The V-T curve is used for explaining different dialing algorithms of different special-shaped cigarettes, A and A1 are dialing starting positions of a first dialing block, A is the starting position of a special-shaped cigarette I, the position is calculated according to the length of the special-shaped cigarette, the length of the special-shaped cigarette is recorded into a PLC data storage area according to a brand of the special-shaped cigarette before dialing, after a brand is placed on an upper level, the PLC performs calculation and comparison, after analysis, corresponding data are sent into dialing data of a certain channel, the data comprise the length, the weight, the outlet end speed and the like of the special-shaped cigarette, when distribution is started, the channel executes corresponding driving data according to the data, for example, the acceleration of the special-shaped cigarette I in the same time T2 is longer than that of the special-shaped cigarette II, it can be seen from FIG. 5 that the time for the special-shaped cigarette I to reach the position B is longer than that of the special-shaped cigarette II, and the outlet speed is faster than that of the special-shaped cigarette II, the invention aims at different special-shaped cigarettes to dial by using flexible parameters, so that the different special-shaped cigarettes can still be placed near the central position of the main sorting line, and the cigarette posture is kept unchanged.
Claims (4)
1. A flexible distribution control system of heterotypic cigarette which characterized in that:
the system comprises a PLC, a field bus assembly module, a motor driving module, a data acquisition I/O module, a sensing detection mechanism and a position tracking device; the PLC controller 2 is electrically connected with the motor driving module and the data acquisition I/O module through the field bus assembly module;
the sensing detection mechanism is placed at a special-shaped cigarette dialing position, the position tracking device is placed at the tail of the servo motor, the position tracking device is placed at an electric signal access data acquisition IO module of the sensing detection mechanism, and the data acquisition IO module acquires the data and sends the data to the PLC through the field bus assembly module for related data processing; the system makes corresponding response processing according to dynamic flexible calculation, generates flexible shunt data and transmits the flexible shunt data to the motor driving module corresponding to each distribution channel.
2. A control method of the shaped smoke flexible distribution control system according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the first step is as follows: sending a sorted task order to a PLC (programmable logic controller) by an upper computer, analyzing the brand and the quantity of the special-shaped cigarettes in the order by the PLC, detecting whether the brand and the quantity of the special-shaped cigarettes in the current equipment are consistent with information sent by the upper computer, if so, receiving the task by the PLC and starting to carry out detailed analysis and operation on the order, and if not, alarming and sending fault information to the upper computer;
the second step is that: after the PLC controller is subjected to detailed analysis and flexible distribution algorithm operation, the generated distribution data of each channel are stored in a PLC controller data area;
the third step: the data stored in the PLC data area are simultaneously transmitted to the motor driving module, and the motor driving module starts to adjust the initial position of the first shifting block and enters an accurate standby position of the tail part of the special-shaped cigarette in the control area A;
the fourth step: after the main line starts to run, the acceleration is started at a specified speed according to the issued information, when the special-shaped cigarettes reach the outlet, the outlet speed is already accelerated to the maximum, and the special-shaped cigarettes do free-falling motion according to the speed and fall into the middle position of the central belt;
the fifth step: the first shifting block starts the deceleration process from the control point B, the speed is reduced to zero after the first shifting block reaches the control area C, and at the moment, the second shifting block reaches the dialing position of the next special-shaped cigarette;
and a sixth step: and when the distribution quantity in the channels is equal to the issued quantity, reporting to the PLC and waiting for the execution of the next task, wherein each channel is executed according to the flow.
3. The method of controlling a profiled cigarette flexible dispensing control system of claim 2, wherein the second step further comprises:
the PLC searches the weight and size data related to the brand in a data table of the PLC according to the brand of the special-shaped cigarette, and then obtains the control parameters of each distribution channel of each sorting device according to the flexible distribution algorithm.
4. The method for controlling the flexible distribution control system of the special-shaped cigarettes according to claim 3, wherein the flexible distribution algorithm in the second step is as follows:
