Abstract
The invention discloses a skin disinfectant, which is characterized in that: the disinfectant comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05-0.14% of benzalkonium chloride, 0.05-0.1% of azelastine hydrochloride, 0.04-0.06% of menthol and the balance of water, and can be widely used for sterilization, wound cleaning, skin allergy, dermatitis and pain and pruritus caused by common mosquito and insect bites. After being sprayed, the disinfectant can be quickly absorbed, sterilized and disinfected, and can quickly diminish inflammation and relieve itching without causing bad irritation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin disinfectant, in particular to a skin disinfectant with the functions of diminishing inflammation, sterilizing and the like.
Background
Skin(s)The total weight accounts for 5-15% of the body weight, and the total area is 1.5-2 m2The skin covers the whole body and protects various tissues and organs in the body from physical, mechanical, chemical and pathogenic microbial attacks. In daily life, skin is often easily damaged (such as abrasion, scald, mosquito bite, allergy caused inflammation and the like), and the wound surface needs to be cleaned and disinfected in time in the process.
At present, most of the disinfectant sprays sold in the market are single components, such as 75% ethanol, 0.12% -0.14% benzalkonium chloride, hydrogen peroxide, methyl violet, iodophor disinfectant and the like, and are mainly used for skin spray disinfection.
In addition, the prior art indicates that the novel disinfectant is formed by mixing the quaternary ammonium salt compound and the alcohol disinfectant, so that the aim of quickly disinfecting the alcohol disinfectant is kept, and the aim of persistently inhibiting bacteria of the quaternary ammonium salt compound disinfectant can be fulfilled. However, the alcohol disinfectant still exists in the disinfectant, although the content of the alcohol disinfectant is in the range specified in GB26373-2010 ethanol disinfectant sanitary Standard, the problems of dry skin, pruritus and the like caused by rapid dehydration of the alcohol disinfectant on the skin after use cannot be avoided, so that the application range of the mixed disinfectant of the quaternary ammonium salt compound and the alcohol disinfectant is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provides a skin disinfectant, which solves the problems of dry skin, pruritus and the like caused by disinfectant liquid to skin in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the skin disinfectant comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05-0.14% of benzalkonium chloride, 0.05-0.1% of azelastine hydrochloride, 0.04-0.06% of menthol and the balance of water.
The disinfectant comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.08-0.12% of benzalkonium chloride, 0.08-0.1% of azelastine hydrochloride, 0.04% of menthol and the balance of water.
A skin disinfectant is prepared by preparing 0.1-0.4% water solution of azelastine hydrochloride, preparing 0.1-0.4% benzalkonium chloride solution, mixing the two solutions, adding prepared Mentholum solution, mixing, adding purified water to the prescription amount, stirring, and filtering with 0.45 μm microporous membrane.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention removes the advantage that ethanol which is a single or partial component in the prior art can be quickly disinfected, but the problems of dry skin, pruritus and the like caused by the alcohol disinfectant serving as the main component of the skin disinfectant are not quite different, the disinfectant is prepared by mixing benzalkonium chloride, azelastine hydrochloride, menthol and water, the alcohol disinfectant is not used, the problems caused by the alcohol disinfectant are solved, meanwhile, the azelastine hydrochloride and the menthol are not conventional replacements of the alcohol disinfectant in the prior art, the menthol has the effects of promoting drug absorption, cooling and relieving itching, and the azelastine hydrochloride is a third-generation antihistamine medicine and is mainly used for anti-allergic reaction and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Has good effect on skin allergy and dermatitis caused by daily mosquito and insect bites (such as pimple, wheal, edematous erythema, blister, herpes simplex, petechia petechiae and the like at the bite part, accompanied with skin pruritus and stabbing pain of different degrees).
In combination with the above, the compound benzalkonium chloride disinfectant spray can be widely used for sterilization, disinfection, wound cleaning treatment, skin allergy, dermatitis, pain, pruritus and other symptoms caused by common mosquito and insect bites. After being sprayed, the disinfectant can be quickly absorbed, sterilized and disinfected, and can quickly diminish inflammation and relieve itching without causing bad irritation.
Detailed Description
