A through groove 111 is formed at one side of the main cylinder 11, a rectangular locking hole 112 (see fig. 1) is formed at the other side, the through groove 111 penetrates through the side wall of the main cylinder 11, the through groove 111 extends along the length direction of the main cylinder 11, and one end of the through groove 111 penetrates through the top of the main cylinder 11. The rectangular locking hole 112 is located in the middle of the main cylinder 11.
