Background

the game bed comprises an upper surrounding frame, a bottom support, a plurality of vertical rods connected between the upper surrounding frame and the bottom support, and a locking mechanism for locking the game bed in the unfolded state, wherein the upper surrounding frame comprises a plurality of upper surrounding rods connected end to end, the bottom support comprises a plurality of bottom supporting rods, one ends of the bottom supporting rods are rotatably connected with the lower ends of the vertical rods, the other ends of the bottom supporting rods are directly or indirectly rotatably connected, one ends of two adjacent upper surrounding rods are rotatably connected with the same vertical rod in a sliding manner along the length direction of the vertical rod, the other ends of the upper surrounding rods are rotatably connected with the upper ends of the other vertical rods, when the game bed is folded, one ends of the upper surrounding rods slide downwards along the vertical rods and rotate, and the other ends of the upper surrounding rods are rotatably connected with the vertical rods and the bottom supporting rods.
Preferably, the bottom bracket further comprises a base, the other ends of the plurality of bottom stay bars are rotatably connected with the base, the game bed further comprises an unlocking component which is connected with the locking mechanism and used for unlocking the locking mechanism, and the unlocking component is arranged on the base.
Further preferably, the unlocking assembly comprises a rotating member rotatably arranged in the base, a handle connected with the rotating member, and an unlocking reset member giving a rotational restoring elastic force to the rotating member, wherein the locking mechanism is connected with the rotating member, and is unlocked when the rotating member is rotated.
Further preferably, the unlocking assembly further comprises a limiting member for limiting the rotation angle of the rotating member.
Further preferably, the upper enclosure frame further comprises a movable top angle and a fixed top angle, one end of the upper enclosure rod is rotationally connected with the movable top angle and is in sliding connection with the vertical rod through the movable top angle, and the other end of the upper enclosure rod is rotationally connected with the upper end of the vertical rod through the fixed top angle.
Further preferably, the locking mechanism comprises a lock tongue rotatably arranged in the vertical rod, a lock tongue driving component for driving the lock tongue to rotate, and a lock tongue reset piece connected between the lock tongue and the vertical rod for giving the lock tongue rotation restoring elastic force, wherein the lock tongue driving component is connected with the unlocking component, the upper end of the lock tongue is provided with a supporting part for limiting the downward sliding of the movable top angle, the movable top angle is provided with a limiting part, when the locking mechanism is locked, the supporting part of the lock tongue is propped against the lower part of the limiting part of the movable top angle, and when the lock tongue driving component drives the lock tongue to rotate, the supporting part of the lock tongue is separated from the lower part of the limiting part of the movable top angle, and the locking mechanism is unlocked.
Further preferably, the lock tongue driving assembly comprises a traction rope, one end of the traction rope is connected with the lower end of the lock tongue, the other end of the traction rope is connected with the unlocking assembly, and the traction rope is pulled to directly drive the lock tongue to rotate.
Still preferably, the lock tongue driving assembly comprises a sliding part slidably arranged in the vertical rod, a traction rope with one end connected with the sliding part, and a sliding part resetting part connected between the vertical rod and the sliding part and giving the sliding part sliding restoring elastic force, the other end of the traction rope is connected with the unlocking assembly, a guiding inclined plane is arranged on the sliding part, the lower end of the lock tongue is propped against the guiding inclined plane, and the sliding part is driven to slide by pulling the traction rope, and the lower end of the lock tongue slides and rotates relative to the guiding inclined plane.
Further preferably, the upright post is provided with a mouth, when the locking mechanism is locked, the supporting part of the lock tongue extends out of the mouth and abuts against the lower part of the limiting part of the movable top angle, and when the locking mechanism is unlocked, the supporting part of the lock tongue is at least partially retracted into the upright post from the mouth.

A game bed comprises an unfolding state and a folding state, wherein the folding state comprises four upper enclosing rods, four vertical rods and a chassis component, the vertical rods extend in the vertical direction, two vertical rods which are oppositely arranged are slidably provided with movable vertical angles, one ends of the upper enclosing rods are rotationally connected with the movable vertical angles, the other ends of the upper enclosing rods are rotationally connected with the upper ends of the vertical rods which are not provided with the movable vertical angles, the chassis component is rotationally connected with the lower ends of the vertical rods, when the game bed is unfolded, the upper enclosing rods, the vertical rods and the chassis component jointly enclose to form a containing space, and when the game bed is folded, one ends of the upper enclosing rods are driven to slide downwards along the vertical rods and rotate, and the upper enclosing rods, the vertical rods and the chassis component are mutually close to each other.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:
according to the invention, one end of the upper surrounding rod is matched with the vertical rod in a rotating and sliding way to slide downwards to achieve close, so that the joint connection and folding on the upper surrounding rod are eliminated, the structure is simplified, and the operation is more convenient.

