The present invention is directed to a lever-type wiring structure for solving the above-mentioned problems.
The invention provides a lever type wiring structure, which comprises a cover body, wherein a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the cover body, two wiring holes are formed in the upper part of the outer wall of one end of the cover body, two bolt holes are formed in the lower part of the outer wall of one end of the cover body, an outer wiring is arranged on the outer side of each wiring hole, a bolt is arranged on the outer side of each bolt hole, two wiring terminals are arranged above the inner part of the cover body, a wiring frame is arranged between each wiring terminal and an external wiring, an internal wiring is connected with one end of each external wiring, which is close to each wiring terminal, the wiring frame is of a rectangular structure with a hollow inside and open sides, a positioning block is tightly welded on one side of each wiring frame, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of each positioning block, one end of each bolt is in threaded connection with each threaded hole, one end of each internal wiring penetrates through the opening and stretches into the inside of the wiring frame, one end of each wiring terminal also penetrates through the opening and stretches into the inside of the wiring frame, each internal wiring terminal is arranged below each wiring terminal, an internal wiring terminal is connected with one side, an internal wiring frame is arranged at the bottom of each wiring terminal, one side of each wiring terminal is connected with an internal wiring terminal, a reset spring is arranged between each lever and the corresponding lever, and the reset spring is arranged on one side of the lever and can be screwed onto the rocker to be pressed tightly, and can be pressed onto the rocker to the rocker.
Preferably, the bottom of the positioning bin is tightly attached to the bottom plate.
Preferably, the external connection wire and the internal connection wire are of an integrated structure.
Preferably, the rocker lever comprises an upper arm positioned above and a lower arm positioned below, a connecting end is arranged between the upper arm and the lower arm, two sides of the connecting end are respectively connected with the upper arm and the lower arm, two ends of the connecting end are communicated with a shaft hole, a fixed shaft is connected to the inside of the shaft hole in a rotating mode, the length of the fixed shaft is greater than that of the shaft hole, round holes are formed in inner walls of two sides of the positioning bin, close to the fixed shaft, and the fixed shaft is in plug-in fit with the round holes.

Preferably, the included angle between the upper arm and the lower arm is 120-150 degrees.
Preferably, the reset spring comprises a fixing piece which is vertically arranged, an elastic piece is vertically arranged on one side, close to the bolt, of the fixing piece, a connecting piece is arranged between the elastic piece and the top of the fixing piece, the connecting piece is of an arc-shaped structure, and two ends of the connecting piece are respectively connected with the elastic piece and the fixing piece.
Preferably, the fixing piece, the elastic piece and the connecting piece are of an integrated structure.
Preferably, positioning pieces protruding outwards are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the fixing piece, and the positioning pieces are tightly attached to the inner wall of the wire frame.
Preferably, the top of the wiring terminal is tightly attached to the top inner wall of the cover body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. In the lever-type wiring structure, the rocker lever is turned over by screwing the bolt, so that the internal wiring is pressed on the wiring terminal, and the opening and closing convenience of the switch is ensured.
2. In the lever-type wiring structure, the rocker lever can be fixed through limiting the rocker lever by the bolts, so that the rocker lever is fixed by pressing the inner wiring, and the loosening phenomenon is avoided.
3. In this lever wiring structure, can guarantee to reset the rocking arm lever when the switch breaks off through the shell fragment, be convenient for take out the external line, avoid causing friction damage with the top of rocking arm lever when the external line is taken out.

The invention provides a lever type wiring structure, as shown in fig. 1-8, which comprises a cover body 1, wherein a bottom plate 2 is arranged at the bottom of the cover body 1, two wiring holes 11 are formed above the outer wall of one end of the cover body 1 and used for wiring to enter, two bolt holes 12 are formed below the outer wall of one end of the cover body 1, an external connection wire 4 is arranged outside the wiring holes 11, and bolts 3 are arranged outside the bolt holes 12; the cover body 1 is internally provided with two wiring terminals 6 above, a wiring frame 5 is arranged in the cover body 1 between the wiring terminals 6 and the external wiring 4, one end of the external wiring 4 close to the wiring terminals 6 is connected with an internal wiring 41, the wiring frame 5 is of a rectangular structure with an opening 52 at two sides, one side of the wiring frame 5 close to a bolt hole 12 is tightly welded with a positioning block 53, the middle part of the positioning block 53 is provided with a threaded hole 531, one end of a bolt 3 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 531, the bolt 3 can be limited, meanwhile, the bolt 3 can be moved inwards of the wiring frame 5 by screwing the bolt 3, one end of the internal wiring 41 passes through the opening 52 and stretches into the inside of the wiring frame 5, one end of the wiring terminal 6 also passes through the opening 52 and stretches into the inside of the wiring frame 5, the internal wiring 41 is positioned below the wiring terminal 6, the bottom of the internal wiring 41 is provided with a rocker lever 7, one side of the rocker lever 7 far away from the bolt 3 is provided with a reset spring 8, the bolt 3 can be rotated and the rocker lever 7 is pushed inwards by pushing the rocker lever 7, the top of the rocker lever 7 can push the internal wiring 41 upwards and be pressed against the wiring terminal 6, the internal wiring 4 can be pulled outwards by screwing the opposite to the rocker lever 7, the reset spring 7 is released when the rocker lever 7 is in the opposite direction, the action is released from the outside by screwing the internal wiring 4, the circuit breaking can be realized.
