As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a paper towel cutter, which comprises a housing, a displacement detection device 4, a signal transmission device 5, a driving device 7 and a paper cutting pick 8; the shell comprises an upper shell 1 and a lower shell 2, the upper shell 1 is fixedly connected with the lower shell 2, a tissue passage 3 is formed between the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2, a displacement detection device 4 is arranged in the upper shell 1, a tissue passage is arranged below the displacement detection device 4, the displacement detection device 4 is used for detecting the moving length of tissues in the tissue passage 3, a blocking cross beam 6 is arranged at the lower part of the upper shell 1, a tissue breaking poking piece 8 is fixed on a driving shaft of a driving device 7, the tissue breaking poking piece 8 can be contacted with the blocking cross beam 6 to clamp the tissues in the rotating process, a signal transmission device 5 is arranged in the lower shell 2, the signal transmission device 5 is connected with the displacement detection device 4 and the signal transmission device 5 through a signal transmission line, the displacement detection device 4 can detect the moving length of the tissues in the tissue passage 3, when the moving length of the tissues reaches a preset value, the displacement detection device 4 transmits a signal to the signal transmission device 5, the signal transmission device 5 sends a signal to enable the driving device 7 to drive the paper blocking shifting piece to contact with the blocking cross beam 6 positioned at the lower part of the upper shell 1 to clamp the paper towel, so that people can tear the paper towel at the outlet of the paper towel passage conveniently.
In this embodiment, the displacement detecting device 4 is an optical displacement detecting device, and the optical displacement detecting device is used to measure the length of the drawn toilet paper, so that the precision is high, and the displacement detecting device does not need to contact with the paper towel, and the paper output is smooth.
In this embodiment, the driving device 7 is disposed inside the lower housing 2 near the outlet of the tissue path 3, so as to avoid the tissue breaking at the inside of the tissue path 3 and causing the difficulty in taking the tissue.
In this embodiment, the driving device 7 is a steering engine, and the steering engine can rotate at a certain angle according to the signal transmitted by the signal transmission device 5 so as to contact with the blocking cross beam 6 to clamp the paper towel.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the embodiment, a cylinder is disposed at a front edge of a side surface of the paper breaking poking piece 8, and in a rotation process of the paper breaking poking piece 8, the cylinder can contact with the blocking beam 6, so that the paper towel can be clamped, and a person can tear the paper towel at an outlet of the paper towel passage 3 conveniently.
In this embodiment, in the time interval when the displacement detecting device 4 sends two adjacent signals, the displacement length of the movement of the paper towel in the paper feeding passage 3 is greater than the length between the adjacent cutting marks on the paper towel, so that the paper towel cutting marks are ensured to exist at the positions of the paper towel cutting poking piece 8 and the outlet of the paper towel passage 3, and the paper towel is conveniently cut.
In this embodiment, the paper feeding device further includes a roll paper placing device, the roll paper placing device is fixedly disposed near the inlet of the paper feeding path 3, and the roll paper placing device is used for placing roll paper to facilitate paper towel transportation in the paper feeding path 3.
