Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of electric appliances, in particular to a method and a device for evaluating the service condition of a household appliance, an electronic device and a storage medium, and solves the technical problem that the service condition of the household appliance cannot be directly known at present, so that the household appliance is damaged. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a data set of running conditions of all components of the household appliance in a preset time period, obtaining corresponding grading modes of all the components based on the data set, and evaluating the service condition of the household appliance in the preset time period based on the corresponding grading of all the components.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of electric appliances, in particular to a method and a device for evaluating the service condition of a household electric appliance, an electronic device and a storage medium.
Background
Once the air conditioner is sold, the producer cannot directly know the use condition of the air conditioner. Due to various environmental factors, the air conditioner may malfunction while operating. Some faults are not obvious in performance and cannot be obviously detected by a user, and no matter the damage to the air conditioner is possible.

In view of the above problems, the application provides a method and a device for evaluating the use condition of a household appliance, an electronic device and a storage medium, which solve the technical problem that the use condition of the household appliance cannot be directly known at present, so that the household appliance is damaged.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a method for evaluating usage of a household appliance, the method comprising:
acquiring a data set of running conditions of all components of the household appliance in a preset time period;
obtaining a score corresponding to each component based on the data set;
and evaluating the use condition of the household appliance in the preset time period based on the corresponding scores of the components.
According to an embodiment of the application, optionally, in the method for evaluating a usage condition of a household appliance, the step of obtaining the corresponding scores of the components based on the data set includes:
carrying out batch processing on the data set to obtain a numerical value set representing the running condition of each component of the household appliance in the preset time period;
and comparing the numerical value set with a preset standard value corresponding to each part to obtain a score corresponding to each part.
According to an embodiment of the application, optionally, in the method for evaluating a usage condition of a household appliance, the step of comparing the value set with a preset standard value corresponding to each component to obtain a score corresponding to each component includes:

and evaluating the use condition of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the deviation.

According to an embodiment of the application, optionally, in the above household appliance usage assessment method, before the step of obtaining respective scores of the components based on the data set, the method further includes:
recording the operation data of each component of the household appliance under each normal operation condition to obtain the average value of each component in normal operation, and taking the average value of each component in normal operation as the corresponding standard value of each component;
and calculating to obtain the standard value of the household appliance according to the average value of the normal operation of each component and the preset weight of each component.

