Abstract
A device and system for monitoring a television wall on a picture comprises a video splicing controller, the television wall, a production state management server, a switch and a device for monitoring the television wall on the picture, wherein the video splicing controller, the production state management server and the device for monitoring the television wall on the picture are all connected with the switch through network cables; the production state management server is used for acquiring monitoring data in a production process in real time, and the device of the television wall on the monitoring picture is used for acquiring the monitoring data from the production state management server, converting the monitoring data into image data, coding and converting a protocol of the image data, converting the image data into standard video protocol data and transmitting the standard video protocol data to the video splicing controller; the video splicing controller is used for decoding the received standard video protocol data and outputting the decoded standard video protocol data to a television wall for display.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data monitoring, in particular to a device and a system for monitoring a television wall on a picture.
Background
In the industries of metallurgy, chemical engineering, electric power, petrochemical industry and the like, a process production flow picture and the running state of related equipment need to be seen in real time through a workstation, and meanwhile, a monitoring picture displayed by the workstation needs to be projected onto a television wall.
The current solution is to select a general PC with two display cards as the workstation, one display card is connected with the workstation display, one display card is connected to the video splicing controller through a long-distance video extension line, and then the video splicing controller delivers the video to the television wall for display.

the protocol conversion module is used for carrying out protocol conversion on the encoded image data and converting the encoded image data into standard video protocol data;
the Ethernet interface is used for being connected with external equipment to realize the receiving and transmission of network data, and comprises a data acquisition module for receiving monitoring data from the external equipment and transmitting the monitoring data to the external equipment and transmitting the image data after protocol conversion to the external equipment.

the protocol conversion module is used for carrying out protocol conversion on the encoded image data and converting the encoded image data into standard video protocol data;
the Ethernet interface is used for being connected with external equipment to realize the receiving and transmission of network data, and comprises a data acquisition module for receiving monitoring data from the production state management server and transmitting the monitoring data to the external equipment and transmitting the image data after protocol conversion.

As shown in fig. 2, as a second embodiment of the present invention, a system for monitoring a video wall on a picture is provided, where the system includes a video splicing controller, a video wall, a production state management server, a switch, and any one of the above devices for monitoring the video wall on the picture, the video splicing controller, the production state management server, and the device for monitoring the video wall on the picture are all connected to the switch through network cables, and are connected to a same network through the switch to perform network intercommunication with each other, and the video splicing controller is connected to the video wall through a video transmission line;
the production state management server is used for collecting monitoring data in the production process of the industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, petrochemical industry and the like in real time
The device for monitoring the television wall on the picture is used for acquiring monitoring data from the production state management server, converting the monitoring data into image data, coding and converting a protocol of the image data, converting the image data into standard video protocol data, so that the data can be transmitted through a network, can be decoded by a universal decoding device and transmits the standard video protocol data to the video splicing controller;
the video splicing controller is used for decoding the received standard video protocol data and outputting the decoded standard video protocol data to a television wall for display.
Preferably, the system further comprises an image display device, and the image transmission interface of the device on the video wall on the monitoring picture is connected with the image display device through a video transmission line, so as to transmit the image data to the image display device for display.
Preferably, the system further comprises a management platform for managing the video splicing controller, wherein the management platform is used for establishing the docking between the video splicing controller and the device for monitoring the television wall on the picture based on a standard video network transmission protocol.
Wherein the image display device includes, but is not limited to, a monitor, a display, or a large screen, and the video transmission line includes, but is not limited to, a VGA line, a Q9 video line, or an HDMI video line.

the video coding module is used for coding the received image data;
the protocol conversion module is used for carrying out protocol conversion on the encoded image data and converting the encoded image data into standard video protocol data;
the Ethernet interface is used for being connected with external equipment to realize the receiving and transmission of network data, and comprises a data acquisition module for receiving monitoring data from the external equipment and transmitting the monitoring data to the external equipment and transmitting the image data after protocol conversion to the external equipment.

A system for monitoring a video wall on a picture is characterized by comprising a video splicing controller, a video wall, a production state management server, a switch and the device for monitoring the video wall on the picture as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the video splicing controller, the production state management server and the device for monitoring the video wall on the picture are all connected with the switch through network cables, are accessed into the same network through the switch and are in network intercommunication with each other, and the video splicing controller is connected with the video wall through a video transmission line;
the production state management server is used for collecting monitoring data in the production process in real time
The device for monitoring the video wall on the picture is used for acquiring monitoring data from the production state management server, converting the monitoring data into image data, coding and converting a protocol of the image data, converting the image data into standard video protocol data and transmitting the standard video protocol data to the video splicing controller;

7. The system for monitoring a video wall on a display as recited in claim 6, wherein the image display device is a monitor, a display, or a large screen.
8. The system for monitoring the video wall on the picture according to claim 6, wherein the video transmission line is a VGA line, a Q9 video line or an HDMI video line.

The system for monitoring a video wall on a display as recited in claim 5, further comprising a management platform for managing the video-splicing controller, the management platform for establishing an interface between the video-splicing controller and a device for monitoring the video wall on the display based on a standard video network transport protocol.