The upper surrounding frame comprises four upper surrounding rods 10, two movable top angles 11 and two fixed top angles 12 which are sequentially connected end to end, one end of each of the two adjacent upper surrounding rods 10 is connected with one vertical rod 3 in a sliding manner along the length direction of the vertical rod 3, and the other end of each of the upper surrounding rods 10 is connected with the upper end of the other vertical rod 3 in a rotating manner. In the embodiment, the upper enclosing rod 10 is a straight rod without any rotary joint, one end of the upper enclosing rod 10 is rotationally connected with the movable top corner 11 and is in sliding connection with the vertical rod 3 through the movable top corner 11, namely, one end of the upper enclosing rod 10 is rotationally connected with the movable top corner 11, the movable top corner 11 is slidingly connected with the vertical rod 3, the other end of the upper enclosing rod 10 is rotationally connected with the upper end of the vertical rod 3 through the fixed top corner 12, namely, the other end of the upper enclosing rod 10 is rotationally connected with the fixed top corner 12, and the fixed top corner 12 is fixed at the upper end of the vertical rod 3.
The bottom bracket comprises a plurality of bottom stay bars 20, a base 21 and bed legs 22, one end of the bottom stay bar 20 is rotationally connected with the lower end of the vertical rod 3, and the other end of the bottom stay bar 20 is rotationally connected with the base 21. In this embodiment, one end of the bottom stay 20 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the upright 3 by a foot 22.
The unlocking assembly is provided on the base 21, and includes a rotating seat 40 fixedly provided in the base 21, a rotating member 41 rotatably connected to the rotating seat 40, a handle 42 connected to the rotating member 41, an unlocking reset member 43 (spring) giving the rotating member 41 a rotational restoring elastic force, and a stopper 44 for restricting a rotational angle of the rotating member 41, and the locking mechanism is connected to the rotating member 41. In this embodiment, the handle 42 and the rotating member 41 can also rotate relatively, and have two states as shown in fig. 6 and 10.
The locking mechanism comprises a lock tongue 50 rotatably arranged in the upright 3, a lock tongue driving assembly for driving the lock tongue 50 to rotate, and a lock tongue reset piece 53 (spring) connected between the lock tongue 50 and the upright 3 for giving the lock tongue 50 a rotation restoring elastic force, wherein the lock tongue driving assembly is connected with the unlocking assembly.
The upper end of the lock tongue 50 is provided with a supporting part 500 for limiting the downward sliding of the movable top angle 11, the movable top angle 11 is provided with a limiting part 110, the vertical rod 3 is provided with a mouth part 30, when the locking mechanism is locked, the supporting part 500 of the lock tongue 50 extends out of the mouth part 30 and abuts against the lower part of the limiting part 110 of the movable top angle 11, the movable top angle 11 cannot move downwards as shown in figures 4 and 11, when the lock tongue driving assembly drives the lock tongue 50 to rotate, the supporting part 500 of the lock tongue 50 at least partially retracts into the vertical rod 3 from the mouth part 30, and is separated from the lower part of the limiting part 110 of the movable top angle 11, and the locking mechanism is unlocked as shown in figures 9 and 12.
In this embodiment, the tongue driving assembly provides two embodiments:
In the first mode, as shown in fig. 4 and 9, the tongue driving unit includes a slider 51 slidably disposed in the upright 3, a traction cable 52 having one end connected to the slider 51, and a slider return member 54 (spring) connected between the upright 3 and the slider 51 for giving a sliding return elastic force to the slider 51, and the other end of the traction cable 52 is connected to the rotating member 41. The sliding member 51 is provided with a guide inclined surface 510, and the lower end of the tongue 5 abuts against the guide inclined surface 510. When the traction cable 52 is pulled to drive the sliding part 51 to slide downwards (Z direction), the lower end of the lock tongue 50 slides relative to the guide inclined plane 510 and rotates, and when the traction cable 52 is loosened, the sliding part 51 is reset upwards under the action of the sliding part reset part 54, and meanwhile the lock tongue 50 is reset in a rotating way under the action of the lock tongue reset part 53.
In a second mode, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the tongue driving assembly comprises a traction cable 52, one end of the traction cable 52 is connected with the lower end of the tongue 50, and the other end of the traction cable 52 is connected with the rotating member 41. When the traction rope 52 is pulled, the bolt 50 is directly driven to rotate, and when the traction rope 52 is loosened, the bolt 50 is rotated and reset under the action of the bolt reset piece 53.
The traction rope 52 passes through the bottom stay 20 and the upright 3, the extension path of the traction rope 52 is provided with a roller 55, and the traction rope 52 is specifically arranged in the bed leg 22, and the traction rope 52 winds around the outer peripheral surface of the roller 55, as shown in fig. 5.
In addition, the play yard further comprises a plurality of legs 6, one ends of the legs 6 are rotatably connected with the base 21, the other ends of the legs 6 form supporting ends, and the plurality of legs 6 can be rotated downwards to be close.
When the game bed needs to be folded and retracted, the handle 42 is pulled upwards, the handle 41 drives the rotating piece 42 to rotate around the rotating seat 40 along the track of the arrow R, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the rotating piece 42 compresses the unlocking reset piece 43 and pulls the pulling rope 52, so that the pulling rope 52 moves rightwards as shown in fig. 6, the sliding piece 51 pulls the sliding piece 51 to drive the locking bolt 50 or directly drives the locking bolt 50, the locking bolt 50 rotates and compresses the locking bolt reset piece 53, when the locking bolt 50 is retracted to the position where the supporting portion 500 of the locking bolt is separated from the position where the movable top corner 11 is located, the movable top corner 11 is linked with the upper surrounding rod 10 and moves downwards along the arrow W in fig. 14 under the action of the self weight by taking the vertical rod 3 as an axis, the movable top corner 11 and the upper surrounding rod 10 move downwards along with the pulling handle 41 upwards, the bottom supporting rod 20 and the supporting legs 6 move upwards along the arrow Y in fig. 14, the vertical rod 3 and the supporting legs 22 move along the arrow F in fig. 14 until the game bed is folded into a bundle as shown in fig. 19.
