A main body part (10), wherein the main body part (10) is used for filling human bones;
The positioning piece (20) is movably arranged on the main body part (10), the positioning piece (20) is provided with an initial position and a positioning position, when the positioning piece (20) is positioned at the initial position, at least part of the positioning piece (20) is arranged in the main body part (10) so as to enable the positioning piece (20) to avoid the bone setting, and when the positioning piece (20) is positioned at the positioning position, at least part of the positioning piece (20) protrudes out of the outer surface of the main body part (10) to enable the positioning piece (20) to be connected with the bone;
The main body part (10) is provided with a second positioning hole (12), and the main body part (10) is provided with a plurality of through holes which are communicated with the second positioning hole (12) so that bone fragments enter the through holes in the process of entering the bone of the main body part (10);
The positioning piece (20) is rotatably arranged on the main body part (10) so as to enable the positioning piece (20) to rotate to the initial position or the positioning position;
The main body part (10) is provided with a first positioning hole (11), and at least part of the positioning piece (20) is movably arranged in the first positioning hole (11), when the positioning piece (20) is positioned at the initial position, the positioning piece (20) is hidden in the first positioning hole (11), and when the positioning piece (20) is positioned at the positioning position, at least part of the positioning piece (20) extends out of the first positioning hole (11);
The second positioning hole (12) extends along the extending direction of the main body part (10), the second positioning hole (12) is communicated with the first positioning hole (11), when the positioning piece (20) is at the initial position, at least part of the positioning piece (20) is positioned in the second positioning hole (12), and the bone filling prosthesis further comprises:
The driving piece (30) is used for being arranged in the second positioning hole (12) so as to push the positioning piece (20) to move from the initial position to the positioning position through the driving piece (30) in the process that the driving piece (30) enters the second positioning hole (12).

The bone filling prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the positioning member (20) comprises a positioning portion (21), the positioning portion (21) being located in the first positioning hole (11) when the positioning member (20) is in the initial position, the positioning portion (21) being provided protruding from an outer surface of the main body portion (10) when the positioning member (20) is in the positioning position, the positioning portion (21) being of a spike structure for penetrating into the bone.

The bone filling prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the positioning member (20) comprises a connecting portion (22) and a protruding portion, the connecting portion (22) being movably arranged on the main body portion (10), the protruding portion being arranged on the connecting portion (22), the protruding portion comprising a positioning portion (21) and a contact portion (23), the positioning portion (21) and the contact portion (23) being connected to each other so as to push the positioning portion (21) to a position protruding from the main body portion (10) by the driving member (30) coming into contact with the contact portion (23) during the driving member (30) entering the second positioning hole (12).

Bone filler prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the second positioning hole (12) is an internally threaded hole, and the driver (30) is provided with an externally threaded section adapted to the internally threaded hole, so that the driver (30) cooperates with the internally threaded hole by means of a threaded connection.

The bone filling prosthesis according to claim 4, wherein the driving member (30) is provided with a mounting hole (31), and the mounting hole (31) is located at an end of the driving member (30) so that the driving member (30) is driven to move in the internally threaded hole after the operating member is inserted into the mounting hole (31).
6. The bone filling prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the driver (30) comprises a tapered section and the second positioning hole (12) comprises a tapered hole section for connection by mating of the tapered hole section and the tapered section.

The bone filling prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the second positioning hole (12) comprises a first hole section (121) and a second hole section (122), the first hole section (121) and the second hole section (122) being arranged in communication, the first hole section (121) being a first cylindrical hole section, the second hole section (122) being a conical hole section, the cross-sectional area of the first cylindrical hole section being larger than the cross-sectional area of the conical hole section to form a first positioning step at the junction of the first cylindrical hole section and the conical hole section for abutment positioning of the driver (30) by the first positioning step.

The bone filling prosthesis according to claim 7, wherein the driver (30) comprises a first connection section (32) and a second connection section (33), the first connection section (32) being arranged in connection with the second connection section (33), the first connection section (32) being a first cylindrical section adapted to the first bore section (121), the second connection section (33) being a conical section adapted to the second bore section (122).

The bone filling prosthesis according to claim 8, wherein the driving member (30) comprises a first connecting section (32) and a second connecting section (33), the first connecting section (32) and the second connecting section (33) are connected, the second connecting section (33) is a conical section matched with the second hole section (122), the outer wall surface of the first connecting section (32) comprises an arc surface and a plane, the arc surface is connected with the plane, the arc surface is matched with the inner wall surface of the first hole section (121), and an avoidance section is formed between the plane and the inner wall surface of the first hole section (121) so as to avoid the positioning member (20) through the avoidance section.

The bone filling prosthesis according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the driver (30) further comprises a third connecting section (34), the third connecting section (34) being a second cylindrical section, the third connecting section (34) being located at an end of the first connecting section (32) remote from the second connecting section (33), the third connecting section (34) having a larger diameter than the first connecting section (32) to form a second positioning step at the junction of the third connecting section (34) and the first connecting section (32) to enable the second positioning step to be positioned in abutment with the end of the body portion (10).
11. The bone filling prosthesis according to claim 6, wherein the driving member (30) is further provided with a striking hole (35) so that the positioning member (20) is mounted in the second positioning hole (12) by the operating member striking the striking hole (35).
12. Bone filler prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of positioning elements (20) is a plurality, the plurality of positioning elements (20) being arranged on the body part (10) at annular intervals.
