Abstract
The invention discloses an adjusting and fixing device for a lens of a combined headlamp and the combined headlamp. The adjusting and fixing device for the combined headlamp lens comprises a lens base, a lens and a lens adjusting assembly, wherein the lens base is of an irregular annular structure with a hollow middle part and is fixed at the front end of the lamp shell; the lens is arranged in front of the lens base through a lens bracket; the lens adjusting assembly comprises a dimming motor, a lens adjusting rod and a guide piece; the dimming motor is positioned on one side of the lamp shell and is connected with the lens base; the lens adjusting rod is arranged on the lens base through the adjusting rod fixing assembly; the guide is located on the other side of the lens base and is used for limiting the adjusting angle of the lens. Therefore, the fixing fastness of the lens is guaranteed on the premise of not influencing dimming, and the purposes of better fixing the lens and adjusting light are achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an adjusting and fixing device for a lens of a combined headlamp and the combined headlamp.
Background
The lens is an important component of the car lamps of cars, trucks and the like, reflects scattered light of a bulb into parallel light beams, enhances the luminosity by hundreds of times or even thousands of times, ensures that the front of the car can be bright enough within the range of 150-400 m, and ensures the driving safety under the dark condition. However, due to the bumping of the vehicle, especially the violent vibration of the truck during the driving, the lens of the combined headlamp is easy to loosen and even fall off, and the lighting function is affected. In the present embodiment, the lens base 1, the flying wing 71, the flying wing pressing plate 72, the lens support base 73, the guide 8, and the square locking piece 9 are all made of nylon material, and may be made of metal or other resin material under the condition that the application effect is ensured.
In addition, the adjusting and fixing device for assembling a lens of a headlamp according to the present embodiment includes a lens fixing ring 41 at an upper portion of the lens holder 4, and a plurality of supporting legs 42 connected to the lens fixing ring 41, wherein the supporting legs 42 are L-shaped, and the bottom of the supporting legs is bent outward and provided with a lens fixing hole 43. Preferably, the number of the supporting feet 42 of the lens support 4 is three, the supporting feet penetrate through a hollow-out part in the middle of the lens base 1 and then are fixed on the back of the lens base 1, and the supporting feet are respectively opposite to the dimming motor 5, the lens adjusting rod 6 and the guide piece 8.
The present embodiment also provides a combination headlamp, as shown in fig. 8, which fixes and adjusts the lens 2 of the combination headlamp by the aforementioned adjusting and fixing device for a lens of a combination headlamp.
