The air curtain temperature obtaining device in the embodiment is connected with the temperature control piece, and when the temperature of the air curtain airflow does not accord with the target value, the temperature of the air curtain airflow is adjusted through the temperature control piece.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 1, the air curtain temperature adjustable air curtain range hood according to the present embodiment is different from the above embodiment in that at least part of the power of the air flow required for forming the air curtain by the air curtain device is provided by the fan device, the air curtain device is disposed in the cavity formed by the casing 1 of the air curtain range hood, and the air curtain device has a structure with a through cavity inside. By the air curtain range hood disclosed by the embodiment, the air flow source of the air curtain device is improved, so that at least part of air exhausted by the range hood is led into the air curtain device to become the air flow source of the air curtain. The gas entering the air curtain device has kinetic energy, rather than being solely dependent on the kinetic energy provided by the air curtain device, so that the energy required for forming the air curtain airflow is obviously smaller, and the energy conservation and the environmental protection are facilitated. Further, the air curtain range hood introduced in this embodiment sets up the air curtain device in the inside of range hood, can hide the air curtain device effectively, avoids causing the influence to the outward appearance of range hood. In addition, the design can shorten the distance between the air curtain device and the fan device, ensure that the air flow power generated by the fan device can efficiently send the air flow into the air curtain device and be discharged from the air outlet of the air curtain device, and realize the function of the air curtain before the air flow performance is obviously reduced.
Further, in the air curtain range hood according to the present embodiment, the air inlet 21 of the air curtain device is communicated with the air duct 32 of the fan device, and the air inlet 21 of the air curtain device is arranged facing the air flow direction in the air duct 32 of the fan device, preferably, the angle between the air inlet 21 of the air curtain device and the air flow direction in the air duct 32 of the fan device ranges from 90 ° to 180 °. The air flow kinetic energy at the position of the air outlet 33 of the fan device is the largest, the air flow performance at the position is the most stable, and the air flow at the position is fully purified under the condition that the purifying device is arranged in the range hood, and the range hood is more suitable for being used as an air curtain air flow because the oil smoke contained in the range hood is very limited.
Further, the air curtain device described in this embodiment includes an air inlet portion 24 and a guide portion 26 that are communicated with each other, and the air inlet portion 24 is connected to the fan device, so that the air flow in the fan device is led into the air curtain device. At least a portion of the air intake 24 is disposed within the duct 32 of the fan assembly. Preferably, the air inlet 24 and/or the guide 26 are mainly duct-like structures.
Further, in the range hood according to the present embodiment, the air inlet portion 24 and the guide portion 26 are connected through the transition portion 25, the axis of the air inlet portion 24 and/or the axis of the guide portion 26 mainly extend along the straight line direction, and the transition portion 25 has a certain bending angle, so as to change the air flow direction in the air curtain device. Preferably, the included angle between the extending direction of the guiding portion 26 along the direction of the air flow inside the guiding portion and the air outlet direction of the air curtain device is 90-180 degrees. Preferably, the transition portion 25 is in a pipe shape, and the air inlet portion 24, the transition portion 25 and the guide portion 26 are integrally provided.
Through the air curtain range hood that this embodiment introduced, the structure to the air curtain device has been designed, and the structural design of multistage makes each section play its function can guarantee the suitability with other sections simultaneously. The main function of the air inlet part is to effectively separate part of air flow in the fan device, and the extending direction of the air flow is along the direction of the air flow in the fan device, so that the separated air flow can enter the air curtain device without changing the flowing direction, and the resistance of the air flow entering the air curtain device is greatly reduced. The design of the guide and the transition portion enables an effective change of the flow direction of the air flow, and the guide portion is preferably a tubular structure extending in a straight direction, enabling a reduction of the air flow resistance in the guide portion.
Example six
As shown in fig. 1, the air curtain range hood of the present embodiment is different from the above embodiment in that the air curtain device includes an air storage part 27 for adjusting the distribution of air therein, an air outlet 23 of the air curtain device is provided on the air storage part 27, and the air storage part 27 forms a part of an air duct of the air curtain device.
Further, in the range hood according to the present embodiment, the cavity inside the air storage portion 27 is annular, and the annular cavity of the air storage portion 27 is disposed around the air intake (the lower middle portion of the structure shown in fig. 1) of the range hood.
