Abstract
The invention discloses a racket string and a green preparation method thereof, wherein the racket string is divided into a core layer, a braid layer and a cladding layer from inside to outside; wherein the core layer is composed of a plurality of core wires of sheath-core composite nylon fibers; the braided layer is composed of a plurality of sheath-core composite nylon monofilaments; the coating layer is a TPU resin layer. The invention has better integrity and rebound resilience of the wire body, and can well keep the original strength of the fiber. The TPU resin is coated on the outer layer, so that the rebound resilience and the wear resistance of the composite material can be well improved.

Background
The existing racket strings such as tennis rackets have defects in the aspects of rebound resilience, wear resistance and the like, influence the service performance and service life of the rackets and need to be further improved.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows:

The sheath-core composite nylon fiber of the core layer has an outer layer melting point of 200 ℃ and an inner layer melting point of 260 ℃; the sheath-core composite nylon monofilament of the braided layer has an outer layer melting point of 200 ℃ and an inner layer melting point of 260 ℃.
The core wire of the core layer is in a twisting form, and the twist is 10-50T/m; the braided layer is subjected to heat treatment in an oven at 200 deg.C.
A green preparation method of racket strings is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises the following steps:
(1) combining a plurality of sheath-core composite nylon fibers and twisting to form a core layer;
(2) weaving a plurality of sheath-core composite nylon monofilaments outside the core layer to form a woven layer for coating the core layer; then placing the braided layer-formed wire into a 200 ℃ oven for tension heat treatment, wherein the treatment speed is 10-50 m/min;
(3) and then coating a layer of TPU resin on the outer surface of the wire body, wherein the thickness is 0.05-0.5 mm.
The invention ensures that the whole racket line has higher strength and good rebound resilience. Because the sheath-core composite filament structure with high and low melting points is adopted for the sheath filament and the core filament, the sheath filament and the core filament can be well bonded together after tension heat treatment without being treated by acid chemical agents, the integrity of the filament body is better, the rebound resilience is better, and the original strength of the fiber can be well maintained. The TPU resin is coated on the outer layer, so that the rebound resilience and the wear resistance of the composite material can be well improved.

Detailed Description
A racket string is divided into a core layer 1, a braiding layer 2 and a covering layer 3 from inside to outside; wherein the core layer is composed of a plurality of core wires of sheath-core composite nylon fibers; the braided layer is composed of a plurality of sheath-core composite nylon monofilaments; the coating layer is a TPU resin layer.
The sheath-core composite nylon fiber of the core layer has an outer layer melting point of 200 ℃ and an inner layer melting point of 260 ℃; the sheath-core composite nylon monofilament of the braided layer has an outer layer melting point of 200 ℃ and an inner layer melting point of 260 ℃.
The core wire of the core layer is in a twisting form, and the twist is 10-50T/m; the braided layer is subjected to heat treatment in an oven at 200 deg.C.
A green preparation method of racket strings comprises the following steps:

A racket string, characterized by: the core layer, the weaving layer and the cladding layer are divided from inside to outside; wherein the core layer is formed by twisting a plurality of sheath-core composite nylon fibers; the braided layer is composed of a plurality of sheath-core composite nylon monofilaments; the coating layer is a TPU resin layer.

The racket string of claim 1 additionally comprising: the sheath-core composite nylon fiber of the core layer has an outer layer melting point of 200 ℃ and an inner layer melting point of 260 ℃; the sheath-core composite nylon monofilament of the braided layer has an outer layer melting point of 200 ℃ and an inner layer melting point of 260 ℃.
3. A racket string according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the core wire of the core layer is in a twisting form, and the twist is 10-50T/m; the braided layer is subjected to heat treatment in an oven at 200 deg.C.
4. A green manufacturing method of racket string as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: comprises the following steps:
(1) combining a plurality of sheath-core composite nylon fibers and twisting to form a core layer;
(2) weaving a plurality of sheath-core composite nylon monofilaments outside the core layer to form a woven layer for coating the core layer; then placing the wire body forming the braided layer into a 200 ℃ oven for tension heat treatment, wherein the treatment speed is 10-50 m/min;
(3) and then coating a layer of TPU resin on the outer surface of the wire body, wherein the thickness is 0.05-0.5 mm.