Compared with the prior art, one or more embodiments in the above scheme can have the following advantages or beneficial effects: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a data set of running conditions of all components of the household appliance in a preset time period, obtaining corresponding grading modes of all the components based on the data set, and evaluating the service condition of the household appliance in the preset time period based on the corresponding grading of all the components. The following detailed description will be provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments, so that how to apply the technical means to solve the technical problems and achieve the corresponding technical effects can be fully understood and implemented. The embodiments and various features in the embodiments of the present application can be combined with each other without conflict, and the formed technical solutions are all within the scope of protection of the present application.
The following embodiments of the present application can be applied to the environment shown in fig. 1 without specific description, and as shown in fig. 1, the household appliance 100 is communicatively connected to the server 200. The home appliance 100 and the server 200 may establish a communication connection in a Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) network, a 2G/3G/4G network, or a local area network. In the embodiment of the present application, the home appliance 100 includes a GPRS communication module, and the home appliance 100 is connected to the server 200 through the GPRS communication module. For example, the household appliance 100 may include, but is not limited to, an air conditioner, a television, a washing machine, and the like.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for evaluating usage of a household appliance, where the method includes step S200, step S210, and step S220.
Step S200: and acquiring a data set of the running conditions of all components of the household appliance in a preset time period.
According to an embodiment of the present application, optionally, before step S200, the method may further include:
recording the operation data of each component of the household appliance under each normal operation condition to obtain the average value of each component in normal operation, and taking the average value of each component in normal operation as the corresponding standard value of each component;
and calculating to obtain the standard value of the household appliance according to the average value of the normal operation of each component and the preset weight of each component.
In the present embodiment, the preset time period may be within one hour before the current time, within the first 15 days or within the first month, within the first year, and the like.
It can be understood that, for simplifying the description, the embodiment of the present application takes the household appliance as an example for explaining the air conditioner, after each model is produced, samples are sampled and selected by a sampling method, and the air conditioner is tested under various environmental conditions, and the test stage must ensure the diversity of test cases. And during testing, recording the operation data of each component of the air conditioner under each normal operation condition. The components may include, but are not limited to, a compressor, a fan, a temperature sensor, etc. in the air conditioner, and the operation data of the components may include respective parameters of the compressor, the fan, and the temperature sensor. And obtaining the average value of each component in normal operation under various conditions by a mathematical statistics method, and taking the average value of each component in normal operation as the corresponding standard value of each component. Then, according to the weight of each preset component, the operation condition of the air conditioner is detailed and described as a numerical value through an algorithm, and the standard value of the household appliance is obtained. The approximate function of the algorithm for detailing the operation condition of the air conditioner into numerical values is a statistical effect, and the numerical values of all parameters, such as the standard values corresponding to all parts, are weighted, summed and classified into one value, so that the overall condition of the air conditioner is relatively and accurately expressed.
According to an embodiment of the present application, optionally, before step S200, the method may further include:
receiving real-time data of the running conditions of all parts of the household appliance, which are sent by the household appliance;
and cleaning the real-time data, obtaining cleaned data of the running conditions of all the parts of the household appliance, and storing the cleaned data in a data warehouse.
According to an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the step of obtaining a data set of operation conditions of each component of the household appliance in a preset time period includes:
and acquiring a data set of the running conditions of all the components of the household appliance in a preset time period from the data warehouse at regular time.
It can be understood that, for simplifying the description, the embodiment of the present application is described by taking a household appliance as an example of an air conditioner, a strict data privacy treaty is made, when a user clicks on the agreement at a client, such as APP installed on a mobile phone, or a wechat applet which is popular nowadays, that is, data is allowed to be collected, a GPRS communication module of the air conditioner is started, the air conditioner converts the operation state of each component, such as a compressor, a fan, a temperature sensor, and the like, into a real-time data value of 0/1, and the data is firstly converted into a binary system at a hardware layer and finally sent to a server through the GPRS communication module.
In order to ensure the validity of data, after receiving the real-time data of the operation conditions of each component of the household appliance, which is sent by the household appliance, the server firstly cleans the data through a series of logics, removes the data which makes mistakes in transmission, and then stores the cleaned data in a Hive data warehouse for subsequent data analysis and processing. And the server acquires the data set of the running conditions of all the components of the household appliance in a preset time period from the data warehouse at regular time so as to carry out subsequent calculation. For example, the calculation is performed every hour, every day, or every week, and may be arbitrarily set according to the actual situation.
Step S210: based on the data set, respective scores for each component are obtained.
According to an embodiment of the present application, step 210 may optionally include:
carrying out batch processing on the data set to obtain a numerical value set representing the running condition of each component of the household appliance in the preset time period;
and comparing the numerical value set with a preset standard value corresponding to each part to obtain a score corresponding to each part.
According to an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the step of comparing the value set with a preset standard value corresponding to each component to obtain a score corresponding to each component may include:
correspondingly comparing the numerical value set with a preset standard value corresponding to each part to obtain the deviation degree of the numerical value of each part and the standard value corresponding to each part;
and obtaining corresponding scores of each component based on the deviation degree, wherein the corresponding scores of each component represent the running condition of each component in the preset time period.
Step S220: and evaluating the use condition of the household appliance in the preset time period based on the corresponding scores of the components.
According to an embodiment of the present application, optionally, step S220 may include:
calculating to obtain the running condition value of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the corresponding scores of the components and the preset weight of the components;
and comparing the running condition value of the household appliance with a preset standard value of the household appliance, and evaluating the service condition of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the comparison result.
According to an embodiment of the application, optionally, the step of comparing the operating condition value of the household appliance with a preset standard value of the household appliance and evaluating the use condition of the household appliance within the preset time period according to the comparison result includes:
comparing the household appliance operation condition value with a preset standard value of the household appliance, and calculating to obtain the deviation of the household appliance operation condition value and the preset standard value of the household appliance;
and evaluating the use condition of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the deviation.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding scores of all the parts are integrated to reflect the current air conditioner state, which is the portrait of the air conditioner, so that the operation condition of the air conditioner can be evaluated. For example, if the deviation between the operating condition value of the household appliance and the preset standard value of the household appliance is within a range from 0 to a preset constant, which can be 1, calculated according to steps S200 to S220 within one hour before the current time, it indicates that the household appliance is working normally and in a good state within one hour before the current time; if the deviation is larger than the preset constant, the household appliance is indicated to be abnormally operated within one hour before the current time, and faults may occur, and follow-up work such as repair is needed. The use condition of the household appliance can be directly known at any time, and the improvement of the model of the household appliance is facilitated.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, the present application provides a device 300 for evaluating usage of a household appliance, wherein the device 300 may include: a data acquisition unit 310, a score acquisition unit 320, and an evaluation unit 330.
The data acquisition unit 310 is configured to acquire a data set of operation conditions of each component of the household appliance in a preset time period.
The data obtaining unit 310 is further configured to record operation data of each component of the household appliance under each normal operation condition, obtain an average value of each component in normal operation, and use the average value of each component in normal operation as a corresponding standard value of each component; and calculating to obtain the standard value of the household appliance according to the average value of the normal operation of each component and the preset weight of each component.
The data obtaining unit 310 is further configured to receive real-time data of operation conditions of each component of the home appliance, which is sent by the home appliance; and cleaning the real-time data, obtaining cleaned data of the running conditions of all the parts of the household appliance, and storing the cleaned data in a data warehouse.
The data obtaining unit 310 is further configured to obtain, from the data warehouse at regular time, a data set of operation conditions of each component of the household appliance in a preset time period.
And a score obtaining unit 320, configured to obtain a score corresponding to each component based on the data set.
The score obtaining unit 320 is further configured to perform batch processing on the data set to obtain a value set representing operation conditions of each component of the household appliance in the preset time period; and comparing the numerical value set with a preset standard value corresponding to each part to obtain a score corresponding to each part.
The score obtaining unit 320 is further configured to correspondingly compare the value set with a preset standard value corresponding to each component, and obtain an offset degree between the value of each component and the standard value corresponding to each component; and obtaining corresponding scores of each component based on the deviation degree, wherein the corresponding scores of each component represent the running condition of each component in the preset time period.
The evaluation unit 330 is configured to evaluate the usage of the household appliance in the preset time period based on the corresponding scores of the components.
The evaluation unit 330 is further configured to calculate a running condition value of the household appliance within the preset time period according to the corresponding score of each component and a preset weight of each component; and comparing the running condition value of the household appliance with a preset standard value of the household appliance, and evaluating the service condition of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the comparison result.
The evaluation unit 330 is further configured to compare the household appliance operation condition value with a preset standard value of the household appliance, and calculate to obtain a deviation between the household appliance operation condition value and the preset standard value of the household appliance; and evaluating the use condition of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the deviation.
The above units may be implemented by software codes, and in this case, the above units may be stored in a memory. The above units may also be implemented by hardware, for example, an integrated circuit chip.
The implementation principle and the generated technical effect of the device for evaluating the use condition of the household appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention are the same as those of the method embodiment, and for the sake of brief description, no part of the embodiment of the device is mentioned, and reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the method embodiment.