By adding the design of the air storage part to the air curtain range hood introduced by the embodiment, the air flow led out from the fan device is led into the air storage part, and the air flow direction is redistributed, so that the air flow is discharged from the air curtain device from a proper position. The wind storage part is of annular structural design, the air suction inlet of the range hood is arranged at the annular central position, and then the air outlets of the air curtain device can be arranged at a plurality of positions around the air suction inlet, so that the flexible arrangement of the air outlet position of the air curtain device is facilitated, and the air outlet of the air curtain device can be arranged at a position which is narrow and has a complex structure.
Further, the constituent parts of the chamber inside the air storage portion 27 of the range hood according to the present embodiment include a smoke collecting chamber cover 4 enclosing a smoke collecting chamber, a housing member 11 connected to the smoke collecting chamber cover 4 at the periphery thereof, and a closing member 5 provided opposite to the smoke collecting chamber cover 4 and connected to the housing member 11. The number of housing components 11 and/or fume chamber cover 4 and/or closure 5 is at least one. Preferably, the guide 26 communicates with the cavity inside the reservoir 27 through the closure 5/plenum cover plate 4/housing member 11. The air storage part 27 is designed to be formed by the smoke collecting cavity cover plate 4 and a part of the shell at intervals, so that the space of the equipment is effectively utilized, more functions are given to the equipment parts, and the arrangement of an air curtain device is avoided to increase the structural burden of the equipment.
Further, in the range hood according to the present embodiment, the air outlet direction of the air outlet 23 of the air curtain device is adjustable. An air deflector (not shown in the figure) is arranged at the position of the air outlet 23 of the air curtain device, and the extending direction of the air deflector is adjustable. Preferably, the number of the air outlets 23 of the air curtain devices is plural, and the air outlets 23 of the air curtain devices are arranged around the smoke collecting cavity of the air curtain kitchen ventilator.
Example seven
As shown in fig. 1, the air curtain type range hood of the present embodiment is different from the above-described embodiment in that the air curtain device includes a purifying unit 6 that purifies the air in the air duct inside thereof. Preferably, the impurity removing unit 6 is connected to the guide 26. The design of the impurity removing unit is added, so that the cleanliness of the air curtain air flow can be further ensured.
Further, the range hood according to the present embodiment has the impurity removing unit 6 connected to a side of the guide portion 26 near the wind storage portion 27. The air inlet of the air curtain device is far away from the impurity removing unit to a certain extent, and the obstruction of the air flow entering the air curtain device caused by the arrangement of the impurity removing unit is avoided.
Further, the impurity removing unit of the range hood according to the present embodiment includes an impurity removing unit switch (not shown in the figure) for controlling the operation state of the impurity removing unit, and the impurity removing unit switch controls whether the impurity removing unit is connected to the air duct of the air curtain device. When the impurity removing unit switch is triggered to be in an on state, the impurity removing unit is connected into the air duct of the air curtain device, so that the impurity removing function is realized. When the impurity removing unit switch is triggered to be in a closed state, the impurity removing unit is connected out of the air duct of the air curtain device. The impurity removing unit is connected with the air outlet channel, so that the air flow resistance in the air curtain device can be reduced, and the air flow mobility of the air curtain device is increased.
Further, in the range hood according to the present embodiment, the impurity removing unit switch controls the degree to which the impurity removing unit is connected to the air duct of the air curtain device. The impurity removing unit in this embodiment includes a multi-layer structure, and each layer can realize a certain impurity removing function. Preferably, the structure of the multi-layer impurity removing units is the same, and the number of layers of the impurity removing units connected to the air duct of the air curtain device can be controlled by the switch of the impurity removing units. When the multi-layer impurity removing unit is connected into the air duct, the impurity removing function is realized together, and the impurity removing effect is ensured. When the number of layers of the impurity removing units connected into the air duct is small, the minimum flowability loss of the air flow can be ensured. Wherein the impurity removing unit can be a device with a filtering function.
Further, the impurity removing unit of the curtain fume extractor of the present embodiment may be a deflectable laminar structure disposed in the air duct of the air curtain device. When the impurity removing function is realized, the lamellar structure is turned over to be in a certain angle (preferably perpendicular) with the air flow direction, and when the impurity removing function is not required to be realized, the lamellar structure is turned over to be parallel with the air flow direction.
