And the dust collection device is fixedly arranged on one side of the machine and cannot move. When polishing longer size work piece, the workman of polishing need draw out long dust absorption hose and power cord from the dust catcher end of machine one side and supply the equipment of polishing to use, can realize the follow-up operation, but after long-time work, the operator can produce very big fatigue because of these follow-up loads, more serious is because the power cord is longer because of the repeated dragging, easily by ground and work piece scratch, or because of the damage that scrapes the protrusion and cause, produce the electric leakage accident, crisis life safety, the dust absorption hose of follow-up also can cause the internal leakage of dust because of similar reason damage simultaneously, influence the efficiency of dust catcher.
In addition, because the dust collecting device is arranged at one side end, when working near the limit position, the dust collecting pipeline can cause great pressure loss due to long length, and the dust collecting effect is poor.
How to solve the technical problems is the subject of the present invention.

The invention has the beneficial effects that through the layout of the dust collector and the bidirectional telescopic dust collection shield on the frame type gantry base body, the invention not only expands the sealable space range and can carry out larger workpiece polishing operation, but also reduces the distance between the working end and the dust collection end for the workpiece polished by the same size as the prior art because the workpiece can be placed in the middle of the whole polishing room for operation, thus greatly improving the dust collection efficiency, simultaneously, the invention greatly expands the length range of the workpiece to be polished theoretically, only the polishing room is moved along the length direction of the workpiece along the guide rail, the workpiece is polished to the section, in addition, the bidirectional telescopic dust collection shield and the power wire are additionally arranged, each section in the bidirectional telescopic dust collection shield is provided with a dust collection interface and a power socket, and operators can connect the corresponding interface of the polishing tool nearby, so as not to drag long pipelines and power wires like the prior art, thereby improving the working coverage of the workpiece, improving the working comfort and safety, reducing the work load of the workpiece, and reducing the work load of the bidirectional telescopic dust collection shield, and greatly improving the work load, and greatly reducing the work load, if the work is realized by the two-carrying hoses.
