when polishing work is performed, waste and dust are sucked into the dust collection pipeline 1-3 through a hose connected with polishing equipment, then are conveyed into the dust collector 2-2 for separation, filtration and treatment, and the treated waste is temporarily stored into the dust collection box, discharged through the collection pipeline 2-7 and conveyed to centralized treatment in different places;
When the length of a workpiece to be polished is longer than the total length of a polishing room, the guide rail 3-1 can be lengthened and paved on two sides of the workpiece 4-1 by adopting a sectional polishing operation method, the whole polishing room is moved to one end of the workpiece 4-1 and then moved from the end to the other end, polishing operation is carried out in sections, the rolling shutter door 5-1 at the outermost side can be completely placed at the lowest position at the beginning, but can not fall to the bottommost position at the beginning, otherwise, the movement of the polishing room is influenced, the rolling shutter door 5-1 can only naturally whisk on the workpiece and move integrally with the polishing room, at the moment, due to the length sealing effect of the bidirectional telescopic dust collection shield 1-6 and the purifying effect of the square dust collection interface 1-4, the particles floating to the end of the rolling shutter door 5-1 are not too much, the rolling shutter door 5-1 can still effectively stop most of the particles from splashing, and meanwhile, part of toxic gas or smoke dust can be blocked.