Example eight
The air curtain kitchen ventilator of the embodiment is different from the above embodiment in that the air curtain device includes a switch part for controlling on-off of an internal air duct. The switch part for controlling the on-off of the air duct is added, so that a user can select whether the air curtain exists or not.
Further, the curtain kitchen ventilator of this embodiment is described, and its switch portion is set on the guide portion. Preferably, the switching section performs on/off control by a pressure difference across the switching section. The switch part of the air curtain device is designed as a pressure control switch, so that when the wind pressure in the fan device reaches a certain degree, the equipment automatically opens the air curtain device. On the one hand, the increase of the wind pressure in the fan device indicates that the suction force of the range hood is increased, the fan is adjusted to a higher gear, the risk of oil smoke overflow is increased, and at the moment, the air curtain device is automatically opened when the air curtain is matched. When the wind pressure in the fan device is reduced to a certain value, the switch part is closed.
Example nine
The air curtain kitchen ventilator of the embodiment is different from the above embodiment in that at least a part of the switch part of the air curtain device is disposed at the outer side of the air curtain kitchen ventilator, and a user can implement triggering operation on the switch part to realize the air curtain function of closing/opening the air curtain device.
Further, the air curtain range hood in the present embodiment includes a position acquisition unit that acquires a user position. The gas condition acquisition means includes an atmosphere acquisition switching unit for controlling whether it is on or not.
Further, in the air curtain range hood of this embodiment, the position acquisition unit is connected to the atmosphere acquisition switch unit and controls the working state of the gas condition acquisition device. When the position acquisition unit acquires that the first distance between the user and the air curtain range hood reaches/does not reach a corresponding threshold value, the atmosphere acquisition switch unit controls the air curtain device and/or the impurity removal unit and/or the gas condition acquisition device to be turned on/off and/or prompts to acquire a result and/or prompt operation advice.

Preferably, the first distance is a distance between an air curtain air outlet of the air curtain range hood and a user.
The air curtain range hood introduced by the embodiment is provided with a position acquisition unit. Preferably, the position acquisition unit is connected with the air curtain device, and when the position acquisition unit acquires that the state of the human body reaches a threshold value, the air curtain device is controlled to be opened. Or the switch unit is connected with the position acquisition unit, and when the position acquisition unit acquires that the state of the human body reaches the threshold value, the gas condition acquisition device is controlled to be started. This control is advantageous in reducing the burden on the system.
In addition, the air curtain range hood described in this embodiment has the function of not only incorporating the position of the user into one of the conditions for controlling the opening of the air curtain, but also limiting the specific mode of operation thereof. On one hand, whether the air curtain is meaningful to the user can be judged through the air outlet of the air curtain or the distance between equipment and the user. If the user is in the vicinity of the device, the user may be affected by the oil smoke or water vapor. Or when the user's location is in the vicinity of the device, there is a high probability that the oil smoke or water vapor will have an effect on the user.
Examples ten
The difference between the air curtain range hood of the embodiment and the above embodiment is that the position obtaining unit controls the working state of the impurity removing unit and/or prompts to obtain the result and/or prompts to operate the suggestion according to the first distance and the result obtained by the gas condition obtaining device.
Further, in the air curtain range hood in this embodiment, the position obtaining unit obtains the first distance and the result obtained by the gas condition obtaining device, determines whether the gas condition of the air curtain airflow affects the user, and if the determination result is yes, adjusts the working state of the impurity removing unit and/or prompts to obtain the result and/or prompts to operate the suggestion.
Example eleven
The air curtain type range hood of the present embodiment is different from the above embodiment in that it includes an air curtain device for forming an air curtain, and a gas condition acquisition device for acquiring the composition/content of gas components. The atmosphere acquisition device comprises a first gas condition acquisition device for acquiring the composition/content of the gas components in the working area of the air curtain type range hood and a second gas condition acquisition device for acquiring the composition/content of the gas components in the non-working area of the air curtain type range hood. The working area comprises at least one part of the air suction range of the air suction opening of the air curtain type range hood, and the non-working area comprises at least one part of the upper side and/or the front side and/or the left side and/or the right side and/or the lower side of the air curtain type range hood and the parts above.
