ejecting bodies and cannot be used in combination with some other liquid ejecting apparatuses and cleaning apparatuses thereof.
The existing connector for liquid is generally complex in connection mode, has insufficient tightness, can generate water leakage and the like, is not suitable for an electric spray gun, realizes the combined use of a spray gun device and other liquid spraying devices and cleaning devices thereof, and limits the application range of the spraying device.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a spray gun assembly, a liquid spraying device and a cleaning device thereof, wherein the spray gun assembly can realize the function of quick connection or disassembly and effectively prevent liquid leakage.

The connector assembly 7 is connected with the liquid outlet of the spray gun body 1, the connector assembly 7 comprises a first connector 71 and a second connector 72 which can be locked and connected or detached with each other, the first connector 71 comprises a hollow first connector body 711 and a push rod 712, the push rod 712 is elastically connected in the first connector body 711 through an elastic assembly 714 in a mode that a push rod limiting nut 713 is in threaded connection with one end of the first connector body 711, at least two limiting protruding blocks 715 are arranged outside the first connector body 711, and the second connector 72 is provided with a sliding groove 721 respectively corresponding to the at least two limiting protruding blocks 715 and at least two bayonets 722 used for clamping the at least two limiting protruding blocks 715.
The working principle of the spray gun assembly 100 is that a trigger 5 drives a micro switch 4 to move to trigger a valve to be closed, a battery pack assembly 6 is intermittently and continuously powered to drive a water pump 2 to work, after the battery pack assembly 7 is connected, a first connector 71 is linearly inserted into a second connector 72 to be locked by an angle of rotation, a push rod 712 pushes the second connector 72 to be communicated with a liquid outlet, and the liquid can be quickly locked by rotating a certain angle, and liquid can flow out from the first connector 71 through a hollow first connector body 711; during disassembly, the first connector 71 is pushed towards the second connector 72, so that the limit bump 715 returns to the access position and reversely rotates, the first connector 71 and the second connector 72 can be separated, the spray gun assembly 100 can be connected to other equipment needing liquid at the moment, and the equipment can be arbitrarily disassembled and used only by installing the second connector 72 or the first connector 71 matched with the first connector 71 or the second connector 72, so that the spray gun assembly 100 is flexible and convenient to use, and wider in application range. The spray gun body 1 may also be provided with a spray head connected to the connector assembly 7 for directly spraying the liquid.
When liquid is fed, the trigger 5 is pulled to open the liquid inlet valve, the trigger 5 is continuously pulled, the trigger 5 is connected to the micro switch 4 in a contact manner to open the water pump 2, liquid is sprayed out through the liquid outlet via the connector assembly 7, after liquid feeding is completed, the trigger 5 is loosened to reset, and the liquid inlet valve is closed.
The bayonet 722 has an access position in which the limit bump 715 slides in from the chute 721, and a lock position in which the limit bump 715 reaches, the access position being adjacent to the lock position.
At least two of the bayonets 722 are each disposed adjacent to at least two of the slots 721.
The limiting bump 715 slides to the chute 721 and rotates 30 ° -90 ° along the first direction to reach the access position, after the access, one end of the ejector rod 712 is pressed against the second connector 72, and the other end is forced by the elastic member 76, so that the limiting bump 715 is limited to be located at the locking position. After locking, the first connector body 711 and the second connector 72 are tightly pressed by the elastic component 76, so that loosening is prevented. When the first connector 71 is detached, the first connector 71 is pushed towards the second connector 72, so that the limit bump 715 returns to the access position and rotates in the direction opposite to the first direction, and the first connector 71 and the second connector 72 can be separated.
A locking step 723 is provided between the locking position and the access position. The locking step 723 limits the width of the locking position to be slightly larger than the width of the limit bump 715, and the width of the access position to be larger than the width of the limit bump 715, so that the limit bump 715 can freely move in the access position, but cannot freely move in the locking position.
The first connector body 711 is provided with a housing 73 at the periphery thereof. The housing 73 is screwed to the first connector body 711.
The periphery of the ejector rod 712 is provided with a first groove, and a first sealing ring 717 is arranged in the first groove; the first connector body 711 has a second groove at its periphery, and a second seal ring 718 is disposed in the second groove. The first and second sealing rings 717, 718 prevent outflow and leakage of liquid from the tube.
The outer end of the first connector body 711 or the second connector body 72 is connected to the liquid spraying pipe 74. The water tank 75 is connected to the inlet of spray gun body 1, still be equipped with elasticity pocket 751 on the water tank 75, braces couple 752, spray gun couple 753, braces couple 754 down, wherein, elasticity pocket 751 is used for placing, accomodating some scattered article, and water tank 75 has the braces, and braces couple 752, braces couple 754 down are used for installing the braces on the braces, and spray gun body 1 can be placed to spray gun couple 753.
As shown in fig. 3, the present disclosure further provides a liquid spraying device, which includes the spray gun assembly 100, the connecting rod assembly 200, and the nozzle assembly 300, wherein one end of the nozzle assembly 300 is connected to one end of the connecting rod assembly 200, the other end of the connecting rod assembly 200 has a connecting rod joint 21, and the connecting rod joint 21 can be mutually locked with and connected to or detached from the first connecting joint 71 or the second connecting joint 72. When the liquid outlet of the spray gun body 1 is connected with the first connector 71, the connector 21 is a connector consistent with the structure of the second connector 72, when the liquid outlet of the spray gun body 1 is connected with the second connector 72, the connector 21 is a connector consistent with the structure of the first connector 71, the connector assembly 200 can be conveniently detached from the spray gun assembly 100 through the connector 21, the other end of the connector assembly 200 is provided with a universal connector on the market, the connector can be a standard connector, any equipment needing liquid can be connected, the equipment can be selected according to actual needs, and the equipment can be used for watering, spraying and the like.
As shown in fig. 4, the present disclosure further provides a cleaning apparatus including the liquid spraying apparatus as described above, and further including a cleaning assembly 400, wherein the cleaning assembly 400 is connected to the other end of the nozzle assembly 300. The cleaning assembly 400 may be a mop or the like and the liquid may be a cleaning liquid or the like.
