The liquid lens focusing and anti-shaking mechanism has a simple and compact structure, is easy to manufacture, is beneficial to reducing the risk of abnormal deflection of the driven part and the focusing ring, and is beneficial to improving the imaging quality.

The camera module provided with the liquid lens generally further includes an adjustment assembly disposed on a side of the liquid lens having the light transmissive film, and an actuator for driving the adjustment assembly to move so as to press or separate a ring thereof from the light transmissive film. The actuator of the camera module typically employs a voice coil motor or an SMA actuator.
The voice coil motor generates driving force through Lorentz force generated by an electrified coil in a magnetic field, a camera module is generally provided with a sensor and other electronic components, and the electrified coil and the magnetic field in the voice coil motor generate electromagnetic interference which can influence the normal operation of other electronic components to a certain extent.
The driving element in the SMA actuator is SMA (shape memory alloy), and the SMA is a material which has Shape Memory Effect (SME) through thermal elasticity, martensite phase transformation and inversion thereof and is composed of more than two metal elements; SMA can be deformed at a lower temperature, and can restore the shape before deformation after being electrified and heated, so that electrically-controlled contraction is realized, and further, driving force is generated. The existing SMA actuator is complex in structure, so that the occupied volume of the SMA actuator is large, and the manufacturing difficulty is high. In addition, in order to achieve focusing and anti-shake of the camera module, multiple sets of SMA actuators are generally required to be arranged in the camera module, which causes the problems of large occupied volume and high manufacturing difficulty to be more obvious.

The liquid lens focusing and anti-shake mechanism at least has the following beneficial effects:
the SAM wire is contracted to drive the focusing ring, so that the normal work of other electronic elements cannot be influenced by electromagnetic interference; and the SMA wire is bent into a V shape and is contacted with the surface of the driven piece, so that the driven piece can be driven to move, the structure of the SMA actuator is simple and compact, and the liquid lens focusing and anti-shake mechanism can be miniaturized. The SMA wire and the surface of the driven piece can slide mutually, so that the SMA wire can be automatically corrected in a tensioning state, the situation that the SMA wire is asymmetric relative to the driven piece can be prevented, the risk of abnormal deflection of the driven piece and the focusing ring is reduced, and the imaging quality is improved.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the driven member is provided with a groove, the bottom of the groove is provided with a protrusion, and the SMA wire is in contact with the protrusion and can slide relative to the protrusion. The SMA wire can be embedded into the groove, so that the SMA wire is not easy to separate from the groove, and the risk of dislocation and loosening of the SMA wire is reduced.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the driven member is provided with a projection on a side surface thereof, and the recess is provided on the projection. Unnecessary contact and interference between the SMA wire and other parts of the driven piece can be avoided by arranging the groove on the bump, and the improvement of the precision in the focusing and anti-shaking adjusting process is facilitated.

The liquid lens 5 includes an annular frame 502, a light-transmitting cover plate 501 and a light-transmitting film 503 which respectively seal two end faces of the annular frame 502, the annular frame 502 is internally packaged with liquid 504, and the liquid 504 in the annular frame 502 flows by contacting and pressing the light-transmitting film 503, so that the shape of the liquid 504 can be changed, and further the curvature and the focal length of the liquid lens 5 can be changed.
An SMA actuator 1 comprising two first contact plates 120, two lengths of SMA wire 110 and a driven member 130; the first touch plates 120 are conductors, and two ends of the SMA wire 110 are electrically connected to the two first touch plates 120 respectively; the driven member 130 contacts one side of the SMA wire 110 and bends the SMA wire 110 into a V shape, the SMA wire 110 can slide on the surface of the driven member 130 while keeping contact with the driven member 130, and the included angle of bending of the SMA wire 110 increases when the SMA wire 110 contracts and drives the driven member 130 to move.
And the focusing ring 6 is connected with the driven piece 130, the SMA wire 110 can be contracted to drive the driving piece 130 and the focusing ring 6 to move, and the focusing ring 6 can contact and extrude the liquid lens 5.
The liquid lens focusing and anti-shaking mechanism at least has the following beneficial effects:

With respect to SMA wire 110, SMA wire 110 refers to a shape memory alloy wire. The two ends of the SMA wire 110 are energized through the first contact plate 120. The SMA wire 110 is retractable when it is heated by power-on, and is extendable and restored to its original length after power-off and temperature reduction. 4. The liquid lens focusing and anti-shake mechanism according to claim 1, wherein: the focusing ring is arranged on the adjusting seat, and the driven piece and the adjusting seat are integrally formed.

A liquid lens focusing and anti-shake mechanism according to any of claims 1-4, wherein: the SMA actuator is divided into a first SMA actuator and a second SMA actuator, and the opening directions of included angles formed by bending the SMA wires in the first SMA actuator and the second SMA actuator are opposite; the liquid lens focus and anti-shake mechanism comprises at least one first SMA actuator 10a and/or at least one second SMA actuator 10 b.
6. A camera module, characterized by: comprising the liquid lens focusing and anti-shake mechanism of any of claims 1 to 5.
7. The camera module of claim 6, wherein: the liquid lens is arranged above the base, the fixed lens is connected to the base and located below the liquid lens, the SMA actuator is connected to the base, and the focusing ring is located between the liquid lens and the fixed lens.
8. The camera module of claim 6, wherein: the cover body is covered on the base, and an accommodating cavity is formed between the cover body and the base; the center of the base is provided with a first mounting hole for embedding and fixing the lens, and the center of the top of the cover body is provided with a second fixing hole for embedding the liquid lens; the SMA actuator is arranged inside the accommodating cavity, four corners of the base are provided with four connecting columns extending into the accommodating cavity, the first touch plate is connected to the connecting columns, and one end of the first touch plate penetrates through the base and extends to the outside of the accommodating cavity.