The working area and the non-working area are defined by the air curtain range hood introduced by the embodiment. The environment surrounding the range hood is divided into at least two parts. The vicinity of the air suction opening is used as a working area, the position is the suction range of the range hood, the gas at the position is sucked into the range hood to a large extent, and the gas at the position can indicate the target gas composition of the range hood.
Further, the air curtain range hood described in this embodiment includes a fan device for generating an air flow. The control device is connected with the air curtain device and/or the gas condition acquisition device, and adjusts the working state of the air curtain device and/or prompts the judgment result and/or prompts the operation suggestion according to the data acquired by the gas condition acquisition device. And the control device controls the working state of the gas condition acquisition device and/or the air curtain device according to the working state of the fan device. Preferably, the operating state of the air curtain device comprises an on and/or off state. When the fan device is in the off state, the control device closes the gas condition acquisition device and/or the air curtain device.
Example twelve
The difference between the air curtain range hood of the present embodiment and the above embodiments is that the adjustment of the control device is based on the data generated by the air curtain device and/or the gas condition acquiring device at the same time. Preferably, the data is real-time data and the adjustment is a real-time adjustment.
Or the adjustment of the control device is based on data generated for the same time period of the air curtain device and/or the gas condition acquisition device. Preferably, the data is a calculated value within a predetermined time, and the adjustment is an intermittent adjustment. Further preferably, the specified time includes a time that the device automatically acquires and/or a time set by a user.
The air curtain range hood according to the embodiment may be configured such that the data acquired by the air condition acquiring device is acquired in real time, and the control of the control device may be based on the real-time data or calculation data within a certain period of time, such as average calculation. This design enriches the control modes of the device, and specific embodiments can be set automatically by the system or selected by the user.

The air curtain range hood of the embodiment is different from the above embodiment in that the first gas condition obtaining device generates first data according to the working area gas, and the control device adjusts the working state of the air curtain device and/or prompts to obtain a result and/or prompts to operate the suggestion according to the first data. Preferably, when the first data reaches/does not reach the corresponding threshold value, the air curtain device is controlled to be opened/closed and/or the obtained result is prompted and/or the operation suggestion is prompted.
Through the air curtain range hood introduced in this embodiment, when the first data is taken as the basis for investigation alone, if the first data reaches the corresponding threshold (corresponding to the case of serious oil smoke), the air curtain is selected to be opened no matter what the second data is. At this time, the situation that the oil smoke is seriously leaked to the non-working area is considered, and if the oil smoke is not started, the risk of leakage of the oil smoke to the non-working area is increased, so that the use environment of a user is influenced. And when the oil smoke exhauster works at a certain moment, the relation between the first data and the second data meets the condition of closing the air curtain, for example, when the oil smoke content reflected by the second data is larger than the oil smoke content reflected by the first data, the control device closes the air curtain or recommends a user to close the air curtain so as to suck the oil smoke in the non-working area into the oil smoke exhauster, and the overall environmental improvement is realized.
Examples fourteen
The air curtain range hood is different from the air curtain range hood in the embodiment in that the first air condition acquiring device generates first data according to the air in the working area, the second air condition acquiring device generates second data according to the air in the non-working area, the control device judges according to the first data, the second data and corresponding threshold values, and the working state of the air curtain device is adjusted according to the judging result and/or the judging result is prompted and/or the operation suggestion is prompted. Preferably, if the comparison result between the first data and the second data exceeds the corresponding threshold value, the air curtain device opening and/or prompting judgment result and/or prompting suggestion of opening the air curtain device are adjusted.
Further, if the comparison result between the first data and the second data does not exceed the corresponding threshold value, the air curtain device closing and/or prompting judgment result and/or prompting suggestion of closing the air curtain device are adjusted. At this time, the air curtain is closed or the user is recommended to close the air curtain so as to suck the oil smoke in the non-working area together. Furthermore, the invention defines the non-working area as the area where the user is located, and is in front of the range hood and the cooking bench, thereby being beneficial to fully taking the environment where the user is located into the investigation range.
