Technical Field
The present invention relates to industrial kitchen faucets.
Background
The existing kitchen faucet, such as patent with patent number CN205424006U and patent name of kitchen faucet, comprises a shell, a water outlet end and a water outlet hose, wherein a fixed rod is arranged on the side wall of the shell, and the water outlet end is detachably connected with the fixed rod. And the elastic piece is sleeved on the water outlet hose, the elastic piece can give an upward force to the water outlet hose, and the water outlet hose can give an upward force to the water outlet end, so that the water outlet end can be well suspended in the air under the condition that no fixing rod is arranged, and the water outlet end is prevented from extending into the water tank. Although the elastic piece can support the water outlet hose, the elastic piece is sleeved outside the water outlet hose, so that the whole kitchen faucet is not attractive, and the elastic piece is inconvenient to clean.

In a preferred embodiment, the water outlet pipe is sleeved on the peripheries of the water outlet hose, the first support pipe and the second support pipe, and two ends of the water outlet pipe are respectively abutted against the water outlet nozzle assembly and the frame body.

In a preferred embodiment, the connecting joint assembly comprises a first connecting joint, a second connecting joint and a third connecting joint which are sequentially connected, wherein the first connecting joint is fixedly connected with one end of the water outlet hose, and the third connecting joint extends into the faucet body and is communicated with the water outlet channel.
In a preferred embodiment, the connector assembly further includes a connector bushing that is captured between the second connector and the swivel housing.
In a preferred embodiment, the bracket further comprises a magnetic attraction piece and a lining cover, the other end of the bracket body is provided with a containing cavity, the magnetic attraction piece is fixed in the containing cavity, the lining cover is connected with the magnetic attraction piece and covers the outer end face of the containing cavity, and the water outlet nozzle assembly comprises a magnetic attraction matching piece which is matched with the magnetic attraction of the magnetic attraction piece to detachably connect the water outlet nozzle assembly with the bracket.
In a preferred embodiment, the water nozzle assembly further comprises a hollow fixing seat, a first water outlet joint, a second water outlet joint, a sleeve and a water nozzle, wherein the second support tube is fixedly connected with the fixing seat, one end of the first water outlet joint is fixedly connected with the water outlet hose, the other end of the first water outlet joint is fixedly connected with the fixing seat and fixedly connected with one end of the second water outlet joint after penetrating through the fixing seat, the second water outlet joint extends into the water nozzle, the magnetic attraction fitting piece is sleeved outside the second water outlet joint and fixedly connected with the water nozzle, and the sleeve is sleeved on the periphery of the magnetic attraction fitting piece, and the top end of the sleeve abuts against the fixing seat.
In a preferred embodiment, the fixing seat is outwards protruded with a first convex edge, the sleeve is outwards protruded with a second convex edge, a yielding space is formed between the first convex edge and the second convex edge, a boss corresponding to the yielding space is arranged on the outer side of the lining cover, and the boss is located in the yielding space when the magnetic attraction piece is in magnetic attraction fit with the magnetic attraction matching piece.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a preferred embodiment of an industrial kitchen faucet includes a faucet body 10, a stand 20, a water outlet hose 30 and spout assembly, a first support tube 40 and a second support tube 50.
The faucet body 10 is provided with a cold water inlet channel 11, a hot water inlet channel 12 and a water outlet channel 13, and is internally provided with a valve seat 14 and a valve core 15. As shown in FIG. 5, the faucet body 10 is provided with an assembling cavity 16 and a side cavity 17, a bump 161 is arranged at the position corresponding to the side cavity 17 of the cavity wall of the assembling cavity 16, a groove 162 is arranged on the bump 161, a locking hole 163 is arranged on the bottom wall of the groove 162, the left end of the valve seat 14 is abutted against the groove 162, the left end of the valve seat 14 is in threaded connection with a screw 141, the screw 141 is in threaded connection with the locking hole 163 to fixedly connect the valve seat 14 with the faucet body 10, the bottom end of the valve seat 14 is connected with a cold water inlet pipe and a hot water inlet pipe, the cold water inlet pipe is the cold water inlet channel 11, the hot water inlet pipe is the hot water inlet channel 12, and the water outlet channel 13 is arranged at the top end of the valve seat 14. As shown in fig. 2, the kitchen faucet further comprises a first gland 18 and a second gland 19, wherein the first gland 18 is arranged in the side cavity 17 and is in threaded fit with the cavity wall of the side cavity 17, the left end of the first gland is pressed against the right end face of the valve seat 14, the valve core 15 extends into and passes through the first gland 18 from the side cavity 17 and is pressed against the right end face of the valve seat 14, and the second gland 19 is in threaded fit with the side cavity 17 so as to axially limit the valve core 15 and prevent the valve core 15 from being separated from the side cavity 17. As shown in fig. 2, the kitchen faucet further comprises a handle 1 and a handle seat 2, wherein the handle seat 2 is in threaded fit with a second gland 19, and the handle 1 is covered outside the handle seat 2 and fixedly connected with a valve rod of the valve core 15. The valve core 15 may be a water mixing valve core or a switching valve core, and the specific structure is the prior art and will not be described again.
One end of the water outlet hose 30 passes through one end of the bracket 20 and then is communicated with the water outlet channel 13, the other end of the water outlet hose 30 is connected with a water outlet nozzle assembly, and the water outlet nozzle assembly is detachably connected with the other end of the bracket 20. The first support tube 40 is fixedly connected with one end of the frame 21 and sleeved outside one end of the water outlet hose 30, and the second support tube 50 is fixedly connected with the water outlet nozzle assembly and sleeved outside the other end of the water outlet hose 30.
In this embodiment, the kitchen faucet further includes an outer water outlet pipe 60, and the outer water outlet pipe 60 is sleeved on the outer peripheries of the water outlet hose 30, the first support pipe 40 and the second support pipe 50, and two ends of the outer water outlet pipe are respectively abutted against the water outlet nozzle assembly and the frame 21. In this embodiment, the water outlet pipe 60 is made of rubber.
The bracket comprises a bracket body 21, and the bracket body 21 can rotate relative to the tap body 10.
In this embodiment, one end of the frame 21 is provided with a hollow rotation cavity 22, and is further provided with a connection joint assembly and a rotation sleeve 23, one end of the connection joint assembly is connected with the water outlet hose 30, the other end of the connection joint assembly is communicated with the water outlet channel 13, and the rotation sleeve 23 is sleeved outside the connection joint assembly and is in running fit with the rotation cavity 22.
In this embodiment, the connector assembly includes a first connector 24, a second connector 25 and a third connector 26, which are sequentially connected, the first connector 24 is fixedly connected with one end of the water outlet hose 30, and the third connector 26 extends into the faucet body 10 and is connected with the water outlet channel 13.
In this embodiment, the connector assembly further includes a connector bushing 27, and the connector bushing 27 is clamped between the second connector 25 and the rotating sleeve 23. As shown in fig. 5, the outer periphery of the second connecting joint 25 is provided with a first limiting block 251 and a second limiting block 252, a limiting groove 253 is formed between the two limiting blocks, the connecting joint bushing 27 is located in the limiting groove 253, the connecting joint bushing 27 is provided with a suspended protruding foot (not shown in the figure), the protruding foot is provided with a protruding buckle (not shown in the figure), the rotating sleeve 23 is provided with a matching groove (not shown in the figure), and the connecting joint bushing 27 and the rotating sleeve 23 are fixed together through the clamping matching of the protruding buckle and the matching groove. The top end of the tap body 10 is provided with a sink 111, the second limiting block 252 is located in the sink 111, the periphery of the second connecting joint 25 below the second limiting block 252 is in threaded engagement with the cavity wall of the assembly cavity 16, the bottom end of the third connecting joint 26 is in sealed butt engagement with the water outlet channel 13, the top end of the third connecting joint 26 extends into the second connecting joint 25 and is in sealed engagement with the second connecting joint, and the top ends of the first connecting joint 24 and the second connecting joint 25 are in threaded engagement. As shown in fig. 2, the top end of the rotating sleeve 23 is provided with a first step surface 231 and a second step surface 232 which are arranged at intervals up and down, as shown in fig. 3, the cavity wall of the rotating cavity 22 is provided with a third step surface 221 which can be abutted and matched with the first step surface 231, and the bottom end surface of the rotating cavity 22 is abutted against the second step surface 232. And, the outer periphery of the top end of the rotating sleeve 23 is further provided with a rotation limiting groove 233, the frame 21 is further provided with a through hole 211 communicated with the rotating cavity 22, and a limiting pin 212 is further provided, the limiting pin 212 is in threaded engagement with the through hole 211, and the bottom end of the limiting pin extends into the rotation limiting groove 233 so as to limit the rotation angle of the bracket 20.
In this embodiment, the first support tube 40 is fixedly connected to the rotating chamber 22, and the water outlet outer tube 60 abuts against the rotating chamber 22. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a fourth step surface 222 is provided at the top end of the cavity wall of the rotating cavity 22, one end of the water outlet outer pipe 60 abuts against the fourth step surface 222, the first support pipe is in threaded connection with the rotating cavity wall, a fifth step surface 223 is further provided on the cavity wall of the rotating cavity 22, and the bottom end of the first support pipe 40 abuts against the fifth step surface 223.
In this embodiment, the support 20 further includes a magnetic attraction member 28 and a lining cover 29, the other end of the support body 21 is provided with a containing cavity 213, the magnetic attraction member 28 is fixed in the containing cavity 213, and the lining cover 29 is connected with the magnetic attraction member 28 and covers the outer end surface of the containing cavity 213. As shown in fig. 6, the other end of the frame 21 is further provided with an arc portion 214 adapted to the shape of the liner cover 29, the arc portion 214 is provided with a plurality of positioning slots 215, the inner side surface of the liner cover 29 is provided with a plurality of positioning columns 291, and the positioning columns 291 are in positioning fit with the positioning slots 215.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the frame 21 is provided with a screw hole 216 connected with the accommodating cavity 213, and a positioning member 217 is further provided, the positioning member 217 is in threaded engagement with the screw hole 216 and the bottom surface of the positioning member is pressed against the outer periphery of the magnetic attraction member 28, as shown in fig. 7, the inner side surface of the liner cover 29 is provided with a buckle 292, and the outer periphery of the magnetic attraction member 28 is provided with a clamping groove 281, and the liner cover 29 is fixedly connected with the magnetic attraction member 28 through the clamping engagement of the buckle 292 and the clamping groove 281.
The spout assembly includes a magnetic engaging member 70 that engages the magnetic engaging member 28 by magnetic engagement of the magnetic engaging member 70 to removably connect the spout assembly to the bracket 20.
In this embodiment, the water nozzle assembly further includes a hollow fixing seat 71, a first water outlet connector 72, a second water outlet connector 73, a sleeve 74 and a water nozzle 75, where the second support tube 50 is fixedly connected with the fixing seat 71, one end of the first water outlet connector 72 is fixedly connected with the water outlet hose 30, the other end of the first water outlet connector 72 is fixedly connected with the fixing seat 71 and passes through the fixing seat 71 to be fixedly connected with one end of the second water outlet connector 73, the second water outlet connector 73 extends into the water nozzle 75, the magnetic attraction fitting 70 is sleeved outside the second water outlet connector 73 and is fixedly connected with the water nozzle 75, and the sleeve 74 is sleeved on the periphery of the magnetic attraction fitting 70 and the top end of the sleeve is abutted against the fixing seat 71.
In this embodiment, the fixing seat 71 is provided with a first convex edge 711 protruding outwards, the sleeve 74 is provided with a second convex edge 741 protruding outwards, a yielding space 712 is formed between the first convex edge 711 and the second convex edge 741, a boss 293 corresponding to the yielding space 712 is provided on the outer side of the liner cover 29, and the boss 293 is located in the yielding space 712 when the magnetic attraction piece 28 is magnetically attracted to the magnetic attraction mating piece 70.
The magnetic attraction member 28 may be a magnet, and the magnetic attraction mating member 70 may be a magnet, a metal material, a plastic member containing magnetic powder, or a material of the two members may be exchanged, which is not limited thereto.
The two ends of the water outlet hose 30 can be supported by the two support pipes to avoid the water outlet hose 30 from collapsing, so that the water outlet hose 30 can keep a certain radian, and the first support pipe 40 can provide an upward supporting force for the water outlet hose 30 and the water outlet nozzle assembly when the water outlet nozzle assembly is separated from the bracket 20 to avoid the water outlet nozzle assembly from extending into the water tank. Simultaneously, adopt two stay tubes to replace the elastic component among the prior art, can make kitchen tap's appearance more pleasing to the eye, the clearance is also more convenient.
Further, the water outlet pipe 60 is provided to further improve the aesthetic appearance of the entire kitchen faucet, and is not different from a general kitchen faucet in terms of appearance.
