Abstract
The invention discloses a film pasting marking method, which is used for collecting needed graphic characteristics and graphic characteristics which can be used as reference characteristics on a three-dimensional software CATIA and expanding the graphic characteristics into planar graphic data according to the needs. The collected data are printed on the transparent film according to the proportion of 1: 1, and the operation key points and cautions can be printed on the film in the form of characters and patterns according to the needs. After the transparent film is accurately pasted on the machine body structure, the operations of drawing lines, making holes, positioning and the like are carried out according to the patterns and the character information on the film. The film pasting marking method has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency and higher application precision on the surface of a single-curved-surface, curved-surface and planar-shaped machine body with small curvature. By printing the operational features and considerations on the film and attaching them to the corresponding structure for presentation to a line operator, the operation is made more efficient and the amount of out-of-tolerance is advantageously reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of line marking in aircraft manufacturing, in particular to a film pasting and marking method.
Background
A large amount of line drawing work is performed in the airplane assembly process, for example, the installation positions of standard parts such as rivets, bolts and the like are often required to be drawn; sometimes, part edge lines, part installation position lines and the like need to be drawn; sometimes, lines (measuring points, horizontal datum lines, symmetry axes, frame axes and the like) need to be drawn on the machine body, most of the line drawing work in actual production is to measure and draw lines by using a pencil and a steel ruler, and some of the line drawing work needs to draw lines by using special tools or line drawing templates. The manual measurement drawing precision is low, and some parts are difficult to find a proper reference for drawing; the tooling or the line drawing template has poor universality, high cost and long manufacturing period, and easily influences the production progress.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a film sticking and marking method. In the method, graphic features such as points and lines needing to be drawn and known features which can be used as a reference and are near a machine body are printed on a transparent film according to the proportion of 1: 1, and the transparent film is made of a material which has proper thickness and hardness, can cover the curved surface of the machine body and is not easy to stretch and deform. The adhesive layer is coated on the binding surface of the transparent film and the line drawing object, the adhesive has moderate viscosity, and not only can be used for sticking and fixing the film, but also is convenient for tearing the film, and can be stuck for many times.

By the technical means, the beneficial technical effects obtained by the invention are as follows: the cost is low, the efficiency is high, and a plurality of printing sheets can be printed at one time to meet the batch manufacturing requirement. The invention has higher application precision on the surface of a single-curved-surface, curved-surface and plane-shaped machine body with small curvature. A film pasting and marking method comprises the following steps:
(1) collecting data: acquiring required graphic characteristics and three-dimensional data such as graphic characteristics which can be used as a pasting reference on three-dimensional software CATIA, and unfolding the graphic characteristics into a plane graph according to the requirement;
(2) printing a film: printing the acquired data on a transparent film according to the proportion of 1: 1, printing information such as operation key points, cautions and the like on the film according to needs, coating a glue layer on one surface of the transparent film, which is attached to the machine body, and protecting the glue layer by using a plastic film;
(3) pasting a film: firstly tearing off the plastic protective layer on the film, aligning and positioning the reference pattern on the film and the corresponding reference feature on the machine body structure, and then pasting the film on the machine body structure;
(4) application of data on film: carrying out operations such as line drawing, hole making, part positioning and the like according to the graphic characteristics printed on the film;
(5) tearing off the film: and tearing off the film after the operation is finished, and carrying out subsequent operation.
