The hard crystallization point is generated on the surface of the limit bolt (3) by adopting a heat treatment method of laser instant point heating and instant cooling, and the method for generating the hard crystallization point can be completed by adopting main heat treatment processing technologies of powder metallurgy, blasting metallurgy and electrochemical treatment according to different materials of the limit bolt (3) and different requirements on locking and looseness prevention.