In summary, according to the method, the data set of the running conditions of the components of the household appliance in the preset time period is obtained, the corresponding grading mode of the components is obtained based on the data set, and then the service condition of the household appliance in the preset time period is evaluated based on the corresponding grading of the components. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining respective scores for each component based on the data set comprises:
carrying out batch processing on the data set to obtain a numerical value set representing the running condition of each component of the household appliance in the preset time period;
and comparing the numerical value set with a preset standard value corresponding to each part to obtain a score corresponding to each part.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein comparing the set of values to predetermined criteria values associated with each component to obtain a score associated with each component comprises:
correspondingly comparing the numerical value set with a preset standard value corresponding to each part to obtain the deviation degree of the numerical value of each part and the standard value corresponding to each part;
and obtaining corresponding scores of each component based on the deviation degree, wherein the corresponding scores of each component represent the running condition of each component in the preset time period.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of evaluating the usage of the household appliance for the preset time period based on the respective scores of the components comprises:
calculating to obtain the running condition value of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the corresponding scores of the components and the preset weight of the components;
and comparing the running condition value of the household appliance with a preset standard value of the household appliance, and evaluating the service condition of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the comparison result.

The method according to claim 4, wherein the step of comparing the operation condition value of the household appliance with a preset standard value of the household appliance and evaluating the use condition of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the comparison result comprises:
comparing the household appliance operation condition value with a preset standard value of the household appliance, and calculating to obtain the deviation of the household appliance operation condition value and the preset standard value of the household appliance;
and evaluating the use condition of the household appliance in the preset time period according to the deviation.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining the data set of the operation conditions of the components of the household appliance within a preset time period, the method further comprises:
receiving real-time data of the running conditions of all parts of the household appliance, which are sent by the household appliance;
and cleaning the real-time data, obtaining cleaned data of the running conditions of all the parts of the household appliance, and storing the cleaned data in a data warehouse.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of obtaining a data set of the operation of the components of the household appliance during a predetermined period of time comprises:
and acquiring a data set of the running conditions of all the components of the household appliance in a preset time period from the data warehouse at regular time.
8. The method according to any of claims 1-7, wherein prior to the step of obtaining respective scores for the components based on the data set, the method further comprises:
recording the operation data of each component of the household appliance under each normal operation condition to obtain the average value of each component in normal operation, and taking the average value of each component in normal operation as the corresponding standard value of each component;
and calculating to obtain the standard value of the household appliance according to the average value of the normal operation of each component and the preset weight of each component.
9. A home appliance use condition evaluation device, characterized in that the device comprises:
