Technical Field

Background
Cleaning gloves are one of the common cleaning aids. When cleaning stains, a cleaning agent is often required to be added for quick decontamination. When a user travels outside, if the user forgets to bring the cleaning agent, stains cannot be quickly removed; and carry-on cleaners are also prone to risk leakage. In addition, most of the existing cleaning gloves are made of smooth plastics, and the cleaning efficiency is low.
How to design a cleaning glove which is convenient to carry and high in cleaning efficiency becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a cleaning glove with a cleaning agent and high cleaning efficiency, and provides a preparation method of the cleaning glove.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the preparation method of the cleaning glove with the cleanser essence comprises the following steps:
A. preparing a non-woven fabric blank: the textile fiber is oriented or randomly arranged to form a fiber web structure, and then the fiber web structure is reinforced into a non-woven fabric blank by adopting methods such as mechanical, thermal bonding or chemical and the like;
B. processing the gloves: cutting the non-woven fabric blank and pressing the edges to obtain the glove with the opening;
C. preparation of the cleaning agent: diluting liquid citric acid with water, slowly adding sodium hydroxide while stirring, adding sodium metasilicate, fatty alcohol amides and sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate, finally adding nonionic surfactant perfume and dye, and uniformly stirring to obtain the cleaning agent;
D. spraying a cleaning agent: uniformly spraying the prepared cleaning agent on the surface of the glove;
E. and (3) dehydrating: placing the gloves sprayed with the cleaning agent in a constant temperature and humidity box for dehydration;
F. and sewing a waterproof inner layer inside the glove to obtain the cleaning glove with the cleanser essence.
Preferably, the liquid citric acid of the cleaning agent in the step B is 50% by mass of liquid citric acid, and the sodium hydroxide is 50% by mass of sodium hydroxide. Liquid citric acid and sodium hydroxide with the mass fraction of 50 percent are selected, so that the corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali to equipment in the preparation process can be prevented; and can prevent the staff from being injured due to careless touch of strong acid and strong base, and improve the safety factor of the preparation process.

preferably, the textile fiber is a natural material of plant fiber. The natural material of the plant fiber, the superfine fiber and the special profiled fiber can effectively scrape stains and easily absorb dust; the fabric has the advantages of good air permeability, strong water absorption, durability, no fluorescence, health and environmental protection, and the fiber tissue has a structure for absorbing water, can quickly absorb and keep the water 7-13 times of the weight of the fiber tissue.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether or isopropanol amide C13. The fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is an all-purpose low-foaming nonionic surfactant, has excellent detergency, osmotic emulsification capacity, acid resistance, alkali resistance, peroxide resistance and high temperature resistance, and can be dissolved in various solvents such as water, ethanol, acetone, chloroform and the like. Isopropanolamide C13The oil-water dispersion agent is very environment-friendly, low in VOC, low in water environment damage, free of nonyl phenol groups, free of phosphorus, free of generating damage ions and other daily chemical standards, easy to dissolve in water, excellent in permeability, emulsibility (strong hydrophilic groups) and thickening property, and has a good dispersion effect on carbon black, smoke dust and other particle dirt wrapped in grease. Therefore, the cleaning agent has good cleaning effect on heavy oil stains or polishing wax stains and the like.
Preferably, the waterproof inner layer is a plastic film or a waterproof breathable film, and can prevent the contact of sewage and the skin of the hand during cleaning.
A cleaning glove with cleanser essence is prepared by the preparation method.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the preparation process of the cleaning glove with the cleanser essence is characterized in that cleanser essence is extracted, attached to a piece of non-woven fabric and packaged by a dehydration dry process. When in use, the cleaning brush can clean articles only by matching with clear water, and is convenient to carry.
2. The cleaning gloves are made of non-woven fabrics, and the purpose of quick cleaning can be achieved by utilizing the rough surfaces of the non-woven fabrics.
3. According to the preparation process of the cleaning gloves, the cleaning agent with excellent cleaning effect is selected and can be uniformly attached to the surfaces of the non-woven fabric gloves, and the using amount of the cleaning agent can be effectively reduced.

The preparation method of the cleaning glove with the cleanser essence comprises the following steps:
A. preparing a non-woven fabric blank: the method comprises the following steps of (1) carrying out directional or random array on textile fibers made of natural plant fiber materials to form a fiber web structure, and then reinforcing the fiber web structure into a non-woven fabric blank by adopting a mechanical method, a thermal bonding method or a chemical method and the like;
B. processing the gloves: cutting the non-woven fabric blank into rectangular non-woven fabric, folding the non-woven fabric into two, and pressing the edges to obtain the glove 1 with the opening 3; the stitching of the edge 2 can be performed by an adhesive-free manufacturing process, namely sewing by a sewing machine, the stitch length is 7-8 stitches per inch, the tail end of the stitched edge 2 is inverted for 3-5 stitches, and the tensile capacity of the cleaning rag main body is enhanced and the toughness of the stitched edge is also improved by utilizing the combination of limiting self-force.
C. Preparation of the cleaning agent: the raw materials are weighed according to the following proportion, 5.0 parts of water, 10.0 parts of liquid citric acid (50%), 6.2 parts of sodium hydroxide (50%), 6.0 parts of sodium metasilicate, 8.0 parts of fatty alcohol amides and isopropyl alcohol amide C133.8 parts, 5.0 parts of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate, 2.0 parts of spice and 1.0 part of dye. Diluting liquid citric acid (50%) with part of water, slowly adding sodium hydroxide (50%) while stirring, adding sodium metasilicate, fatty alcohol amides and sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate, finally adding nonionic surfactant perfume and dye, and uniformly stirring to obtain the cleaning agent;
D. spraying a cleaning agent: uniformly spraying the prepared cleaning agent on the surface of the glove; because the non-woven fabric structure made of fluffy plant fiber natural materials is adopted in the step A, the contact area of the cleaning solution and the non-woven fabric can be increased by utilizing fluffy fiber gaps of the non-woven fabric structure, so that the non-woven fabric gloves can efficiently adsorb the essence of the cleaning agent. The above cleaning agent is applied to the surface of the nonwoven glove in an amount of 3-10g of cleaning substance per square meter of nonwoven fabric after drying. On the one hand, the dosage can play a sufficient cleaning effect, and on the other hand, compared with the existing mode of using a single cleaning agent, the dosage of the cleaning agent can be reduced, and the environment-friendly effect is improved.
E. And (3) dehydrating: placing the gloves sprayed with the cleaning agent in a constant temperature and humidity box for dehydration; adopt constant temperature and humidity case, can prevent effectively that too high temperature from causing the destruction to non-woven fabrics gloves.
F. Sewing a waterproof breathable film inside the glove, and forming an inner bag by using the waterproof breathable film to obtain the cleaning glove with the cleanser essence, wherein the specific structure is shown in figure 1.

The preparation steps are substantially the same as steps a-F of example 1, with the difference that:
1. the cleaning agent in the step C is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 4.0 parts of water, 8 parts of liquid citric acid (50%), 5 parts of sodium hydroxide (50%), 8 parts of sodium metasilicate, 3 parts of fatty alcohol amides, 5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 3 parts of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate, 1 part of perfume and 1 part of dye.
Example 3
The preparation steps are substantially the same as steps a-F of example 1, with the difference that:
1. the cleaning agent in the step C is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of water, 14 parts of liquid citric acid (50%), 9 parts of sodium hydroxide (50%), 5 parts of sodium metasilicate, 9 parts of fatty alcohol amides, 3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 7 parts of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate, 3 parts of perfume and 3 parts of dye.
2. And F, manufacturing the waterproof inner layer by adopting a plastic film.
The cleaning gloves with the cleanser essence prepared by the preparation method can be used as cleaning rags when hands do not stretch into the cleaning gloves, and the application range is wide. In addition, the surface of the cleaning glove is attached with cleanser essence, the cleaning glove can rapidly clean dirt without carrying a cleanser when going out, is simple, convenient and rapid to use, convenient to carry and high in cleaning efficiency, and is suitable for wide application and popularization.