Specifically, the bottom of the wire frame 5 is tightly attached to the bottom plate 2, so that the wire frame 5 is ensured to be fixed.
In addition, the external connection wire 4 and the internal connection wire 41 are of an integrated structure, so that the external connection wire can be conveniently held by a hand, and the movement of the internal connection wire 41 in the wire frame 5 is controlled.
Further, the rocker lever 7 comprises an upper arm 71 positioned above and a lower arm 72 positioned below, a connecting end 73 is arranged between the upper arm 71 and the lower arm 72, two sides of the connecting end 73 are respectively connected with the upper arm 71 and the lower arm 72, two ends of the connecting end 73 are provided with shaft holes 731 in a penetrating mode, the inside of the shaft holes 731 is rotationally connected with fixed shafts 74, the length of the fixed shafts 74 is larger than that of the shaft holes 731, round holes 51 are formed in the inner walls of two sides of the positioning bin 5, close to the fixed shafts 74, and the fixed shafts 74 are in plug-in fit with the round holes 51.
Further, when the lower arm 72 is pushed by the bolt 3 at one side, the rocker arm lever 7 rotates around the fixed shaft 74 as the axis, and then the upper arm 71 at the upper side is turned upwards, so that one end of the upper arm 71 is propped against the bottom surface of the inner wiring 41, and the inner wiring 41 is pressed ON the wiring terminal 6 to realize the ON state, when the bolt 3 leaves, the other side of the lower arm 72 is acted by the reset spring 8, so that the whole rocker arm lever 7 rotates around the fixed shaft 74 as the axis in the opposite direction, and then the upper arm 71 at the upper side is turned downwards, so that one end of the upper arm 71 is separated from the bottom surface of the inner wiring 41, and the external wiring 4 can be pulled out to realize the OFF state.
Further, the connecting end 73, the upper arm 71 and the lower arm 72 are integrally formed, so that the stability of the whole structure is ensured, and breakage is not easy to cause.
Further, the included angle between the upper arm 71 and the lower arm 72 is 120-150 °, preferably 150 ° in this embodiment, so that when the bolt 3 pushes the rocker lever 7, the upper arm 71 just pushes the bottom surface of the inner wire 41 against and has moderate pressure, thereby realizing the ON state.
Further, reset spring 8 adopts copper material to make, wholly is U-shaped structure, have fine elasticity, reset spring 8 includes the stationary blade 81 of vertical setting, the stationary blade 81 is close to the vertical shell fragment 82 that is provided with in one side of bolt 3, be provided with connection piece 83 between the top of shell fragment 82 and stationary blade 81, connection piece 83 is arc structure, and both ends are connected with shell fragment 82 and stationary blade 81 respectively, thereby when the promotion of bolt 3 is received to one side of rocking arm lever 7, lower arm 72 can overturn and compress tightly shell fragment 82, when the promotion of bolt 3 is lost to one side of rocking arm lever 7, shell fragment 82 can promote lower arm 72 back because of the elastic action, thereby realize rocking arm lever 7's return.
Further, the fixing piece 81, the elastic piece 82 and the connecting piece 83 are of an integrally formed structure, so that the stability of the integral structure of the reset spring 8 can be guaranteed, and the reset spring is not easy to damage.
Further, the bottom both sides of stationary blade 81 all are provided with outwards convex spacer 811, and spacer 811 closely welds with the inner wall of location storehouse 5, guarantees the fixed of stationary blade 81, avoids receiving the extrusion of external force to cause the removal.
Further, the top of binding post 6 closely laminates with the top inner wall of lid 1, guarantees binding post 6 fixed, thereby avoids sliding in positioning bin 5 and influences wiring operation.
When the lever-type wiring structure of the embodiment is used, firstly, the inner wire 41 at one end of the outer wire 4 is inserted into the wiring hole 11, then the bolt 3 is moved inwards by rotating the bolt 3 through an external screwdriver matched with the bolt 4, the lower arm 72 of the rocker lever 7 is pushed by one end of the bolt 3 to rotate around the fixed shaft 74, the reset spring 8 is pressed at the moment, the whole rocker lever 7 is driven to rotate, the upper arm 71 of the rocker lever 7 abuts against the ground of the inner wire 41, the inner wire 41 and the wiring terminal 6 are pressed, the ON state is realized, the limit fixing effect ON the inner wire 4 is realized through the rocker lever 7, when the inner wire is required to be disconnected, the screwdriver is reversely rotated, the bolt 3 is moved outwards, one end of the bolt 3 is separated from the lower arm 72 of the rocker lever 7, at the moment, the lower arm 72 of the rocker lever 7 is pushed backwards under the action of the reset spring 8, the reset effect is realized, and then the outer wire 4 is pulled out, so that the inner wire 41 and the wiring terminal 6 are separated, and the OFF state is realized.