Example fifteen
The air curtain range hood of the embodiment is different from the above embodiment in that the air curtain range hood comprises a impurity removing device which is arranged in the air curtain device, and the impurity removing capability judging device is used for judging the impurity removing capability of the impurity removing device through the data obtained by the gas condition obtaining device. When the impurity removing device is insufficient in impurity removing capability, the impurity removing device may need to be replaced and cleaned, or the oil smoke near the kitchen range is heavy at the moment, and the fan device of the adjusting device increases the air sucking capability. The invention further introduces a device/unit with adjustable impurity removing capability, and when the device/unit is combined with the device/unit, the air curtain range hood can control the impurity removing capability of the device/unit through the result obtained by the gas condition obtaining device so as to ensure the impurity removing effect under different use conditions.
Further, the gas condition acquiring device in the embodiment comprises a working area gas condition acquiring device for acquiring the composition/content of the gas components in the working area of the air curtain type range hood and an air duct gas condition acquiring device for acquiring the composition/content of the gas components in the air duct of the air curtain type range hood. The air duct comprises an air curtain air duct of the air curtain device. The gas condition acquisition device is designed to at least comprise a working area gas condition acquisition device and an air duct gas condition acquisition device, so that the condition of target gas components in the working area and the condition of gas components in the air duct are comprehensively investigated, and the cleaning effect of the impurity removal device on target substances can be effectively shown. In this case, the air duct air condition acquiring means is preferably provided on a side of the impurity removing device which communicates with the air duct outlet.
Further, the air duct air condition acquiring device in the embodiment comprises an air curtain air duct air condition acquiring device for acquiring the composition/content of the air component in the air curtain air duct. The air duct air condition acquisition device comprises a first air duct air condition acquisition device which acquires one side of the air curtain air duct, which moves towards the impurity removal unit, of the air flow. The impurity removal capacity judging device compares the data acquired by the first air duct gas condition acquiring device with the data acquired by the working area gas condition acquiring device, and when the comparison result of the data and the data does not exceed a threshold value, the impurity removal capacity of the impurity removal device is good. According to the air curtain range hood disclosed by the embodiment, the first air duct gas condition acquisition device is added in the air duct of the air curtain device and is used for inspecting the air flow quality of the air curtain, and the inspected result can be that the air curtain air flow quality is good and the air curtain range hood can be normally used, or the air curtain air flow quality is poor, and the corresponding impurity removal device and/or impurity removal unit impurity removal capacity adjustment is carried out according to the first air duct gas condition acquisition device, or the user is prompted about the poor quality. Further, when the device adjusts the impurity removing capability of the impurity removing device and/or the impurity removing unit to the limit set by the system, the device prompts the user of the current condition and reminds the user of checking.
The air curtain range hood is different from the above embodiments in that the air duct gas condition acquiring device comprises an air curtain air duct gas condition acquiring device for acquiring the composition/content of the gas component in the air curtain air duct, and the air duct gas condition acquiring device comprises a second air duct gas condition acquiring device for acquiring one side of the air curtain air duct, which is away from the movement of the impurity removing unit, of the air flow.
Further, the impurity removal capability determining device in this embodiment compares the data acquired by the second air duct gas condition acquiring device with the data acquired by the working area gas condition acquiring device, and when the result of comparison between the two does not exceed the threshold value, the impurity removal capability of the impurity removing device and/or the impurity removing unit is good.
The second air duct gas condition acquisition device is added in the air duct of the air curtain device, and the data acquired by the second air duct gas condition acquisition device is compared with the data acquired by the working area gas condition acquisition device, so that further investigation on the impurity removal capability of the impurity removal device and/or the impurity removal unit can be realized. The investigation result at this time is more intuitive.
The air duct gas condition acquisition device comprises an air curtain air duct gas condition acquisition device used for acquiring the composition/content of gas components in the air curtain air duct, the air duct gas condition acquisition device comprises a first air duct gas condition acquisition device used for acquiring one side of the air curtain air duct, which moves towards the impurity removal unit, of the air flow, and the air duct gas condition acquisition device comprises a second air duct gas condition acquisition device used for acquiring one side of the air curtain air duct, which moves away from the impurity removal unit, of the air flow.
Further, the impurity removal capability judging device in this embodiment compares the data acquired by the first air duct gas condition acquiring device with the data acquired by the second air duct gas condition acquiring device, and when the result of the comparison between the data and the data does not exceed the threshold value, the impurity removal capability of the impurity removal unit is good. And comparing the data between the first air duct gas condition acquisition device and the second air duct gas condition acquisition device, so that the impurity removal capability of the impurity removal unit can be independently inspected.
